Chapter nineteen: Mikey

Mikito screamed and started running again. Tackling her,  I held her in place.

"Stay....put...dudette!!" She screamed louder, which really hurt my ears.

"Leave me alone!!! I don't want to tickle you!!!" Note to self. Ask about fear.

"Dudette just calm down!!" I exclaimed, pulling out my nunchuck and wrapping her tightly in it.

Sighing, I took a step back.

"There dudette. Now.....just stay put untill Donnie gets here." I said.

Nicky

"Tell me Nicky." I sighed, leaning slightly into his arms. I felt warm and safe, and I didn't want to leave.

"I can't."

"Why not? Why can't you tell me?"

Yeah Nick, why can't you tell him?

Go to hell Ella.

Trust me, I'm already there.

"I don't want you to leave me." I lied. Leo chuckled, and I frowned.

"I won't leave you Nicky. Your the sunshine to my shade. If anything, I should be worried that you'll leave me." He was worried about that, but he was trying to get me to loosen up.

Sweet.

"True but......." I sighed. Donnie thought I hurt Brie and Mikey thought I hurt Mikito. If "I" was hurting Brie and Mikto, whom have some relation to Donnie and Mikey, then that would logically mean that Raph.......Which meant.......Jill.

"Jill's next."

"Excuse me?" Leaving the warmth of Leo's arms, I turned quickly to face him.

"Jill's next. Think about it. First Brie, who's friends with Donnie--."

"Uh, wouldn't it make more sense for whomever is doing this to attack April by that logic?"

"Then Mikito who has Mikey. After her that makes Jill, whom has Raph. Jill is next."

"Do Raph and Jill really count as a couple? And wouldn't that make you a target too?"

He's right you know.....you are a target....just a different kind.

Shut up Leah.

"Possibly......but we have to help Jill first." Before I run off, Leo grabbed my wrist and pulled me close to him.

"First you.....if we find who's doing this and using your name, we can save Jill and the rest....but you stay with me." Lifting me up, Leo smiled at me.

"Come. Let's go find this mystery person." He said smiling.

He trusted me with his life. He would in a heartbeat.

Why was I doing this to him?

Jill

"Mikey gone, Mikito missing, Brie hurt, Nicky keeping secrets--."

"Don't forget her keeping Leo on some sort of dog leash." Raph added. I nodded.

"That too. What's next? Casey saying something intelligent?" Raph chuckled.

"Now that's just crazy talk." He said smirking. I giggled. Raph was...niceish once you got to know him. Even through I wanted to punch his lights out ninety-five percent of the time, he was.....well.....kind of.......

"What are you staring at?"

"Nothing!" Raph rolled his eyes and kept walking. I followed behind me.

"Any idea why Donnie blamed Nicky?" Raph shook his head.

"Nope. And I don't care enough to ask."

"Why?" He shrugged.

"Nicky's a psychopath who drags my brother around like a lapdog, and Donnie is too smart to realize how dumb he is. Can't talk sense to any of them." I snorted. Is that how he saw Leo and Nicky? Cause that seemed like a pretty good description to me.

"Well......that doesn't exactly answer my question tough guy." Raph raised an eyebrow and looked at me. Even with the dim lighting in the sewers, I could still see him, and I could tell he was smirking slightly.

"Maybe he found out what a crazy person she was. Maybe he thought it made sense. Either way, i know Leo isn't gonna be happy when he finds out if Nicky really did hurt her."

"He won't believe Donnie."

"Why would he? He didn't believe me about Karai." Karai? What about her?

"Which proves how much Leo shouldn't be leader, cause he basically drops all common sense when a pretty crazy girl walks by." I raised an eyebrow.

"And you should be a leader? Isn't that kinda like Hulk leading the Avengers?" Raph growled, making me laugh.

"Come on, we have to find--."

"LEAVE ME ALONE!!"

"MIKITO COME BACK!!" Raph and I watched as Mikey and Mikito ran full speed past us.

"Should we follow them?"

"Probably." Shape shifting so I looked like Mikey (he was the fastest after all) I speed after them, jumping on Mikey 's shoulders and flipping, tackling Mikito. Naturally, she screamed.

"GO AWAY!!I DONT WANT TO PLAY!!" Pulling Mikey's bandana off, I shoved it in her mouth.

"Mikito, please shut up." Raph chuckled.

"I had her." Mikey said, frowning.

"Yeah, well I caught her. Now call Donnie and let him know we caught Mikito. Oh and call Leo or Nick too." Grumbling under his breath, Mikey walked off to make the call. Raph, however squatted next to me.

"Need help?" I frowned.

"No. She's already tied up with Mikey's nunchucks and I gagged her.....i think I'm good." Raph blinked.

"Do you plan on carrying her?" Oh...so that's what he meant.....

"Well not anymore now that I have a big strong man to do it." I said, standing up, only slightly annoyed.

"Turtle actually. Big strong turtle." Jerk.

"Donnie says he'll be here soon, and Leo and Nicky will meet us here. They were heading there anyway I guess. " Mikey said. Smirking, I turned to Raph.

"Guess we don't need a big strong turtle to carry her huh?" Raph glared at me.

"Shut up and go back to being Shredder's pet." He spat. I hissed. What the hell!!

"Mikey!? Raph!!" Donnie ran around the corner, followed by Brie.

"Brie!! You're okay!!" I exclaimed, running forward and hugging her tightly. She chuckled.

"I may or may not have a minor concussion, but yes, I'm fine. Nicky however, is not." Raph snorted.

"Tell me something I don't know." He muttered. Donnie looked up from examining the tied up Mikito.

"I think Nicky is suffering from schizophrenia."

"Bless you." Mikey said. Brie facepalmed.

"Schizophrenia is a mental illness where you have voices in your head telling you what to do. Persuading you to do something that you normally wouldn't do if you didn't have the voices." Donnie explained.

"Dont we all have voices in our head through? Like, reason, logic, common sense..."

"But the voices Nicky hears aren't the ones everyone hears. She hears voices telling her to, beat up Brie, or telling her to harm Mikito, or even hurt Leo. Things she wouldn't normally do. Unfortunately for us, her Schizophrenia is turning into a Multiple Personality disorder,which is a little harder to treat."

"Um....you lost me bro." Mikey said. Sadly,I agreed with Mikey.

"I don't get it. Nicky's acting this way because--."

"Because of something the Foot did." Brie finished. We locked eyes,both of us regretting the last few years of course life. It sucked being apart of the foot. It sucked being here,and having to remember it.

"It seems Mikito was hit with the mushrooms the guys and I found a few months ago. Or was it weeks? Anyway, I can get her back to normal, don't worry Mikey." Mikey's face instantly light up with a grin.

"Thanks D!!" He exclaimed, hugging Donnie tightly. Donnie chuckled.

"No problem Mikey." Raph cleared his throat. Everyone turned to look at the hothead turtle.

"Who gets the honor of telling Lamenardo that his girlfriend is clinically insane?" That....is actually a good question.

"I'm not telling him." Brie exclaimed quickly. I frowned.

"Better yet, who's telling Nicky she's clinically insane?" Donnie waved that aside.

"Nicky most likely already knows. "

"And she hasn't told us why?" Raph snapped.

"Who hasn't told who what yet?" Crap.

Leo.

Turns out, Donnie had the pleasure of explaining to Leo that Nicky was crazy.

"No. I don't buy it." Leo snapped, holding Nicky's hand tightly. This had been going on for a good five minutes.

"Leo,you have to look at the facts~."

"I am Donnie,and you're wrong!!" Sighing, I looked over at Raph. He was on his phone, with a bored expression on his face. Acting casual (or like an idiot, take your pick), I walked over to him.

"Whatca doing?"

"None of your business Isabella,now back off." I frowned.

"Isabella?"

"Never mind. Now go away." I didn't move. I'm guessing he didn't mind much because he didn't speak until I spoke again.

"You think Leo will come around?"

"No."

"You think Nicky will admit hearing voices?"

"Nope."

"You think everything will work out?" He shrugged, which didn't answer my question. His eyes never left is phone.

"Who are you texting?" Raising an eyebrow, Raph shifted over slightly.

"Casey. Letting him know everyone's alive and okay."

"For the most part." I added. Giving me a curt nod, Raph walked over to Leo, Nicky and Donnie.

"You like him!!" I glared at Brie.

"And you like Donnie. Your point?" Brie's cheeks flushed a bright pink.

"My point is that....well.....that at least you have a chance!" Crossing my arms, I glared at her.

"A chance a what?"

"A boyfriend!! Donnie's too obsessed with April, so.....well.....Nobody likes Raph!!" Covering her mouth, realizing she said that a little too loudly, Brie relaxed when she realized that Raph and Leo were too busy yelling at each other to notice.

"Why don't you say that a little louder, I don't think Japan heard you." I snapped. Brie sighed.

"Look, Jilly."

"Dont call me Jilly."

"Raph is like,your perfect match. Its kinda weird how alike you two are. Perhaps you should stop acting all weird around him and act like yourself. So maybe he'll like you too....maybe...im not good with this kind of stuff." Sighing, I glanced over at Raph.

"He is kinda cute."

"Uh....sure Jillian. Whatever you say."

"Nicky isn't crazy!!!!" Leo snapped.

"Yeah,she kind of is!!" Raph snapped.

"Don't you find it odd Nicky hasn't said anything yet?" Jumping, I glared at Mikey, tail swinging behind me.

"Don't sneak up on me." I growled.

"Pay attention then. Now don't you think its odd?" Brie and I glanced over at Nicky. The popstar stood by Leo's side, staring off into space. Her and Leo's hands were linked, and Nicky didn't seem bothered by the fight going on next to her.

"It is kind of odd....." Brie commented.

"You think she's guilty of something?" I asked, looking at the energetic turtle.

"I think she's guilty of more than we know." Mikey admitted. The three of us stood in silence,watching as Leo finally got pissed off and stormed away, dragging Nicky behind him.

"Hey Mikey?"

"Sup?"

"Are you sitting on Mikito?" Brie asked. The turtle nodded, his eyes still on Donnie and Raph, who were now bickering.

"Yep."

"Why?" I asked. He shrugged.

"She fell asleep." He answered simply, standing up, throwing Mikito over his shoulder, walking over and following his brothers out of the sewer.

Sighing, I followed behind them, only to be stopped by Raph.

"Raphael?" His neon green eyes met mine, and they were full of something I didn't expect.

Worry.

"No, Jill."

"No what?"

"I don't think everything work out. And I don't think everything will be fine." Confusion filled my mind as Raph walked closer.

"Nicky will tear this family apart." He whispered. Nodding numbly, I felt Raph's fingers leave my arm,and I watched him walk away.

I had a bad feeling he was right.

Nicky

Leo dragged me along, and I figured I should've probably said something. But I couldn't think of what.

He was angry, I knew that. I think it was something Raph and Donnie said...I don't know. I wasn't listening.

"Leo." I said. Instantly,he spun around.

"What is it?!"

"You're crushing my hand." I said. Once he let go, I rubbed my hand. I think he might have sprained it....

"......Nicky?"

"Yes Leonardo?" Leo stared at me, and it was kind of unnerving.

"When you said you wanted to tell me something.....was that it? Is......is Donnie right?" Yes!! Donnie's right, I'm crazy and I'm so so sorry for not telling you!! Please forgive me!!!

Shaking my head (against my will), I was forced to put on a smile.

"Of course not Leo. I just wanted to tell you about my new song I'm writing, but I didn't think now was the time." Leah's soft voice replaced mine, and instantly Leo relaxed.

What the hell!? Leo!! I'm not okay!! Help me!!!!

"Why don't we talk about that when we get to your house?" He offered. I frowned.

"My house?" My voice was back. Great.

"Well I can't go back to the lair. Master Splinter will kill me. Not to mention, Raph and Donnie.....i just can't deal with it. You don't mind do you?" I smiled slightly.

"Of course not Leo. But you're sleeping on the couch." I added grinning, taking his hand, and walking forward. Leo frowned.

"Where else would I sleep?" Cue facepalm.

Sup dudes? (and dudettes)

Sorry this took so long,but hopefully it was worth it. Hopefully.

And Mikey was sitting on Mikito's back shell, for those of you who were wondering,and even for those who weren't.

Anyway, Nicky's crazy, Leo doesn't believe it and he probably won't. Probably. Nothings set in stone of course.
