"How long are you gonna stare at that flowers for?" The country said out of boredom, twirling one of the flower.

"Don't you think it's weird? Heliotropes symbolizes eternal love. " The other one observed the beautiful shade of purple carefully.

"*beep**beep*" For that's what Y/N heard. the heart monitor's continuous beeping. Y/N laid on the comfortable hospital mattress, it felt like pressure is squeezing them alive as they fluttered their eyelids. Their view of the room was blurry and shaking every few moments, there was a figure whom they can't decipher.

"Mother...?" Y/N could barely muttered it out with their hoarse voice, that word sounded very foreign to them after the lack of use. Their mother, looked up, rubbing her eyes in disbelief.

"You're...you're finally awake!" Mother wept, soaking your blanket. She pulled Y/N into a tight hug, though they could not feel anything with the numbness, they reluctantly hugged her back.

"How's father..." They blurted out.

"No clue, I left him for another woman. He looked like he didn't care when he heard the news of you getting into an accident ." Mother scowled at the thought. "I should have seen that he was such a red flag and left sooner with you honey..."

"Honey? You never called me that before," Y/N rose a brow with their mother's unusual behaviour. "what made you changed at got you acting like that?"

"My new wife made me realised that I haven't been such a great mother to you, the way she treated her kids made me realise that I have neglected you since you were young." She avoided eye contact after speaking, as if she is recalling of the past. Y/N kept their mouth stitched shut, not knowing how to comfort their mother. Rubbing her back, they tried their best attempts of trying to soothe her.

Unbeknownst to the both of them, a country watched from the sky above, listening to the conversation. "Why does this dream feel like a nightmare? The atmosphere here feels more tenser than any nightmares i have encountered," The eavesdropper felt themselves suffocating in this 'dream', "c'mon! Why can't I get outta here?!" The country tried to leave but to no avail. They tried and tried multiple times, even trying to kill themselves to get out but nothing happened.

"If one is so special, then so be it. I'll track you down to find what's so special about you." The country huffed, pulling out their handy notebook they use to rely on remembering things. They observed you carefully before sketching down the finest details that enhance your features. "Thankfully I'm a hands-on person." the nation smiled proudly before placing the notebook away.

" So, each countries got special abilities, hence why Belgium is able to create portals." North Korea said, scribbling down notes on the whiteboard he brought out. "Though it's not scientifically proven yet, we're still working on it."

Y/N felt themselves dozing off each second that passed by, well it's their fault for asking anyways. " Each countries are bestowed to have powers... Well, that's what my papa said..." North muttered, before continuing on. " The country would randomly get that power of theirs when they are in trouble or possibly they got it from their passion."

" Hey! Heeeyyy!! Were you listening to me?! " North pouted, closing his marker with the cap. He analyzed Y/N's face before realizing that they looked worned out. "Oops, errr... Nevermind, I think you see the natural world instead hearing me talk. After all small walks make everything better right? " North chuckled nervously as Y/N slowly nodded, needing to clear their mind.

North Korea slowly led Y/N out of the housing like an old elderly, caring for each of their steps in fear that they'll faint.

The calm atmosphere soothed Y/N down, it looks like North was right, small walks do make things better. It was definitely not North causing the calming effect that felt like incense. The two wandered further into the dense trees, the wild life scattered away upon seeing them.

"Ah these animals don't usually run away... Maybe because it's the first time seeing you." North started a small talk among the two, he admired the beauty of the plants and the wilderness. " You know, the flowers over there don't really bloomed at this timing of the year, maybe something caused it to suddenly bloom."

The country went ahead and continue talking, educating Y/N about the wild. A melodious singing erupted out of the blue, it seemed as if North was not fazed by the beautiful singing and continued yapping.

The singing was so alluring, Y/N couldn't help but to follow the voice, leaving the talking country to educate the ghosts surrounding him.

They pushed past the bushes and everything that was stopping them from getting to the source of the singing. The voice got louder and more attractive, Y/N pushed the last bush from blocking them. The dense forest led them to a nice looking beach, there sat the person or country whom sang the harmony.

She was a beautiful, stunning and attractive whatever you could name, she looks like that girl who would pull everyone into her harem. The mermaid looked at Y/N and winked, continuing her song. The immense urge to walk closer to her was taking over them, it was as if they were pulled under her spell.

Y/N inched closer and closer, the mermaid was opening her mouth wider to sing louder. It was til the point that the country grabbed ahold of them and opened her mouth to bite them.

Y/N widen their eyes, realizing what is happening right now. Before the mermaid could tear out their flesh a white lion jumped onto her. " Don't you dare eat them!"

"Hmp. I'm starving, why can't you let me have my fun Singapore," The mermaid frowned, crossing her arms across her chest.

"You can eat other things you Siren! Stop acting that your allergic to them." Singapore glared at the siren below the white lion. The island nation turned to Y/N, " you alright there? It doesn't look like a big wound, but there's definitely tons of bacteria in her mouth."

The white lion approached Singapore, growling softly. They stuck their hand into the lion's mane and pulled out bandages and alcohol to disinfect the bite mark. "Thank you." Y/N mumbled softly, still unable to process some things.

"You should get home now, I'll watch over the siren." Singapore pat Y/N's shoulders before urging them to go home.

"*Sigh* Singa, why'd stop me from eating them? You normally wouldn't unless it's your citizens." The Siren whined, flipping her fish tails out of hunger.

Singapore looked at her before looking at where Y/N had left before answering. " It's something important, my merlion wanted me to interfer and there's some other reasons too. "

They handed the Siren some fruits before settling next to her. " Sorry Maldives, my gut feeling even told me to keep them alive. "

" It's fine~ at least you gave me some fruits, I'm starving- like literally! " Maldives said before munching on the fruit.

"Dear diary,

I found the person! It's was really easy to be honest, didn't expect myself to find them within the day. Huge thanks to the awesome Starry, if it weren't for them, the human would already be dead! Maldives would have chomp on them and leave no evidence behind. I should have gotten their name though..."
