~Raph's POV~

Another day of school was coming and we had arrived. I expected it to be a normal day as usual so nothing special. Yesterday was still getting to all of us though...

Leo was getting really stressed, Mikey even wasn't exactly himself. I tried to brush it off and Donnie was up all night trying to work out an antidote. He eventually worked himself till about 3:45 am before crashing out on the floor in his lab.

"Hey..." Donnie said, hardly any sound came out from him since he was so tired.

"Are you ok Donnie?" April asked.

"Huh? O-oh! Yeah. I'm fine." He replied, yawning.

"You look tired, and not so well." Faith murmured.

"We were all just up late." I explained and she nodded.

I way enjoying how Faith had been earning my trust. She always seemed nice to me from day one and I really liked that. I decided to put my arm around her and we both blushed.

Donnie fell asleep in his seat and Mikey was just talking to Bella about different school activities.

"You guys plan to do Choir or Band?" Bella asked.

"Band seems cool!" Mikey half-smiled.

"I know Faith and Casey do band and all three of us girls do Choir." April said.

"We always need more dudes in choir anyways." Faith laughed.

"I'm so going to do band." I said.

"Oh you are? Let me guess, percussionist?" Faith asked me.

"Heck yes. I'm pretty good at drums if I do say so myself." I laughed.

"Especially when you get angry and bang on them for a good three minutes." Donnie said. Guess he never really fell asleep.

"It's how I deal with my anger sometimes, alright?" I groaned.

Soon enough the bus had reached the school and we got off. We all got stuff out of our lockers and headed to our first class, math.

Math and Science were right by each other and both Donnie's favorite subjects. However, my little brother fell asleep during both classes. I felt bad for the poor thing...

We had a late night... A-alright?

How late?

How late do you usually stay up on a school night?

Until 10. Like 12 on weekends.

We-we were up until about f-four am...

Four??!! No wonder poor Donnie is asleep...

I-I would tell you why but I can't...

How come?

There's just a lot that I can't explain to you right now.

O-ok. I'm alright with that. Just maybe tell me in the future? Please...

Class ended right before we finished up talking with our notes. I looked back on the throughout the day and it made me smile each time. Faith was just so nice to my brothers and I, and I couldn't thank her enough for it.

But then I also felt bad when I looked back. I told her 'I could tell you why, but I can't'. Why would I do that?! She also probably hates my guts for that!! I mean, if I told her I used to be a mutant ninja turtle, she'd think I was a freak. A weirdo, she wouldn't even believe me! She wouldn't even hang out with my brothers and I anymore...

All of us were getting less stressed, but I started feeling more stressed. I tried to keep it to myself like a lot of things and felt I was doing a good job, sort of.

"Get enough sleep there Don?" Leo asked.

"Enough to keep me awake for the rest of the day. Then take a long nap when we get home." Donnie laughed.

"I think we all need that!" Mikey said.

"Yeah." I said.

"We still have five more periods to get through before that happens, remember?" April laughed.

"But there are football games in like 3 weeks. Sign ups are still there if you guys wanna join." Bella said.

"Sounds like my kind of sport!" I grinned.

"Let me see... Tackling, running into people, sounds like it's a perfect match!" Mikey said.

"Just make sure you don't 'quit the team'. Like you have with us." Donnie said.

"I always come back, ok?" I groaned.

"I think the bell is gonna ring soon, don't wanna be late to class." Bella said.

"You have a point, let's go." Leo said.

Maybe I would sign up for football. I've never had the chance to play sports, and I always thought it would be cool. And in class, Donnie had fallen asleep again until the teacher woke him up.

"Donatello Hamato... Please wake up." Our teacher said.

"Oh, y-yes Mrs. Rose, sorry." Donnie said, rubbing his eyes.

"It's alright, just don't do it again please."

The rest of the period was fine and then we had lunch. I went by the office after eating and signed up for football. Leo did too actually and I think Mikey planned on doing basketball. I don't really know about Donnie doing sports, maybe baseball? We might have to see if he will. Either way, I was excited to play.
