Music Magic
Rock out to some of your favorite music. If it's got words, sing loud! Turn that volume up!
Well, just don't damage your hearing...
Anyways, music is an excellent way to distract yourself! It lets you just 'be', and you can get lost in your favorite tunes (especially if you concentrate on singing). I personally like hard rock and angsty songs, because it kinda fits my mood around Shark Week. But if you want classical or k-pop or pretty much anything, go for it! You do you.
I'm 96% sure it'll help you feel better on some level. You'll not feel cramps so much, and if you sing that can help work out some mood issues in a healthy way. It's honestly one of my favorite coping mechanisms for Shark Week.
Music is indeed a magical thing...
