Cramp Control
Ohhhh, gotta love those cramps. If you're like 85% of the Menstruation Club, you get at least mild cramps. Some of us aren't so lucky and get very strong cramps.
The key to defeating this nasty, dreaded foe?
Increase bloodflow to your abdomen. Cramps are caused by the contractions of the uterus cutting off its blood supply.
Easy ways to do this include...
- Heating pad
- Hot shower
- Massage the area
- Exercise (if your flow is light enough)
And if worst comes to worst, and you can't do any of these...
Distract yourself by doing something you love (reading, gaming, drawing, etc.)! This works as a temporary fix.
