So Much For More Than Friends

3rd Person POV

selene sat on the couch between demetri and chris as they watched sam and miguel talk

" I don't know how to say this any planer. eagle fang and miyagi do have to work together" sam stated

" Even if we wanted to team up, it never worked. I was in cobra kai. There's styles mix with ours like..." he led off

"oil & vinegar?" nate said

"no, not salad dressing. I would say like British bulldogs and the Hart foundation" chris spoke

" They were friends, dip shit" mitch stated

" Not at wrestlemania three, penis breath" chris retorted

" Okay, you can't call me penis breath. Only they can call me penis breath" mitch stated

" Why do you like anyone call you penis breath?" selene butt in

" Do you know what screw this come on let's go" mitch said and he got up

" he pussies. This is exactly what those assholes at cobra Kai want. Since you're one of them, you're an asshole too. So are you. So was I. So was selene . Well at least me and selene wanted to be one. But now cobra Kai is the worst collection of assholes in the valley, run by the king of all assholes. So if by merging with eagle thing... Weird name,  by the way. Can keep us off from getting shit on anymore, then wed be  assholes not to do it. I'm sorry for all the assholes. I usually take pride in my grandiloquence, but... It's an emotional time" demetri ranted and selene smirked

"wow i didn't know you had it in you" they said to demetri with a smile

"i didn't either" he stated and they laughed softly before looking at everyone else and mitch sat back down with bert

"now, where do we start?" demetri asked sam and miguel and they both smiled at them

" OK so we're all in agreement that our new combined dojo should train at Miyagi dough. But deadlocked on a new name, key design, post training snacks, and sensei dispute resolution protocol. okay, not good , but still it's a start" demetri said and then they heard a meow

" Oh your cat wants to come in here kitty kitty" bert said and he got up

"i Didn't know you had a cat" miguel said to sam

" We don't." sam said and bert flew through the window

"bert, what happened?" miguel said

"no cat" bert said and cobra kai walked in with max following behind them

"payback time rhea" kyler said and selene stared at them before the other door opened in walked in tory with two others

" Heard you were throwing a party. Hope you don't mind if we crash" tory said

" Tory you don't have to do this" miguel said

" It's too late it ends tonight no mercy!" tory yelled and max walked towards selene but they kicked him and then uppercut him , he fell and they punched him one last time knocking him out

"you never do learn do you?" they asked before someone grabbed them from behind and they spun around as they wrapped their legs around his neck and threw him to the ground fighting him , they kicked his face and knocked him out before they looked at demetri and ran to him as they helped him back up

" i got your back" selene said and he smirked as they fought before they noticed sam and tory staring at each other

" SAM NO FEAR" selene called and tory looked at them quickly
in annoyance and sam ran off

"SELENE BEHIND YOU" demetri called and selene fought them as he hit them over and over again but he missed every time but they knocked him down and looked to see demetris arm being held

"HEY HAWK FREE SHOT" he called and selene watched as everything slowed down and hawk ran forward. they were scared of what hawk was going to do until he kicked his own team mates in the face and threw one into the table

"holy shit" selene said and demetri backed up into them

" Look man I'm sorry for all of it. Do you wanna help me with this thing?" hawk asked demetri and then he looked at selene

" You deserve a lot more than an apology OK I know that but right now you're kick ass and we need you" hawk said and selene nodded

"let's do this thing" selene said and they smiled at demetri and hawk before they started to fight the others together . they stood back to back and faught them before selene looked at miguel who was against the wall and they made eye contact with him and nodded as he nodded at her affirmatively as he started to fight back

they all looked at each other before they ran outside and to the dojo where they saw sam with torrey

" Guys stop" miguel called but they all looked at selene

" Tory it's over the fights over" selene said and tory scoffed

"it's not over. this will be over , larusso you hear me?" tory said to sam

"you know where to find me" sam responded

"traitors!" tory said to miguel and hawk before she looked at selene

"so much for more than friends. you better watch your back selene!" tory said and selene shrugged

" They won't have to. They got friends watching it for them" demetri said and tory walked out as sam dropped the staff and they all looked at each other

selene wrapped their arms around hawk and demetri as they looked at sam and then miguel .

"we should go home" selene said and they all nodded in agreement

"i'll drive you three home" selene spoke to miguel, hawk and demetri as they followed them to the car

"so you are tory were a thing?" hawk asked and selene shrugged

"not anymore" they said and they drive them home . they pretended to not be hurt but in reality . it hurt a lot more than they wanted it to

they shouldn't have gotten so attached to her and yet they did. and now they were to blame

they only hoped things and time would change
