Naina is no longer the old chirpy talkative and sassy Naina. She is not the same anymore. After whatever happened between her and Rajveer, everything has changed.

She wakes up early,helps her mother, looking fr a job to manage her expenses unlike before. Her parents are happy with the changes but at the end they are not able to see her like this. Naveen is also feeling bad for her and its heart wrenching fr him. 

Its just 15 days post signing the divorce papers. Her parents and Naveen went to Naina's room to talk something urgent. Their face uneasy.

Bhai koi problem hui h kya?

Naveen sits next to Naina. Rubbing her back, he says,
Rajveer is getting engaged on the coming Sunday...

Naina looks at him with shock,later covers her emotions nicely.

Nandini k saath?
She asks him.

Hmmm.
Naveen replies with hesitation.
Uska fon aya tha. Usne invite kia hai humari puri family ko.

While saying so, Naveen looks at her in concern and worry.

Mujhe bhi invite kia hai??
Naina asks further  to which naveen shakes his head in no.

Looking at his response, a lone tear passes through her eye, making her cheek wet. She wipes it and questions him further,

Toh fir  problem kya h? Ye toh hona hi tha??
Her head hanging low.

Woh chahta h ki hum ladke wale bnkr chale uski side se. Par main kbse indono ko samjha rahi hu ki main ya ye log aisa kuch nhi krenge..
Says her mother.

Its ok maa. Rajveer ka koi nhi h is dunia me bhai k alawa.. aap sab tension na lo.. main thik hu.. main b yahi chahungi, ki aap log unke sath raho... aur waise bhi us din Swapna k cousin ki shadi h, muje waise b waha jana hoga. Its sorted!

Naina has changed a lot, her parents could feel it. Naveen is proud of his little monster,how brave she has become.

Tomorrow is Rajveer's engagement. Naina could see the preparations going on in her house. They are preparing everything from the groom's side. Her heart breaking with every second, she has locked herself up in her room.

All are ready to leave for the venue. Except Naina.

Naina, hum nikal rahe hain.. tu swapna k waha pahunchkar message kardena.. bhulna mat..
Naveen kisses her forehead.

Aur zada sochna mat. Jo hota hai , ache k liye hota hai.

Naina nods in return.

Checking all the gifts and important things, they leave fr the venue.

Naina stops the car in front of the hotel booked for Rajveer's engagement.

Flashback...

Naina too gets ready,after everyone left and locks the door to leave.

She walks towards her car in parking and in the way, she finds a small packet. She opens it to find a ring .

Ye ring kiski h? New hai. Kahin engagement ring to nhi h? Ldki k liye h definitely. She opens the guarantee card and bill slip and finds that its for the bride, Nandini Kapoor.

Anguthi toh yahi bhul gye bhai, fr engagement kaise hogi?

Her mind and heart battle fr a while . She le

aves fr the venue where Rajveer and Nandini are getting engaged.

Present...

Each step is heavy towards the hotel, but she has to go inside . She will give this to Naveen and will head back asap.

She could hv called Naveen to come outside to give him the ring but she wanted to believe, to sink in the fact that he s actually getting married to someone. Her heart was praying it to be a prank or an illusion.

She was on the entrance. She scans the whole hall and her gaze halts at him. He is looking devilishly handsome in  black. He was dancing with Nandini,who is too wearing a beautiful lehenga. Perfect together!

Her heart broke truly this time. Wiping the tears, she walked further towards him.

She tapped at Rajveer's shoulder to which he looked at Naina by turning his head. His trance breaks as he looks at her sullen dull face and watery eyes. He leaves Nandini and concentrates on Naina. His face showing concern and guilt.

Naina couldn't hold his gaze on her. She looks at the floor.

Ye tumhari engagement ring. Ghar pr reh gyi thi. Bs wahi lautaane aayi thi.

She turns to leave but halts and turns back. She looks at Nandini, congratulates  her with a heavy heart and turns back.

As she reaches the exit of the hall, she hears him calling her. She too look back at him.

Naina, agar tum andar engagement k liye rukogi toh mujhe acha lgega.

She looks at him in disgust.

Maanta hoon tumhare saath glt kr raha hoon, pr fr bhi. Ye sab tumhari wajah se hi mila h mujhe. Agr tum andar nhi aaogi toh m ye sagai nhi kar paunga. Please.
He literally pleads her with his eyes and words.

He goes from there, leaving her perplexed.
