A/N: Chapter 3 was having some kind of technical issue so I deleted it and added it to the 2nd chapter. So now instead of a third chapter we have the fourth chapter. I'm to lazy to change anything right now so I'm keeping everything just the way it is... Sorry for the inconvenience...

     The Ravenclaw tower was located on the fifth floor. There was a  door without a doorknob or keyhole, but a bronze knocker in the shape of an eagle. 

   "In  order to enter the room, a person must answer a riddle asked by the eagle knocker; if they answer incorrectly, they must wait for someone else who gets it right." Eva told me.

     We waited for more students to come. Eva thought it was best as she wasn't very good with riddles. Soon a few students gathered around us. We all looked at each other . A boy with blonde hair looked at Eva and said"We should at least try before Dani and Charlie get here."

    Eva hesitated a bit but agreed reluctantly.  We all looked towards the eagle knocker. Suddenly it started speaking "Welcome back to Hogwarts children . Hope all of you enjoyed the summer. Now let's get to buisness. I've got a riddle for you children. Good luck solving it"

   Suddenly I could feel everyone getting very tense. I tried to remain calm . I mean how hard could it possibly be . It's just a riddle.

The voice was heard again it started reciting the riddle...

"There were 2 people near the river and both of them want to go on the other side. The boat can only take one of them. But they got across. How?"

There was silence after that . After a minute there was a little discussion between the students. They asked eva's opinion and she agreed. They all had decided one answer. One boy stepped forward and answered"they swam to the other side."

Everyone around had their fingers crossed. After another long pause the voice replied

"I'm sorry Gregory your answer is incorrect."

   Everyone around me were annoyed. Eva was disappointed as well. Usually the answers of such riddles  are either in the question or we have to think out of the box. But for this question the answer was in the question itself. 

  I concentrated and tried to remember the question . Suddenly it all started making sense .

 " They were on different sides" I said quietly. Eva gave me a questioning look . Without bothering I  shouted"They were both on different sides"

 I could feel eyes staring at my back . There was another awkward silence in the room . But the silence was broken by the voice.

"Well done!! The answer is correct ". 

And just like that the door was opened. I got in first and eva followed me . 

To say the room inside was small was an understatement.The room was wide and circular in shape with arched windows. The curtains hung with blue and bronze silks and a midnight blue carpet covered in stars, which was reflected onto the domed ceiling. The room was furnished with tables, chairs, and bookcases; and by a door a tall statue of white marble stood tall.

   I stood there in awe as everyone started siting on the chairs and a few started moving towards the door. Eva looked towards me and said " Welcome to the Ravenclaw  common room . The door leads to the dormitories."

We both decided to call it a night and headed for the dormitories.

I followed eva up the stairs she reached towards a door and opened it. She entered inside while I stood at the doorway. I saw my trunk on a bed and moved towards the bed. Surprisingly everything was inside the trunk. Eva sat down on my bed . "You share the side with dani. I sleep on the other side . If you need anything you can just call me" she smiled .

       I nodded and she got up from my bed and went towards her bed . I removed my shoes and got in my bed . As soon as my head hit the pillow  I fell asleep...
