I was talking with the girls about random things . We were sitting outside and the weather was surprisingly very good. Lily and Alice were worried about the detention. Dani was totally cool about everything.

"Honestly, lily you are acting as if you have a detention.." I tried to calm her.

 "I'm just scared for Black. You might hex him during detention" she said worriedly.

"Lily it's going to be fine, isn't it Alexa" Dani said.

 "Yes , ofcourse it is. Now ladies I would love to chat but I have detention" I said and left. I entered the castle and started walking towards McGonagall's office.

I entered her office and saw her sitting on her chair. I greeted her and sat opposite to her. Professor McGonagall was grading some papers. After fifteen minutes Sirius entered the class.

"Sorry Professor I'm late" he pulled a chair and sat down.

"Alright, you two follow me" she commanded and we followed.

We were walking towards the potions class. Professor McGonagall entered the class and we followed. The class was scattered with cauldrons a few phials were broken . There was some kind of goey substance on the blackboard as well.

"Peeves did this and I need you two to clean it without magic" she stated.

" I don't have my wand" Sirius and I said at the same time. Professor snapped her fingers and there were two mops and two buckets of water in front of us. 

"Good luck " she wished us and left. I picked up the mop and dipped it in the bucket . I removed the mop and started cleaning the floor. Sirius was taking care of the cauldrons.He picked a fallen cauldron and kept it on the table.

    "I shouldn't be here" he huffed and did the same with another cauldron. After the cauldron problem was settled he took his mop and started cleaning the floor.

I was cleaning the goey substance that was on the blackboard while Mr. Black was sitting and resting.

    "Will you hurry up I have to go for Quidditch practice" he shouted from the other side of the classroom

"If you want to go for your stupid practice you have to come and help me" I said.

"I'm not going to help you and besides all of this is your fault" he blamed.

Now this is getting out of hand he can't just go around blaming me. I know that it was my fault and that I shouldn't have started the fight but he was the one who came to me and not the other way around. I threw the damp cloth frustratingly and turned to face him. His hands were  inside his pockets and his  back  was leaning against the cupboard. How can someone look so good even after cleaning?

"Elaborate on that" I teased him.

"If you hadn't started duelling with me we wouldn't be here"

"If I remember correctly it was you who came to talk about my hair"

"Oh! For merlin's sake you turned my beautiful hair into a very dull shade of pink"

"So, you admit that you put that green slime on my head last night" He chuckled at this

"Of course it was me no one in Hogwarts would do something like that" he confirmed.

"And the sneezing powder?" I questioned and he nodded. This boy is going to die by my bare hands .

"I missed my potions class because of you" I said and started walking towards him slowly.

"I don't care. You didn't have the right to lecture me about ethics" he replied and started walking towards me . Now it was starting to make sense.

  "Oh so according to you calling Eva a worthless girl was totally fine" I said. He started laughing.

  "What's so funny Black?" I questioned.

  "She didn't tell you the whole story did she?"he smirked.

   "What are you talking about, Black ?" I asked in confusion.

 "I warned her that I wasn't interested in any sort of relationship but the dumb girl insisted. She was infatuated by me. I mean every girl is but she is bonkers. I tried to end it by giving her the stupid necklace but she just kept bothering me" he paused and walked closer to me . We were only inches away from each other. There was pure rage in those dark black eyes. 

"You jumped into conclusions" he continued " You are stupid, ignorant,foolish--" I didn't hear the rest of it because I stormed out of there angrily. Sirius had a point my behaviour was rash. I will deal with that stupid boy later for now I have to deal with one person. 

And so I marched towards the Ravenclaw Tower in a frenzy of rage.
