"It's all your fault, Lucy..." He said, with pain in his voice. "Setting that aside, I'll tell you the story some day. For now, what happened to you? Why are you at Gray's house?" He said with restraint in his tone, as if he was angry or pissed or impatient at something but was hiding it.
"I just woke up here the other day."
Tamaki jolted up. "You just woke up here??" His eyes were gleaming with anger, thinking Gray did something bad to Lucy. "It was all over the social media Lucy! You're missing." He paused, realizing he said Lucy, not Layla.
"I'm sorry, but I don't have any idea what's going on now..." She said calmly.
Tamaki sighed in frustration and combed his bangs aside using his fingers. Lucy looked down, frowning as she sensed the stressed building up in the stranger who claims to be her brother.
"Hey Layla, are you alright?" Gray entered the room silently, but was interrupted as Tamaki suddenly threw a harsh left hook at him. Gray dropped to the floor with a swollen cheek and he coughed blood because of his mouth that was bleeding from the impact.
"What the hell Tamaki!" He looked up, wiping the blood in off his mouth. Tamaki was letting out a dark aura as he looked down at Gray. His stance was tall, both fists trembling in anger of something only he knows why.
Going to Natsu.
When Natsu got back, he was emotionally, physically and mentally drained all at the same. Slumping down on his bed, he sighed and closed his eyes.
"What have I been doing...?" He asked himself, after meeting Lucy, his life got a a bit more complicated, yes complicated, but excited in the same way. Not that his life wasn't complicated enough. He knew he had to talk to somebody, but Gray was definitely out. Gajeel wouldn't help, Loke too, Laxus? Nah. Jellal. Obviously no. Leaving him to lie down there and just simply think about life. Then in the midst of night, someone knocked on his door. Natsu took a few seconds, waiting for the knocks to stop and for whoever was outside to just quit and leave. But it didn't. It didn't stop. It got louder and louder, like whoever was outside went beastmode!
Natsu suddenly realized who it was and jolted up from the bed. "That's it! I know who this it!" He ran as quickly as he could even in his exhausted state. He twisted the knob and pulled it, making the door fly open and he trembled in fear.
"I'm sorry for not opening the door!" He bowed. He didn't usual do this, but for skipping an appointment, meeting or a gathering with Mira there...
"Oh my, oh my, no need for that." Mira smiled innocently and entered the room. "So," she entered the room, passing by Natsu who was standing up straight. "Why didn't you come to practice...?" Mira's voice become lower and lower with each word, filling it with deep longings of torture or punishment.
"Uh...Yeah about that...it's...." Then suddenly Natsu thought that Mira was perfect! He could tell Mira about everything! This girl is an extreme hardcore stalker with no boundaries on what or where to look for. And an expert in everything about life, it's like she lived 1000 years went through millions of problems.
"There's something up?" She hummed.
"What?"
"Nothing, nothing." She smiled and walked up the the stairs. "It's been a while since I've been here last time. Let me check your room." She ran up stairs, hiding her sneaky grin.
"W-What?! O-Oi!!" He ran after her and saw that she's been snooping around. Natsu had a sweat drop and was raising an eyebrow to why Mira was looking around. Looking around for what? "What...are you doing...?"
"Looking around for porn."
"I don't have those things!" With that being said, Mira paused and slowly turned to Natsu with a doubting look on her face.
"Are you really a man?"
"What does that even mean?!" He exclaimed, blushing.
"Ah, I missed this place." Mira smiled, sitting on the floor. There was a bit of dead air as Natsu cleaned up the sports magazine Mira threw on the floor and his clean laundry that Mira pulled out from the drawers. Natsu's room was surprisingly clean than what Mira remembered.
"Isn't it awkward for you?" Natsu stopped the dead air with a question. Mira shook her head in reply.
"Of course not, why? Is it awkward for you?"
"I can't say that I'm not, and I can't say I am either. But I guess it's alright for me." He averted his eyes away from her direction.
"Still haven't moved on, huh? It's fine, she hasn't moved on as well. I guess." Her tone soften a bit with the last sentence.
"No, it's not like that, Mira. I guess I've moved on, give it a while and I'll completely step forward."
"Yeah, I figured, with the girl you were with at the hospital and all." Mira sounded a bit flat, but didn't seem alarming towards Natsu.
"With you saying it, it sounds like I'm just some kind of playboy." Mira giggled and waved her hands.
"No, no, it's not what I meant, but still, I hope both of you can move on and let's go back to the way we were." She smiled, looking down at her hands.
"Yeah, but I don't think it'll happen. Us being normal again? It's gonna be real hard."
"Whoops. You said hard, not impossible." She smiled, having hope, even just a little bit inside her.
"Why are you making things more difficult, Mira!" He scolded her a bit, but Mira didn't mind.
"Anyway, about Lis."
"Do we have to talk about this now?" Natsu slumped down, leaning on his computer chair and rolling all around the room lazily.
"I don't see a better time than this one."
Going back to Gray who was planning on hitting Tamaki back harder than his punch, but restraint himself since he's a friend and they're both in front of Lucy.
"WHAT. THE. HELL. TAMAKI?" Said Gray as his teeth grit at every word. He slowly stood up and looked at Tamaki calmly, but couldn't with his pissed off look.
"Why did you kidnap Lucy!" He pushed Gray, provoking him A LOT.
"What? Kidnap who??" He asked, tone going high.
"Don't act dumb! I've seen the news and putting the puzzle together, it all leads up to this!" He exclaimed.
"What the fck is wrong with you???" Anger raising up in Gray's voice.
"You're what's wrong!! How could you kidnap her?!?" He asked, pointing at Lucy who was dumbfounding in the corner of the room, on a bed.
"I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT! All I know is that I didn't kidnap her!! And she's Layla, Not Lucy." Tamaki opened his mouth as if to say something, but closed it and turned to Lucy, who he knew had something to say.
"Please, stop this." She said shortly and rested her eyes for a second.
Gray sighed and combed his fingers through his hair.
"Look, I found her in the river with a bloody ankle. Of course, I couldn't leave her there so I took her home and Patched her up. She doesn't even know anything about herself, so quit putting false blame on me all of a sudden." Gray explained thoroughly, wouldn't want a sudden uppercut to come flying in his face. He scratched his nape and walked passed the confused Tamaki.
"Sorry for troubling you, Layla." Gray sat at the edge of the bed and smile at her. She shook her head in reply, eyes still closed.
"No, it's fine. I'm sorry for troubling you too.
"It's fine, Layla. So, What happened?" Gray asked, not knowing about the stitches. Then he paused, realizing she had to rest. "No, uhm, you can tell me tomorrow morning, just rest for now. Goodnight." He rubbed her head and she lied down the bed again.
Gray turned to Tamaki with a pissed glare and gestured his fingers to go downstairs. Tamaki nodded in agreement and went off ahead.
"Do you still, you know, think of Lis that way?" Mira asked, hesitant for a bit.
"Why do you have to talk about this again??" He asked, obviously not wanting to dive in this conversation.
"Just answer the question, bro~" She sang as she waved Natsu's failed test paper in the air. Natsu quickly snatched it from her hand.
"Don't wave that around!" Natsu exclaimed. "I thought I already threw that away...!" He whispered under his breath. He turned to Mira who was looking at him with both eyebrows raised, as if saying 'I'm waiting for your answer.'.
He sighed, surrendering to the forceful big sister-like woman in front of him. "Look, like I said, I don't know. I haven't moved on, and I'm not hung up on her either. It's luke warm, you know? In the middle of both. Damn, you're always putting me in this real talk thing Mira."
"Well, that's what I do best, now don't I?" She smiled. Mira looked up and placed her index finger on her chin, as if to think of something. "But about what you said, I think I understand what you mean."
"Well of course you do. You're Mira."
Mira smiled innocently. "I don't know if I'm suppose to be flattered or offended by that."
"So, how'd practice go?" He asked as he lied on the edge of the bed with his upper body already upside down, I guess you can imagine that usual lazy kid position.
"Oh you know, the usual." She hummed.
"What usual? The easy usual or the hard core usual?" Natsu raised an eyebrow, curious on what and how much they suffered from Mira's regiments.
"What did I make you do again?"
"Hard core one."
"Then it's the super easy one for them." Natsu processed her short phrase and left dead air hanging.
"Ah...Ahhh.....Are they still alive?"
"Pfft! Oh come on Natsu! It's the 'super easy' one...Super."
"Ahhh yeah...yeahhh..." He said in agreement as if that super easy was really just simple jumping jacks and push ups.
"We're having a practice match against Sabertooth by the way."
"When's that?" Natsu replied, his attention not wavering from his phone as he kept scrolling on his news feeds on fb.
"Next week, Saturday." It's surprising how both of them seemed like childhood friends that haven't been able to meet with each other in a long time and suddenly turn act like real brother and sister.
"Ah, are they good?" Mira paused, coughed and almost chocked on air for his idiotic question. He turned around with a glare saying 'you're an idiot, aren't you?'
Gray walked down the stairs as all of the host club members gathered around silently watching him as he walked towards Tamaki who sat there, hands leaning on his knees and was looking down at the floor the whole time.
"Tamaki," Gray called. Tamaki looked up with serious eyes that didn't seem alarming but had a sense of confusion.
"I'm sorry for the misunderstanding Gray..." Tamaki said softly, looking back down.
"It's alright, but if you ever punch me in front of a girl, I'm going to kill you." He warned in a bit of a playful way, he smirked a bit and so did Tamaki but both disappeared as Kyouya gestured for the three of them to talk in the kitchen.
"Ah, are you guys staying over?" Gray asked before moving to their private conversation to the kitchen.

Hello, I hoped you liked the update. It's still not semestral break and I'm cramming all over the place. Uhhh, well anyway, I think this book is still going a long way, is it alright if the story is long?
I guess It will be my semestral break by the time I publish this though.
I don't think I ended it in a cliffhanger, so it's fine. I intended it to end here since this might get too long.
And do you want like a teaser for the next chapter, tell me how to improve this book, it'll really help. In a way that you guys can benefit.
