"Y/n, let's eat breakfast" I followed Hoseok to second room where maids prepared the table for us. After everyone left we started eating food. The more I calmed down the more I remembered about the queen Y/n. Jung Hoseok is Prince of Astral Kingdom and is also younger brother of the queen Y/n. After Y/n mother died while giving birth to the queen Y/n the king married Oleta who is Prince Hoseok mother due to court pressure. After a month she got pregnant and gave birth to Hoseok. He is ten months younger than the queen Y/n.

My grandfather told me lot of stories about them in my childhood. Prince Hoseok and the queen Y/n were very close. They were inseparable and always had each other back. It is because of her step mother Oleta their bond broke and queen Y/n died.

Wait a minute.

How old is she now? Doesn't she suppose to be married and ascend the throne when she turns eighteen? Within a year she died and Prince Hoseok became the king. "Y/n?" I snapped out of my thoughts and looked at him. "You are acting weird today. I will ask Namjoon to postpone the meeting with Prince Jin. Take rest for today" I nodded my head still wrapped in my thoughts. "You have training session with Jungkook today. Do you want me to cancel it too?"

"No, I will attend it" I remember these people from my memories. I don't know if these are from the stories I heard in child hood or I am getting glimpses of queen but I do recognize them. In our kingdom all noble families has certain responsibilities. As the generations went on their families trained their successors to follow in their footsteps. Just like prince or princess who become ruler of the kingdom noble families will also retire and give their position to their children.

Namjoon is our royal physician son who has been trained since childhood to become personal doctor of the queen. He is also of the same age as Hoseok and Y/n and has been their study companion so he is very close to them. Similarly Jeon Jungkook is the son of commander of Astral kingdom. Jungkook father is a great soldier and led us to victory in countless wars. He is supposed to become the commander when Y/n becomes the queen. I couldn't help but shiver when I remember all these people were killed when queen Y/n died.

"Hoseok, I am not feeling well so excuse me to rest first" I made an excuse and went towards my bedroom. I sighed falling on the bed and closing my eyes. I need to sort all my thoughts and get as much as information on others before meeting others. I rang bell and called for my maid. It was the same girl from earlier. "You called me princess" she bowed and waited for my order looking down.

She seems to be in her teenage with red hair and mediocre looks. "What is today date?" I didn't know who to ask or how to ask them. I don't want to come out as an idiot in front of everyone. "Today is seventh of February" that means I still have two more months before I turn eighteen here. So this body has roughly one year and half before she dies. I have to do something to change the things before that happens. "Who else came with Prince Jin?"

"His older brother crown prince Marcel, their commander and advisor came with few servants. They will be staying till Prince Hoseok birthday" Hoseok birthday is on eighteenth of this month which means they will be staying here for nearly fifteen days. "You know princess, I heard Lady Oleta talking about your marriage with his highness. She was reminding him about your marriage alliance with Prince Marcel" I clicked my tongue in annoyance. "Princess you have to be careful. I heard from their servants that Prince Marcel is really cruel man"

After listening to her words I realized she is chatter box. It's like when she opens her mouth and doesn't stop talking at all. I didn't have to ask her anything she told me pretty much everything. "You shouldn't talk about all these in front of others" she bowed her head as in apologizing. "I never speak in front of others princess. Only around you and your friends do I talk" I hummed understanding her.

"Wake me up when it is time for session" she nodded and left leaving me alone. I decided to take a nap as I am feeling tired.

"Princess, it is the time for the session" I woke up to Amera. I washed my face and changed in to suitable dress with Amera help. She guided me to the training place in the garden. I was about to greet him but stopped when I heard him gossiping about me. "His highness is thinking about announcing the marriage soon" I raised my hand signaling Amera to leave. "But Princess didn't even agree to their alliance" one of them who is dressed in training clothes holding sword answered other person. "Did princess tell you what she will do?"

"No she did ask me to gather information on Prince Jin and Prince Marcel" I realized who this people are by now. One of them is Jungkook who will be commander of the army in future while other one is Min Yoongi who will be main advisor and minister of justice in future. "I don't know what she is planning. As you know she can be either wildly naïve or dangerously intelligent. I am afraid what it will be this time"

"Talking about royal family in insulting way will lead to death. I am surprised two important people of my future court aren't aware of this" I announced my presence to them as I heard enough. "Princess" they bowed to me and I waved them to drop the causalities. "Don't you know even walls have ears? You are talking about everything in open area here" I didn't mind about their comments as I am not the queen Y/n they know about. But I do agree she has been like what he said. She was talented and kind ruler to the people and brave soldier in the wars but she has been naïve about her marriage and other people. Even after every one told her about her step mother she didn't believe them and blinded trusted her father to get married.

"I apologize princess. I shouldn't have spoken out of line" Yoongi bowed on the ground and hit his head on the ground. "Don't be dramatic" I scoffed knowing they would have made fun of me if I didn't interrupt. "Did you find out about them?" I did get the information from Amera but this is not enough. I am sure Jungkook have more information from his spies than her. "It is safe to talk here" I already informed Amera to clear the area. Besides this garden is connected to my personal chamber and garden. It is impossible to get in without anyone noticing. "I sent my team to their kingdom princess"

"Crown prince Marcel is planning to marry you and take over our kingdom" their kingdom is one of the strongest kingdoms now along with our kingdom. Their king has married three wives and has total of five sons. His first wife has two sons and her elder son was the actual crown prince. But he died of a disease few years back. Her second son was supposed to be the crown prince later but he died in one of the wars after year of his brother death.

Later Marcel was announced as crown prince. Every one say Marcel killed his brothers for throne but no one has proof. Marcel is the son of their current queen who is second wife of the king. He has the strong background with support of more than half of the court in their kingdom.

His third wife has two sons who are Prince Jin and Prince Taehyung. Prince Taehyung took over the position of commander of army while Prince Jin doesn't involve much in any of these things. He pretends to be not interested but I doubt it. He maybe is scheming internally to beat Marcel.

"I guess we can't delay the meeting with Prince Jin further then" I decided to visit him and see for myself what exactly he is up to. I dismissed them both and made my way towards Prince Jin chamber. Amera guided me to his chamber and informed me Prince Marcel and his people are in the court with the king. This is the perfect time for me to sneak in and talk to him.

"Good evening Prince Jin" I greeted him as soon as I entered his chamber. He was sitting facing towards the wall and I waited for him to answer looking around the place. It was pretty similar to mine but smaller in the size. "I hope your enjoying the stay in our kingdom" I tried to initiate the conversation as he wasn't replying. "I apologize for what happened last time. It was rude of me to do that" I cringed when I remembered how I kicked him and punched his face. If I was in his place I wouldn't have agreed to meet him. I know he wouldn't agree to meet me suddenly so I even insisted on stopping attendee to announce my presence.

"Prince Jin" I walked a little towards him to gain his attention. I scowled when I saw he is sleeping peacefully leaning on the chair. I crouched to his face level and observed the swollen eye. It bruised in purple color making it stand out more on his creamy soft skin. I unconsciously moved my hand and touched his wound. He must have felt my hand movement cause next second he opened his eyes. My eyes widened when they met mine and I got up to move away from him.

I fumbled back and my leg got caught in my dress. I gasped in surprise and fell down on him. My lips fell on his and he sat frozen in surprise.

This isn't how I imagined our conversation to be. I can't believe I kissed Prince Jin on our second meeting.
