"I met Prince Jin yesterday" I decided to explain my plan to them. If I want to succeed in plan I need their help. "I am sure Prince Marcel and Prince Jin are not on good terms" I have seen how tensed Prince Jin was when Prince Marcel entered his room. Normally he wouldn't have agreed with me but he got quite after seeing him. Besides I have seen the pain flash through his eyes few times when we met in last two days. He may have fooled everyone but his eyes are showing the pain and malice he feels towards Prince Marcel. I don't remember much about him neither from queen Y/n memories not from stories I heard. Besides his own brother is handling the army and his best friends are ministers of his kingdom.

"Prince Jin has younger brother who is handling the army of their kingdom" I looked at others hoping to make them understand. "He has military power in his hands" I snapped my fingers as they got my point. "Jungkook, you told me Prince Jin has half of the court support with him" I remember him telling me about it from his spies. "Park family is close to current king and their elder son Park Jimin is going to be advisor to next king. He is ranked top in imperial exams and favored by most of the royal families. There are rumors that he is going to be engaged to Duke Daughter next year"

The duke he is talking about is closest ally to the king. He controls the wealth of kingdom and has been supporting the king with his people. He has control over twenty percent of the court. "Right, which means Prince Jin has control over fifty percent of the court but no one know about it" he acted too recklessly and carefree that no one doubt him. People in the kingdom don't take him seriously as he is not part of the meetings or events but he is pretty smart. He is playing the game behind everyone and by the time everyone realizes it he will have upper hand.

"There is more" I remember this story from my grandfather. "Old crown prince got engaged to Ina. She is the daughter of Minister of Justice of their kingdom. After his death they have been demoted to fourth level saying it is their bad luck that killed prince" Ina trained harder and killer Crown prince Marcel later who was reason for her fiancée death and her family destruction. I should get her on my team and take her support to help Prince Jin.

"They will help us in taking down the crown prince Marcel" they glanced at each other in confusion. "What do you mean by that? Who will ascend the crown then?" Yoongi looked deep in thought as Jungkook questioned me. "You are planning to hand over the throne to Prince Jin" I couldn't help the curve of my lips to upside at his words. This is why he is my future advisor. "As you all know marriage was promised between two families, not between me and Prince Marcel"

"I am going to announce that I will marry Prince Jin in court next week" I heard the cutlery drop and make clank sound instantly. "You are joking" I looked at Hoseok calmly. "Mother would never agree to this" he got up and paced the room while others were still wrapped up in their thoughts. "That is why we will not tell anyone about it. I will announce it in front of everyone next week"

"Do you think you can convince the court to agree for this marriage?" Namjoon probed me. "I will take care of it" they were silent for a while. I am sure it is lot for them to take it. They kept thinking I will find a ways to cancel this agreement but I announced my marriage with other prince who is lacking in everything in their eyes. Cancelling this agreement will not solve this problem. I have to marry someone in the next three months and ascend the crown.

"You are put yourself in dicey situation by getting involved with their politics" I can understand Hoseok concern but I don't have any other option. "Hoseok, even if he manages to cancel this marriage we won't be safe. Lady Oleta will find a way to make me marry him or she will find someone to play her cards for her"

"Prince Marcel won't give up either cause he wants to take over our kingdom. Instead of fighting alone bravely why can't we play cunning too? I will support Prince Jin to ascend the throne and he will help me get out of this marriage. It is a fair deal" Hoseok sat beside me and took my hands in his. "Why are you doing this exactly?"

"I will tell you a story. There is a girl who was living in small village. One year draught started in her village and people started dying due to starvation. She decided to look for resources and save her people. On her journey she ran in to a lake which was full of crocodiles. But she has to cross that lake to get to next village. She is sure she will if she gets in the lake so she took other route. This route leads to thick jungle. She doesn't know the animals this jungle could have but there is a chance it might not have any animals either. So what do you think she should do?"

"Her only option is to walk through the jungle and hope she will survive" I smiled at Jungkook reply. "It is gamble on death though" I agree with Namjoon but this is what it is. "There is no other option though" he hummed in agreement. "My situation is like this too" once I turn eighteen they will force me to get married. I have two options here: Prince Marcel and Prince Jin. Prince Marcel is like the lake filled with crocodiles while the drought village is my kingdom which could be ruined by Lady Oleta if I delay taking the crown. Prince Jin is the Jungle.

I don't know if Jin is good or bad but Prince Marcel is defiantly bad guy. They don't the consequences of this marriage but I have seen the disasters it will bring. This marriage is the sole reason why I am being pushed to marry in the future. I am going to change the queen Y/n fate and my fate too. I am planning to gamble my future by agreeing to this marriage.

"How do you plan on convincing the king and Prince Jin for this marriage" Yoongi asked me with curiosity. "That is where I need your help" I explained my plan to them. They all looked like fish out of water by the time I finished explaining them about my plan. "Do you think it will work?" I nodded my head at Hoseok question. "It will work for sure"

*One week later*

"Everyone please rise" we all raised as the king entered the court. Normally we aren't involved in the court matters but since it involves my marriage me and my future team has been invited. "Take your seats" once the king sat everyone took their seats. To the king right side Lady Oleta was sitting while on the left side I was sitting one step down from the king. His ministers were sitting on the right side while people from Luminar Empire for sitting on the right. Hoseok is sitting beside his mother and Jungkook and Yoongi were standing beside me. Namjoon didn't attend as he is royal physician son and not part of the court.

"We have few concerns that need to be discussed about people of the kingdom but our main concern is about our princess" one of the ministers started the conversation. "People are talking about it as our princess is turning eighteen in two months" another minister got up and praised me. "Our princess is indeed the kindest and most beautiful in the kingdom. We should find the best man to rule by her side" I leaned back in my seat and observed them. "Why do we have to search when the suitable man is here?"

"I agree. Crown Prince Marcel is perfect for our princess. We even have Marriage Treaty between our kingdoms" I glanced at Lady Oleta and saw her looking smug. I know this is all her drama to convince the king. "He is excelled in martial arts, good looking and next in line to the crown. So who can be better than him?"

"But if our princess marries Crown Prince Marcel, it could stir concern and trouble in kingdom people" Yoongi voiced out. "What do you want to say exactly?" I nodded at him when the king turned his attention to him. "Your majesty, Princess Y/n is supposed to ascend the crown in two months as we all aware. If she marries Crown Prince Marcel we will have two options. One to merge our kingdoms and rule and second is to make someone else the king of their kingdom while Prince Marcel shifts to our kingdom"

"Merging the kingdoms might lead to problems as people are not on good terms with each other" murmurs began in the court at his words. "Do you have any solution for it?" the king asked everyone present in the court. "What if we make Prince Hoseok the king and not merge our kingdoms?" the king slammed his hand making everyone quite. "I am sure you are all aware of the tradition of our kingdom. I can never take the right from Princess"

"We can interact with people and convince them that this is for their benefit" Crown Prince Marcel suggested. "I agree with you Crown prince Marcel but it might not be the best solution" I got up from my seat and bowed to the king. "Father, I do have a solution and I hope you listen to my words" he signaled me to speak. "As the concerns rose I think it is best not to go forward with my marriage to Crown prince Marcel"

One of the ministers from Lady Oleta stood up and started scolding me without making it obvious. "You can't cancel this wedding Princess Y/n" I can sense anger in his underlying tone. "You were promised to wed to the prince of our kingdom" other one joined him. I wanted to punch the man who was spitting nonsense in front of me. "Yes but not to him" I said pointing to the man I am supposed to marry. "I will marry fourth Prince Kim Seokjin" I announced earning gasps from everyone.
