Pia's POV

"You came back?" Simmi asked looking at me with wide eyes, as I entered the Swayam Shekhawat's cabin. I looked at him and saw a faint smile forming on his lips, seeing me.

"Yes, I came back because I don't want to be accused as an irresponsible manager once again, especially when I have work in my hands" I replied mockingly, shrugging my shoulders and noticed the smile drop from his face. I am still angry on him for what he said, without even listening to me once.

"Pia please listen-" Swayam started saying but his PA barged in with some files in her hand.

"Sir, the surprise is ready!" She said in a chirpy tone and immediately got quite, seeing the pin drop silence there. I heard Swayam letting out a sigh and mumble something under his breath. What surprise is she talking about?

"Okay, thank you" he replied nodding and she scurried out of cabin, maybe realising that something was going on before she entered.

"What surprise?" Kriya asked from beside me and Swayam just gave her a smile.

"It's for all of us. Follow me" he said and got up to leave. Everyone followed him and me unwillingly, as I had no other choice and his PA also joined us. He entered the lift and pressed the button of the 12th floor.

"Hey, as far as I know, there's nothing on 12th floor right?" Rey asked frowning.

"Yes and that's the surprise" Swayam said and looked at me for a brief moment, before turning back to the front. We all waited for the lift to reach the 12th floor in silence. What might be the surprise for us? And the fact that Swayam has planned something like a surprise for us, is not digestible...

My thoughts were interrupted by the 'ding' of the lift, indicating that we have arrived. Swayam stepped out first and I trailed behind along with everyone else.

As soon as I looked up to where we arrived, I was stunned to see a beautiful office. The place looked so professional yet cozy. The walls were painted in cream and the interior designs on it with greyish blue and brown but there were also some highlights of orange and some bright colours. I took a step ahead and admired the whole setting. I turned to my right and saw the words written on the wall...

"Welcome to MakeMerryz Pvt. Ltd."

The name of this event management company was beautifully engraved in 3D metal design and below that was a desk. I think it is of reception... I turned back again and noticed all the cubicles lined up and there were cabins starting after the cubicles. I frowned as soon as realisations dawned upon me. This is not like his other offices. This is much more friendly, homely and cosy. Why this sudden change for this company floor? As far as I have seen, his all floors are strictly professionally designed, with all the boring colours whereas this is something different.

I turned around, to ask others and saw that everyone were in awe seeing the office. My gaze searched for one particular person and it stopped on him! There he was standing, leaning against a wall, folding hands and looking at me? Is he looking at me!? There is this silly smile on his face which is making my heart thud loudly all of a sudden. I looked up at him again and our eyes met.

Pia! You are angry with him! For god's sake stop giving in! My mind chided and I immediately shifted my gaze somewhere else, embarrassed. I looked up and Rey suddenly jumped in front of me, wiggling his eyebrows.

"What!?" I asked rolling my eyes and he raised his eyebrows.

"Stop checking out someone! You are not alone" Rey teased and I can feel heat rising to my cheeks and I looked at my left and right, to see everyone busy in their own world. I sighed in relief.

"Oh Shut up Rey! I was just... Just thinking something" I said him and turned my back to him. Just then, I felt his presence behind me. My heartbeats were going haywire and Mr. Shekhawat, very cleanly walked ahead of me, brushing our arm in the process. Was that intentional? Or he was just unaware? Arghhh! Pia, Shut up! You were angry with him just a few minutes ago! You are still angry for how he shouted at you! What's happening to you? Control yourself! Control... I calmed myself down and saw that everyone were walking ahead of me already. I took quick steps and joined them.

After an overlook on the cubicles and all the other area around, now it was time to check the cabins. Swayam was walking ahead and his PA trailing behind him. He opened a door and we all entered. This was a very huge cabin! Literally huge one! With 1... 2... 3... 4... Total 8 separate tables.

"Wooaahhhh dude! This is such a huge cabin!" Vicky exclaimed, walking around and I saw, the name of one of us, engraved on the metal and kept on one of the tables.

"Well, this is one big cabin for all of you guys to work together. Since everyone is head of some of the other department, I decided this will be best" Swayam said shrugging and to say all of them were loving their workplace would be an understatement. This was really amazing... But why all in one? Why not separate cabin for everyone? And why this floor is suddenly so cozy as compared to others?

"But bro, there are only 8 tables here and we are 9 in total, excluding you..." Rey asked frowning and I glanced at Swayam to see him cursing under his breath. He looked at his PA once and sighed.

"Sir, Swayam sir had started planning this office months ago and at that time we didn't know that Pia ma'am would be joining us. So her table couldn't be arranged in this room, since it was already designed and there was no space" Mrs. Sharma said and I frowned. Where will I work then? More than these people, I will have office work.

"Where would I work then?" I asked to no one in particular.

"There are many cabins adjacent to this one ma'am, you can take one of those... But..." Mrs. Sharma stopped and looked at Swayam. I raised my eyebrows asking her to continue.

"But they are still yet to be completed, they are not completely furnished yet" she said and I frowned even more. What to do now?

"Well, let's go and see them, rather than standing here and talking" Simmi said and walked out. What she said was true, other cabins were yet to be completed in some aspects. I sighed, seems like I won't get a cabin anytime soon. After seeing the meeting room, waiting room and some of the other rooms few completed and few not done yet, we were moving back to the large cabin when the words of Rey stopped me.

"Hey Swayam! Why is this one door locked among all others?" Rey asked, twisting the knob of the door and it was locked.

"Oh yes, Swayam sir, we have this cabin for Pia" his PA said, as if remembering something and jingled the keys, finding the one and unlocked it. Rey whole time was looking at Swayam who was standing just few steps by my side, behind me. I saw Swayam flicker his eyes between me and Rey and I frowned. What are they talking about!?

"Wow amazing!" I heard Kriya's voice and I entered the cabin. I was stunned by the cabin and it's design. It was so unique yet so simple. Just one word, amazing... I strolled inside and my eyes automatically started admiring the surroundings. The amazing mahogany table with glass on it, the posh chair, the couch for relaxing, and the other interior add ons just enhanced the cabin even more. The cherry on the cake was the floor to ceiling glass wall behind the table, just like Swayam had in his office, giving an overall look of the Mumbai city and a part of Arabian sea.

"But Swayam, if this cabin was ready, why didn't you say it before? And why was it locked?" Nil asked turning to Swayam and I snapped back to reality. Thinking the same, I looked at Swayam to see him smiling to himself...

Swayam's POV

"But Swayam, if this cabin was ready, why didn't you say it before? And why was it locked?" Nil asked turning to me and I gulped. What should I say them? That this is a cabin which I had planned for my Sharon!? I clearly remember the day, the day when Sharon had shared this with me...

*Flashback*

I kissed my Sharon on her head and she leaned into me, resting her head on my shoulders and I wrapped my arm across her body. We were sitting on the terrace of our apartment and enjoying the sunset view of Pune City.

"Swayam..." She called me out, ever so sweetly after sometime of solace and I hummed in response.

"I love you..." She said lifting her head and giving me that gorgeous and enchanting smile of her's. I smiled back at her and cupped her cheek with my one hand.

"I love you too..." I replied to her and pecked her lips, making them go even wider, if that was possible.

"I sometimes think that this all is a dream, beautiful dream and I never want to come out of it" she said, snuggling even close to me, side hugging me, the chills of Pune winters having showing its effects already. I hugged her back and made her look at me, tugging her loose strand of hair back to its place.

"Sharon... This is not a dream... It's real. We found each other, got our love and now even married too... This is not a dream sweetheart" I said her softly and she nodded, smiling, making me smile. She locked her fingers with mine and looked ahead, at the setting sun. She loves just loves sunsets and I started to love them too, along with her. Afterall, the beauty beside me is just multiplied ten times with the reflection of the sunrays on her face and the way her eyes would twinkle like a kid who found a chocolate. The chirping of birds and the calm breeze of the evening just adding onto it.

"Everything's so perfect... I don't want this to end ever" she said.

"It will never" I replied back, slightly squeezing her hand, assuring her and I kissed the back of her hands.

"Now only one thing is remaining, my dream. I hope I will plan everything and get a sponsor soon... And be as successful as you my dear husband!" She said turning to me completely and locking her hands around my neck, looking straight into my eyes.

"You will be, even more than me. I have just started now..." I replied shrugging and continued,

"By the way, you never talked about what kind of office you want... I am sure you might have thought something about it" I asked her back, wrapping my arms around her and  pulling her a bit close.

"Yes I have... You know, I want my workplace to be friendly and cozy. Not some boring business office" she said and I raised my eyebrows at her words.

"Ahaan! My Sharon wants a friendly office. Basically she doesn't want to feel she is office and working right?" I asked her, pulling her even closer to me and she gasped by the sudden jerk.

"It's not that... I think when you work, you have to be comfortable with your environment. And moreover, mine is an event management company mister, not some financing company to keep it so strict professional. And I love to be free and I am want my employees, if ever in future, to be free to. We should work as friends and have lots of fun... You see, my job requires bonding, creativity and communication more than anything else and especially strict boss is not at all required" she said taunting me, smirking all the time.

"So I am boring and strict now?" I asked her smirking, tightening my hold around her waist and pulling her even more closer till our bodies were crushing each other's.

"I didn't say you are boring! I said the work you do is boring..." She replied huskily and our closeness doing no help. She looked into my eyes and then her gaze dropped to my lips. My gaze landed on her lips and she took me by surprise by crashing her lips on mine passionately. I kissed back immediately, deepening the kiss. We pulled apart after sometime, gasping for air and I rested my forehead against here's...

*Flashback ends*

"Hold on! Wait! Stay there, don't move! Stay the same!" Amar shouted all of a sudden, bringing me out of my trance and I looked at him. He strode to stand in front of me with his mobile and he quickly clicked a picture of mine.

"This is so rare bro... The Swayam Shekhawat is day dreaming and smiling! I never imagined this can happen anytime in my life! That's like a miracle" Bharat said dramatically and that's when I realised that I had been smiling foolishly the whole time I was revisiting the beautiful memory.

"Shut up Bharat!" I fake glared at him but as soon as I looked at Pia, a smile was threatening to form on my lips again.

"So?" Nil asked again, eyeing me skeptically with narrow eyes and I just shrugged in return.

"Nothing, it just slipped out of my mind" I lied and it seems like everyone bought it. I gazed around randomly and I caught Rey smirking at me. Damn! This boy knows me too well! He gave me a thumbs up and passed a wink too.

Well, I was waiting and thinking that how on earth I will give this special cabin to Pia who is none other than my Sharon. And thankfully, Rey asked about it, bringing me out of my misery unknowingly. This cabin, I had decided to keep in the name of Sharon and even had decided the design of this as per her tastes and thinking as if Sharon was really here and no one was to be appointed here. But I can't help it when Sharon herself will be present here, can I? I still remember the way Pia looked around the office when she entered it. I couldn't help but admire the way her eyes twinkled and the way she smiled. Not Sharon but atleast Pia is there, though she doesn't remember anything, I will make sure she falls for the same person all over again...

"Well this is best for her. As a manger, she will also have to attend many clients personally. So this cabin is perfect!" Rey said and everyone agreed to it.

"Let's get going guys. We have lots of work to do" Kriya said and everyone started exiting one by one. Rey, Simmi, Pia and me were remaining and I gestured Rey to take Simmi so that I can talk to Pia. As soon as they too left, Pia hurriedly walked towards the door to exit but I held her wrist quickly.

"Pia please listen" I requested her and she didn't made an attempt to move. But she was seeing in another direction and tapping her feet, showing her impatience.

"I am really sorry for what I said" I apologised and she raised her eyebrows at me sarcastically.

"Look, even you know that how important this company is for me and I take it very seriously. So when you were late, I was pissed off. I know I shouldn't have shouted like that without even knowing your side of the story, but I was angry. I am sorry. Let's not start a fight over this please..." I explained her, pleading with my eyes and she seemed to be convinced for a moment but she immediately put up her stern face and looked at me. A fight with Pia is the last thing I have on my mind right now. Scratch that, it's not even in my mind anywhere.

"It's okay" she said sternly and attempted to move but her hand was still in mine. I didn't loosen my grip, knowing very well that she actually didn't forgive me and she understood my actions without even me uttering everything.

"It's fine Swayam, really!" She said smiling after sometime of huffing and mumbling something inaudible and I sighed in relief. I smiled back and she turned around to leave but I stopped her again.

"Friends?" I asked her, forwarding my hand for a shake but instead, she looked at me, as if studying me.

"What are we? 5?" She asked, trying to hide her smile but she can't hide anything from me. I just shrugged and forwarded my hand even further, gesturing with my eyes, to accept it. She chuckled lightly and shook my hands at last. Finally! I get her friendship! Woohhhooooooo!!!

"Are you both planning to stay here forever?" Rey asked suddenly, clearing his throat and we both withdrew our hands with a jerk. I glared at him for disturbing us but he just turned and walked away. Pia followed behind him, without saying anything else and I did the same, but not before cursing Rey for interrupting in between. While walking out, I just smiled to myself thinking of what happened few moments ago. Finally on first stage! I kissed my open palm, where my Sharon's hand was placed few minutes back and smiled again.

"So this is the office where you guys will work. I have already talked to the HR manager of my company to interview and select some interns and assistants and I will transfer some of my employees from other departments too. You will be requiring employees to look after the business area. Rest, this office can be used in time of 3-4 days. Everything will be completed along with the employee thing" I informed everyone, as we were descending the floors in the lift.

"Wow that's great" Rinni said excited and everyone else cheered too. All left after we reached our office and they discussed other entertainment things at present. I then resumed my meetings for the day and the night rolled on even before I realised it...

"In my cabin, now" I called my PA and arranged some files which I have to take with me. A few seconds later, I heard a knock and I ordered them in. I saw it was Mrs. Sharma and I gave her a nod.

"I am leaving early today, you can take your leave too. And since it is Saturday, I won't bug you tomorrow, enjoy your holiday" I said quickly, standing up and taking some of the files in the hand. She gave me a bright smile and I smiled back, biding bye.

I unlocked my car and slid in, throwing the files at back seat and started it, pulling it out of my driveway. I am going to see the rehearsals of our group at their studio. Yes, they themselves decided to perform an act and since the event date is not too far, just in 30 days, everyone's geared up. Finally I will be meeting them, after almost a week. Though I got to meet Pia couple of times in between, because she had the managerial work in my office. It's the weekend and hopefully, they will be here practicing still. Oh by them I remember, I didn't inform anyone...

"Hey bro!" Rey chirped in as soon as the ring went and I think he was actually waiting for my call.

"Hello, listen, I am driving... I just called to inform you that I am coming to the studio now. I am on my way" I said him.

"Woah! That's new! But Swayam, we all are not at the studio yet. Will you wait there till we come?" Rey asked and I sighed, stopping my car at a signal.

"Ok fine... Come soon" I replied and disconnected the call. I have to wait now! Maybe I can do some of my pending work till then!

I turned down the engine in the parking area of the building where the studio is and I strolled inside, towards the studio. As I was getting nearer, I was hearing a faint music and the sound grew by each step. I frowned. Rey said no one is in the studio, then who it must be?

I slightly pushed the door open, only to get a surprise. My Sharon aka Pia Mehra was dancing there, just lost in herself. I opened the door even more and leaned against the wall next to it, without making a single noise.

There my Sharon was dancing again. I was seeing her dance again! But j don't know which form she is dancing. I think Pia is just feeling the music and swaying her body, unaware of her surroundings. Her headphones were on and she was just flying around, but also playing the music on speakers? I am shocked would be an understatement. I didn't knew that Pia could dance! Wow. This is a surprise! A pleasant surprise! She is just so so beautiful... She is ethereal...

I smirked as an Idea flashed in my mind. Dance is the thing which connected us at the first and now, maybe dance is the thing which will bring us together again, or maybe her memories too. I can try once right? Trying once is not bad I think and I am going to take the risk now...

She was dancing very weirdly too. One moment she does freestyle and in the next, hip hop. Suddenly, she started dancing like a maniac like how we dance when we achieve something and I couldn't help but smile in amusement. While dancing crazily, she turned around, facing me and immediately froze at her spot!
