Percy P.O.V.
I was panting, hard. I had just watched as a horde of monsters killed all of my friends. We got word from the hunters that a large horde of monsters were marching to camp, and they were too far away to come and help. Every camper rushed to pick up arms to fight, but it was no use. Hydras, the Minitour, drakons, Dragons, monsters of every kind marched upon us.
Frank was the first to die of us seven. A drakon bit him in half when he protected Hazel, who succumbed to her wounds seconds later. Jason died when a horde of Ventus tore their bodies apart, and Piper had her throat torn out by a hellhound. Leo was crushed by a cyclops after a dragon knocked him off of Festus, who was then torn apart. Nico was poisoned by a bunch of green cows, and Reyna fell off of Blackjack after a harpy bit his throat. we were forced to retreat into camp, and everyone was praying to the gods, but nobody answered. Soon, the horde broke down the barrier, and shattered Athena's statue. It was the end of all Greek demigods. but we wouldn't go down without a fight. in the end, Chiron, Annabeth, and I were the only ones left, against an unstoppable horde. Chiron was run through the heart with a spear from a Laistrygonian. I shook the earth, created hurricanes, but nothing seemed to work, as my world stopped when Arachne crushed Annabeth's head. I screamed in pain as the heavy rain stopped, and floated in mid air, only to turn into sharp icicles, and come down twice as hard as before, shredding the monstrous horde. I fought until I couldn't see anything but the golden dust and red blood from my fallen friends. my mind gave in to my instincts, as I killed everything that moved.
The rain was pouring down, and I felt like laying down. I took a step forward, then felt my body start to shut down. but before I lost it, I prayed to whatever God would listen to me. 'I want to die'
On Olympus 3rd person
Olympus was in chaos. When Artemis got word from her hunters about the horde, The Olympians tried to leave to help their offspring, but couldn't leave. a strong primal magic kept every God trapped on Olympus, and they couldn't reach their children. Every god wept, even Ares, and Olympus was shaking from Poseidon and Hades' powers.
"Poseidon, calm down." Athena said as she too watched the tragedy.
"CALM DOWN?" Poseidon rumbled. (Get the pun?) "My son just had his Best friends taken from him, your children, then prayed to leave this world! Would you be calm?"
"What makes you think I am calm?" Athena asked, as tear spilled down her face. "I am tires of losing my children, and the gods agree. But I have a solution that everyone has agreed to."
Some random ass place-Percy's mind
I was crying. I just wanted to die. The Riptide was shattered in my hand, but it only brought me pain, because I had just lost everything.
"Percy." A voice called out.
"Athena?" I answered, gripping Riptide.
"I have heard your prayers, I can send you to a new world, where you can be truly free, no monsters will hunt you down because of who you are, and your life will be grand."
"At what cost? This can't be free." I said as I kneeled on the ground.
"It is. us gods became trapped on Olympus, and couldn't even bless our own children." Athena said.
"Your father loves you and feels nothing but pain as he was forced to watch as the monsters slaughtered you all." Athena said. "If you want, I can send you to a new world, but you must start from scratch, you will have nothing to your name, only your blade, and your demigod blood."
I sniffed as I stood up. "DO IT!" I screamed. "TAKE ME AWAY FROM THIS WORLD!"
"Very well Perseus, when you awaken, you will be in a new home."
"It's Percy, get it right dam it." I said as I cried. "And thank you, Athena." With that everything faded to black.
3rd person
Athena was in her temple on Olympus, weeping about the death of her children, much like the other gods, had locked themselves in their temples. While they wept, Monsters began to rule the earth, the Hunters and Amazons becoming the last line of defense for mortals. Everyday, more and more mortals began to die, as did the minor gods. months past, and the Amazon's perished, the Hunters soon became the hunted, and followed the same fate. In 2 years, Humanity finally united under one banner, and built a floating nation, and began to thrive. 40 years past, when a group of humans found the remains of Camp Half-Blood, and the Celestial Bronze weapons. That was the turning point after the group was ambushed by hellhounds, and found that the bronze metal killed the monsters. Upon exploring the ruins of Camp, they found about the half-bloods, and the abilities each could wield. When word of this got back to the floating nation, the citizens worshiped the Greek and Roman Gods, and soon, the spell that kept the gods trapped on Olympus broke, freeing the gods. after that, a new generation of Half-bloods, Hunters, and Amazons began, and united to end the monster plague.
The year humanity won, August 18th, 2150
Camps Half-Blood and Jupiter were restored, and became hubs for quests, knowledge, and shelter. humanity never forgot about the tragedy, and finally put all their bad blood behind them, and the quote, "Great peace cannot come without great suffering" became the motto of humanity, even after other pathogens were brought back to Earth, where Gods walked among mortals, and the world new peace.
But nobody knew about the sacrifices of the Demigods of Camp Half-Blood, but a statue of seven people were built in the center of both Camp Half-Blood and Jupiter. No names, descriptions, nothing. They were thought to be Seven Heroes, and soon became worshipped like Gods, but several Greek and Roman Gods said not to, and the mystery of the seven continued, until a decedent of Sally Jackson said the name, "Percy Jackson"
