Chapter 10

Thalia's POV

'Stupid Kelp Head! Why did he have to get such an amazing ring? Now I have to find a way to make one that is just as fantastic!' I thought to myself as I walked towards the palace of Hephaestus. 'And how did he make it so that it could turn into hunting knives? I mean come on! How can I compete with that type of ring?' I continued to think, growing more frustrated at the high standard for rings that Percy had set. "UGH!" I groaned out, before realising that I had reach Hepheastus's palace. "Oh."

As I went to knock on the palace door, it suddenly swung open and I heard the distinct voice of Hephaestus calling for me to come in.

"Over here, sister!" Hepheastus called from down the hall. And after several minutes of walking aimlessly, I finally found the forge and Hephaestus. "What can I do for you, little sister?" Hepheastus asked, still underneath an old ford.

"Well, you see..." I started, before Hephaestus cut me off.

"You need me to make Perseus's ring, and ensure that it somewhat matches yours at least in terms of quality?" Hepheastus inquired, starting to make his way out from under the car.

"Well, yes." I replied, having never had much of a conversation with my half brother, and not really knowing what to say.

"Ok." Hephaestus said, finally standing up. "I will do it, but first. Give me your mace canister and your ring." Hephaestus grunted

"My ring?" I asked, handing over the mace canister. "Why do you need my ring?"

"Just give it here lassie." Hephaestus said, sounding irritated.

"Fine." I grumbled, hesitantly pulling the ring off my finger. "Don't break it!"

"Break it?" Hephaestus asked, holding my mace canister and my ring closer together and causing them to glow. "The ring is unbreakable."

"What are you doing?" I asked, as the glow got too bright and I had to avert my eyes.

"Upgrading your weapons." Hephaestus replied, before the glow died and I turned to find my mace canister to be missing.

"Where is my spear and wand?" I asked, growing worried.

"Right here." Hephaestus replied, holding up my ring.

"What do you mean?" I asked, grabbing my ring hesitantly.

"I merged your weapons. Now all you have to do is think about what weapon or weapons you want and they will just appear in your hands." Hepheastus replied, before walking over and placing a hand on my bracelet, causing it to glow as well before it too subsided.

"Now what did you do?" I asked, staring at Aegis's bracelet.

"I modified your shield so that it would always return to you, and it is unbreakable and made from silver." Hephaestus replied, walking back over to the car. "And don't worry! I will have Tyson and Briaries help with Perseus's ring just like we did with yours! It should be done by tomorrow" Hephaestus called, having returned to his spot under the car.

"Oh." I said, still looking at the shield, before realising what else he had said. "Wait? Percy had all three of you make my ring?!?" I yelled.

"He said something about you deserving the best and the only way to get the best was having the best work together to make the best." Hephaestus grumbled, before snapping his fingers and causing me to vanish from his palace and appear in mine and Percy's dorm at the college in New Rome.

"Thalia?" Percy asked, looking away from his attempt to learn Archery at the indoor shooting targets. And releasing the arrow. "Shit!" Percy yelled, diving towards me in my spot behind him and tackling me out of the way, just as the arrow went whistling through where I had been standing.

"Ugh." I groaned. "Nice reflexes, but can you please stop trying to kill me."

"Fine." Percy grumbled playfully. "It's just so fun."

I rolled my eyes in response, before grabbing Percy's hand and pulling him towards our bedroom.

"I'm tired, and you are going to help me get to sleep." I said, opening the door to our room.

"What did you have in mind?" Percy asked, giving me a suggestive look and causing me to blush.

"You know what I expect." I replied, laying on the bed and watching as he accepted the invitation.

*Line Break*

"So, what's the plan now?" Percy asked, moving his hand to shield his eyes from the morning sun.

"Now I have to go meet Aphrodite." I replied, rolling my eyes. "This is gonna suck."

"Why do you say that?" Percy asked, pulling me closer.

"Because she is gonna try and make me try on all different types of wedding dresses! And she probably won't listen when I say I want a simple dress. Hades, I don't even want to wear a dress, but it's for the wedding." I replied, throwing my hands up in frustration and causing Percy to burst out laughing. "SHUT UP!" I yelled, smacking the back of his head.

"Ouch.." Percy grumbled, rubbing the back of his head. "Anyways, if it makes you feel any better I think you will look beautiful in whatever you wear."

"Oh so I only look beautiful when I am dressed?" I asked, teasingly.

"I never said that." Percy replied. "I mean you look quite lovely right now."

"Oh be quiet." I said, smacking his arm lightly. "And help me up, I am still sore from last night's activities, good work by the way."

"Always happy to please, Milady." Percy replied, getting out of bed and going into a mock bow before he scooped me up into his arms. "What do you want for breakfast?" Percy asked.

"How about some of yours and your moms famous blue pancakes?" I asked, remembering the first time he had cooked food for me, which was very surprising given how good he was at cooking.

"Sounds like a plan." Percy replied, walking towards the kitchen.

As Percy made the blue pancakes, I absentmindedly messed with my ring, before I suddenly got an idea that I would have Hephaestus add to Percy's ring.

"Breakfast is served." Percy suddenly declared, somehow finishing the pancakes in record time.

"Oh!" I said, being brought out of my thoughts by the heavenly aroma. "They smell amazing! But why are mine green?"

Percy grinned in response, obviously having some joke in mind that he wanted to throw my way.

"It's so you remember your heritage, milady pinecone." Percy replied, earning himself another smack on the back of his head. He sure was wracking those up today.

"Ouch." Percy grumbled, rubbing the back of his head again.

"Just for that, I am taking your blue pancakes. And you get to eat the green ones." I said, swiping the blue ones away and pushing the green ones over to him.

"Hey! That's not fair!" Percy poorly argued.

"All's fair in love and war, love." I replied, before I proceed to ,ever lady like, shovel the blue pancakes into my mouth and finish them in thirty seconds flat. "Done!" I declared, standing up to get ready to go meet Aphrodite, almost to nearly fall, having forgotten about my sore legs. "Fuck!"

"That's what you get for not savoring the blue pancakes." Percy said, standing up from his untouched green pancakes.

"No, this is what I get for letting you loose." I replied, "Now are you going to help me back to the room, or do I need to force those green pancakes down your gullet?"

Percy grumbled in response, before he yet again scooped me up bridal style and started walking towards the room.

"You know." Percy started, "If we keep fooling around like that, without the protection. It might end up beating out your birth control pills."

"Birth control pills?" I asked, sending him a confused look. "What do you mean?"

Percy stopped, sending me a worried look. "You are on the pills, right?" he asked.

"No, I thought you were." I replied, trying to hide my glee of the news I was about to tell him.

"Why the fuck would I be on pills? I can't get pregnant!" Percy exclaimed, obviously starting to get more worried, and earning another smack to his head. "Ouch, what was that for?"

"That was for freaking out." I replied, stealing his signature grin and sending it his way.

"Well of course I am freaking out Thalia, what if you get pregnant. We haven't even talked about kids yet, I mean of course I want kids, but do you want kids. Would I even be a good father, I didn't exactly have the best role model, and what.." Percy started, rambling more and more before I silenced him with a kiss.

"I won't get pregnant, I promise." I said, sending him another grin.

"How do you know?" Percy asked.

"Because I'm already pregnant!" I said, throwing my arms wide.

*Time Skip*

"Hold still." Aphrodite said, as she dabbed some nectar on my bruise. "You mind explaining to me why you arrived at our meeting with bruises?"

"Percy fainted." I said, rolling my eyes. "Honestly, he took the news better than I thought."

"What news?" Piper asked, having showed up to the meeting with her mother to make sure I got the dress that I wanted.

"Oh, you don't know?" I replied, having expected the daughter of love and the goddess of love to already know this.

"Know what?" Aphrodite asked, dabbing more nectar on the last bruise and watching it fade away.

"I'm pregnant." I said, standing up and walking towards the full body mirror. "Now how do we go about this whole dress thing?"

"WHAT?!?" the mother daughter duo exclaimed, before they both started asking questions.

"How long?"

"What is the gender?"

"How big is his dick?"

This obviously stopped all conversation, and earned Aphrodite a heated glare from both me and Piper.

"MOM!" Piper yelled, dragging her mom away and seeming to give her a thorough talking to.

After a few minutes of Piper very aggressively yelling at her mother, the duo walked back over and Aphrodite apologized for the inappropriate question.

"It's fine." I replied, gaining a slight blush as I thought of his size. "And to answer your question, he is around thirteen inches."

"Say what?!?" Aphrodite exclaimed, "You have to let me test him out! I have never ridden one that big! At Least not on a mortal."

"MOTHER!!!" Piper yelled again, before she went into another round of how Aphrodite should ask to sleep or have sex with other peoples lovers and how she shouldn't even be cheating on her husband, and she probably would have gone into a longer rant, but we got interrupted by none other than Aphrodites husband.

"It's quite alright." Hepheastus said, snapping Piper out of her rant. "The slut will sleep with whoever she wants to sleep with."

"Hey!" Aphrodite yelled, starting to march towards her husband. "You have no right..." She started, before she was cut off by a now irritated Hepheastus.

"No right? Now right?!? Says the woman who cheated on me with my own brother, I have every right to call you a slut!" Hepheastus yelled.

"Oh really?" Aphrodite yelled, throwing her hands up, "And your so perfect, hu? What about all those mortals that you sleep with."

"Oh you want to get into that? I don't sleep with the mortals! I do something similar to what Athena does and I magically impregnate them! I have never cheated on you! And while we are on the topic of Mortals, why don't we talk about how you have more demigods than almost all the gods and goddesses! Besides Apollo and Hermes of course, but they aren't married." Hepheastus replied, seeming to grow angrier and angrier, all while Aphrodite started to shrink back in surprise.

"What do you mean you don't sleep with them?" Aphrodite asked, having lost her own anger and being called a slut by her husband.

"I mean what I said! I am the god of Craftsmanship, I found a way to impregnate them, without sleeping with them. Because I am not a two timing slut!" Hepheastus yelled, "And you always wondered why I would try so hard to catch you and Ares, or why I always avoided coming to your temple." Hephaestus continued, not losing any steam. "I mean seriously woman! We have been married thousands of years, and you have had children with almost every god and mortal, besides me!"

"This is gonna take a while." Piper mumbled, before dragging me off so we could start picking out my wedding dress.

*Time Skip*

"Found it!" I declared, holding up a simple, yet beautiful wedding dress.

"Really?" Aphrodite asked, as her and Hepheastus walked over. Having finally finished their argument. "That one? Why, we have so much better dresses, and this one doesn't show nearly enough cleavage."

"It's perfect!" I replied, handing the dress to her. "Can you make it my size, so that I can go home."

"Fine." Aphrodite huffed, snapping her fingers and shrinking the dress so that it would fit me perfectly.

"Hey!" I yelled, noticing she had also edited it to where it showed a little more cleavage. "Fix it!"

"Nope!" Aphrodite said, before she for some reason disappeared from her own palace.

"Ugh!" I groaned, looking at the dress. "It was perfect!"

"Allow me." Hepheastus grumbled, before he also snapped his finger and changed it back to its original look, but keeping the size the same.

"How did you.." I started, before earning a simple reply of

"God of Craftsmanship." a surprisingly happy Hepheastus said. "Anyways, that's not why I came here." Hepheastus said, before pulling a ring box out of his pocket.

"Um, Hephaestus." Piper started, "Thalia is already engaged. And you're married."

Hepheastus mumbled something about not being married anymore, before he went back to why he was here. "And this isn't me proposing to Thalia, this is her ring for Percy."

"What do you mean not married?" Piper asked, "I thought that was just a small argument!"

"Nope, but that doesn't matter right now. Here you are, the ring you ordered." Hepheastus said, obviously not wanting to get into detail.

"Thanks." I said, admiring the handy work.

"Well, I best be off." Hephaestus said, turning to leave.

"Wait!" I said quickly.

"Yes?" Hepheastus replied.

"Can you make it so that when he puts the ring on, it merges with his pen? Like what you did with my mace canister." I asked, indicating my ring to show what I meant.

"I don't see why not, and I will make it so the glow is significantly less noticeable." Hepheastus replied, before he snapped his fingers and caused the ring to glow slightly before the glow faded away. "Done, now I really should be off." Hepheastus said, before he disappeared in a burst of flames.

"Bye. I guess." I said, staring at the spot that he disappeared from.

"I really should be going as well." Piper suddenly said, "My dad is gonna kill me if I get back to the reservation late."

"Did he get his money and all that back when Neros was defeated?" I asked.

"He did, but he still wanted to stay at the reservation." Piper replied.

"And does he know about your mother's side yet?" I asked, knowing about how she had whipped her dad's memory once already.

"No! He would lose his shit!" Piper exclaimed.

"What makes you say that?" I asked.

"Because it already happened once before, you know with the giant and all that." Piper replied, seeming to shiver at the memory.

"Yes, but did you ever think about how maybe, if you just told him. Instead of him getting kidnapped to find out. That he might take it better." I asked, knowing how much Piper actually wanted to tell him.

"well. I guess I could." Piper replied.

"Perfect, then I expect to see both him and you at the wedding next week. And you better be in my line as well!" I said, pointing a threatening finger at her and drawing a laugh from the daughter of Aphrodite.

"Fine, I will be there!" Piper said, "Now I really must be going."

"Alright, I will see you later." I said, pulling her in for a quick hug.

"Bye!" Piper called out, before she turned the corner and left.

"Alright." I said, letting out a deep breath. "Now how do I get out of this maze?"

*After the Wedding*

Percy's POV

"Here you go, brother." Tyson said, handing Percy a watch.

"What is this?" I asked.

"New shield. I had Hephaestus's and Briares help so that it wouldn't break, and it would return." Tyson responded. Sheer joy shining in his eye.

"Well, that's sweet." Thalia said, looking at the watch.

"Oh! Tyson also has a gift for pretty sister!" Tyson said, seeming to get even more excited.

"Oh really?" Thalia asked, trying and failing to hide her beautiful blush.

"Yes! I got help from scary goddess." Tyson started, throwing a nervous look towards Artemis, who was currently surrounded by her huntresses. "And I got help from Hephaestus as well!" Tyson continued, before pulling out a simple necklace with a bow charm hanging on it. "It turns into your old hunting bow!" Tyson said happily

"Thanks Tyson" Thalia said, pulling Tyson in for a hug. "But what about arrows?"

"It doesn't need arrows." Tyson said. "Hephaestus helped me make it so that it won't break and it never runs out of arrows" Tyson said. Smiling like the made builder that he was.

"Well thanks!" Thalia said, pulling Tyson in for another hug. "I love it."

"Yay!" Tyson said. Before he said he had to go and walked away to talk to someone else.

"Well that was nice" I said, pulling my wife close.

"I agree." Thalia said, before handing me the necklace. "Mind helping me out"

"My pleasure." I said, taking the necklace and gently moving her hair, which had grown since her time in the hunt and now was past her shoulders. "There you go" I said, clipping the necklace in place

"Thanks." Thalia said. Turning around and giving me a quick kiss. "I have a surprise for you" Thalia said. Moving my ring around.

"What would that be?" I asked. Bending down and kissing her neck.

"Your ring was merged with your pen" Thalia replied. "It can now turn into your swords, sword, or wand. You just have to will them to appear. And it will always return to your ring finger."

Now obviously I had to try that out. And after several minutes of testing the ring and giving Thalia more gifts. We are cut off by her father walking up behind us.

"I also have a gift for the two of you, and Percy has already agreed as long as you want it." Zeus said, looking towards Thalia.

"What is it?" Thalia asked.

"Godhood. You would become the goddess of hunt, wildlife, lightning, and loyalty. And Percy would be the god of water, earth, animals, and family" Zeus said, looking at Thalia expectantly. Only for her to look towards me and gain a nod of encouragement.

"I accept!" Thalia said, seeming to bounce with excitement at the thought of godhood.

"Perfect!" Zeus said. Before the three fates flashed in and quickly blasted the two troublesome demigods and flashed out. "You are both now fully immortal and have your domains."

"Cool" I said, "but wouldn't we be minor gods of our domains, seeing as you didn't say Olympian's." I inquired.

"Now, you are the power level of an Olympian's. Just not on the council." Zeus replied.

"Alright." I said. Liking not being stuck in the stupid council.

"Now what?" Thalia asked.

"Now you go on your honeymoon." Zeus replies, like it was the most obvious

"Ok. And where do we go, and for how long." Thalia asked.

"Don't worry about the where, but the how long is easy. Five years!" Zeus said. Smiling widely

"WHAT?!?" Me and Thalia asked together.
