Leo's P.O.V

After Hazel and Thalia came and informed us about the mountains, I quickly change direction and we sailed to the mountains

Once we got there we decided to make 2 groups

One group will stay at the Argo ll and the others will accompany me and the kids

After discussing who goes were we finally settle on the groups

Group one: Me,Calypso ,Julio,Piper,Jason,Hazel. ,Katie,Travis,

Group 2: Nico,Frank,Andrew,Annabeth, Percy,Owen,Bianca,Thalia,Tom,

After that, Me and the others started walking to the mountains entrance

Before we even went inside 2 empousa came and stopped us

Empousa #1: Only the person who accepted the challenge must go inside.

Travis: Thats not fair.

Empousa #2: Lifes not fair demigod, and someone will keep you company .

Travis shuddered

Travis: Company from you?

The Empousa laughed

Empousa #1: No not us , them.

4 cyclops came and crossed their arms

Me: Wait, can you at least tell us what the challenge is about?

Empousa #1: Sure son of Hephaestus. The challenge is: The hero will search the whole mountain for the girl. The mountain will be on fire so every time the hero gets closer to the girl, the fire will grow even hotter.

Me: Ha, that sounds easy.

Empousa #2: Don't be so sure of yourself demigod. This is greek fire.

Jason: Thats not fair! The Greek fire is one of the most dangerous magical substance in the world .

Empousa #2: Like I said before, life's not fair so deal with it.

I sighed than looked at Julio

Me:Are you sure you will be able to handle this? Because the Greek fire is really hot and the Empousa said that it'll get hotter each time you get close to Lily.

Julio: I'm a Valdez! Of course I will be able to handle it.

I grinned

Me: That's my son.

The Empousa hissed

Empousa #1: Enough chit chat, let's get the show started. And you all will be able to watch from the TV over there demigods.

We nodded and with that, Julio entered the mountain

**********Julio's P.O.V **********

Ok so I was a little scared about this challenge but I'm praying to the gods that my fire proof will be able to handle it

With one last wave to my parents, I went inside

The mountain than began to set on fire

I looked around, there were 2 entrance

One was glowing green very brightly and hot and the other was a dark shade of green and it didn't feal so hot

I remember what the Empousa said : The closer I get to Lily, the hotter the fire will get.

So I went inside of the bright one . It was getting much hotter and my head started to hurt

I scolded myself, I need to hurry

I looked around the room. The roof looked like it was ready to collapse any second

I quickly ran to through the room and entered a bigger one

It was getting less hotter so I realised that I was getting further away from Lily

I turned to the other side of the room and the fire again grew hotter

Now it was much taller ,brighter and hotter

The room began to grow smaller and smaller

I had to crawled all the way to the entrance

When I got there i saw Lily inside a bubble

I'm guessing that was an air bubble

As i walked over to her the fire grew hotter

I know it sounds crazy but I felt I slight pain in my wrist

I looked at it and saw that it was a burned mark

I winced at the pain but kept going

I was only 3 feet away from Lily until I felt another pain

On my other arm there were 2 burned marks

I sighed and kept going

When I touched the bubble my hand burned

Like literally, burned

I pulled my hand away and cursed

Maybe it opened from the inside. I began knocking to Lily and shouting if she could somehow open it

She shook her head yes and the bubble quickly popped

A blue key fell out of the bubble. I picked it up and put it in my pocket

I grabbed her hand and led her through the fire

I had to manipulate it so that Lily wouldn't get burned

Once.we were out of the mountain I saw my mom head my way

She hugged me tight and I winced since I still had my burns

Calypso: oh my gods Julio. You have burned marks! It must've been extremely hot for you to get burned.

Dad came to my side and looked at my arm

Dad: Calypso do you think you could heal him?

Mom nodded and with a flash my burns were gone

I saw Lily go hugged Jason ,Piper And Andrew

Jason:You don't know how worried we were lily.

Piper: Yes, we were so worried.

After that we went back to the Argo ll

***********Leo's P.O.V ***********

When we got there we explained what happened to the others and showed them the key

Jason: the key is kinda of a sea green color with a strike of grey. Do you think it has anything to do with the sea or knowledge or something?

Percy and Annabeth exchange a look

Percy: Well than Lets find out.

Percy and Annabeth both touched the key and it stopped shinning
