New Rome is the Safe Haven for demigods, legacies, nature spirits and minor gods alike. Romans must serve 10 years in the legion to live and retire in New Rome. It provides housing and education to demigods and their families.

The border is guarded by the god Terminus, the statue god of boundaries. No weapons are allowed inside the Pomerian line.

New Rome also includes the Senate House, where the Senate holds meetings, a forum, and models of the Coliseum and Circus Maximus.
