Annabeth and Piper were hanging out together at a small coffee shop. They were 21 years old and it was the first time they've hung out with just the two of them for months because of college. They were seated at their table talking about aimless things when a dark haired boy walked up to their table. "Hey, I know we just met, I'm Brian, and I would like you to go on a date with me," he said to Annabeth. Annabeth stared at him blankly. "I'm married," was the first thing that came out of her mouth even though she wasn't. The boy's face fell. "She's married to me," said Piper looking extremely serious, though Annabeth could see the obvious amusement in her eyes. "What?" the guy said. "Yes," Annabeth said slowly. "This is my wife, Piper, and I would like you to leave." The dark haired boy practically scrambled out of the coffee shop. Piper and Annabeth stared at one another before bursting into laughter.
