Calypso POV

"Hey, Calypso!" Leo called out.

"Yes?" I asked.

"Can you sing this for me?" He handfed me a lyroc sheet. 

"Love Story, eh?" I asked. "What's this for?"

"N-Nothing," He stuttered. "Just, please."

We were both young when I first saw you

"Technically, I was young. You were a millenia old." Leo said

Calypso stopped singing and looked at him.

" Sorry, continue."

I close my eyes

And the flashback starts

I'm standing there

On a balcony in summer air

"Don't you mean beach?" Leo asked.

See the lights

See the party, the ball gowns

"Ball gowns? Party?"

I see you make your way through the crowd

"Actually, it was just the two of us...but, whatever."

You say ''hello'', little did I know

" Actually, you screamed at my face...but, let's not dwell in the past."

That you were Romeo, you were throwing pebbles

"When?"

And my daddy said stay away from Juliet

"I never even met Atlas!"

And I was crying on the staircase

"Oh, really?"

Begging you please don't go, and I said

"Actually, you just kissed me and left. You told me never to come back because it's impossible..."

''Romeo take me somewhere we can be alone

Leo wiggled his eyebrows making Calypso blush but she kept singing.

I'll be waiting all there's left to do is run

"From who? Festus?"

You'll be the prince and I'll be the princess

"But, Callie! I want to be a king!"

So I sneak out to the garden to see you

I thought I wasn't welcomed in your garden?"

We keep quiet 'cause we're dead if they knew

"They? Are you talking about the Seven?"

Escape this town for a little while

"Don't you mean island?"

And my daddy said stay away from Juliet

"Once again, i didn't meet him...yet."

I was begging you please don't go and I said

''Romeo take me somewhere we can be alone

"Can we bring Festus with us?"

"Or fly...on Festus."

This love is difficult, but it's real

My faith in you was fading

"Can I just say...Ouch?"

When I met you on the outskirts of town, and I said

I keep waiting for you but you never come

Is this in my head? I don't know what to think"

Calypso felt Leo take a deep breath.

He knelt to the ground

Leo fell on his knees

and pulled out a ring

Leo pulled out a red velvet box from his pocket;

and said---

Leo started singing while Calypso just looked at him in shock.

'Marry me Juliet, you'll never have to be alone

He popped open the box and in it was a ring he clearly made.

I love you and that's all I really know

He started to look away.

I talked to your dad, go pick out a white dress

I started to tear up. i knew exactly what he was going to do. I already read those lyrics.

His voice cracked and he looked down. I lifted his face and kissed him gently.

"Yes."
