Chapter Four- Hoggywarts!

The picture says-

Moody: anyone care to name the three unforgivable ships?

Ron: Leyna (Leo & Reyna)

Neville: Lukabeth (Luke & Annabeth)

Hermione: and worst of all. Perachel (Percy & Rachel)

Moody: yes, very good. And shipping any of these will result in a one way ticket to Tartarus.

Long long long chapter since it can be a little boring at times!

-<=>- Harry -<=>-

"You folk should probably put your robes on. Bathroom's to the left. There are robes in there." Harry told the new wizards. He, Ron, and Hermione already had them on. The Americans nod and go out.

As they pulled into Hogwarts, Harry didn't exactly feel the same sort of excitement as he usually did. This was his last year (since the other last year was taken over by Death Eaters), and since Voldemort was gone, this was just going to be an ordinary year. Then again, nothing was ever ordinary in Harry's world.

Those new wizards did seem a little strange. Harry wasn't sure if there was a wizarding school in America. If there was, how come they weren't at Hogwarts for the Triwizarding Tournament? Pretty strange. Perhaps this wasn't going to be an ordinary year after all.

The train finally stopped a little bit after the Americans came in. Everyone got up. Ron, Harry and Hermione were closest to the door, so they got out first.

"Hello Harry!"

Down the hall, Harry saw Luna, Neville, and... Ginny. His heart raced. They were officially a couple now, and he was so happy.

"How come you guys didn't ride with us?" Neville frowned.

Wait- how come they didn't ride with them? It's like they automatically went to the back and found those American wizards. Pretty odd.

"I'm not sure. But we made a few... friends." Harry couldn't find the words.

"Well, we'll all chat a little bit later then." Ginny smiled.

Harry looked behind and saw that the group looked uncomfortable.

Ron cleared his throat. "Well we should get a move on then."

They all walked off of the train.

"Where's our stuff?" The black haired boy, Percy, frowned.

"They keep it somewhere until you are sorted. Then they take it up to your house." Hermione said, in a matter-of-fact tone. However, Harry saw that the blonde girl, Annabeth, looked like she already knew. Harry could tell that she was the smart one in their group.

"So." Leo clapped his hands once. "How do we get there. 'Cause it would suck if we had to walk."

"Well." Ron said. "There are two ways this year. There are the boats, and the thestrals carriages."

"Thestrals..." Jason raised an eyebrow, looking around.

"Over there." Harry pointed. "You can only see the thestrals if... if you ever have saw someone die."

They looked at the carriages, pulled by weird black horses.

"Oh, yep." Piper nodded.

"We can all see them." Hazel promised.

Huh. Harry thought. "Guess we've all been through some pretty tough times."

Percy laughed bitterly. "You have no idea."

Well that was a touchy subject. "Okay."

"So which way do you fellows want to go?" Ron didn't seem fazed by the tension.

"I'm going boats." Percy said immediately.

Annabeth rolled her eyes. "Course. Anyone else coming?"

There were "okay"s and "sure"s and everyone walked to the docks.

"You can only fit four in a boat." Hermione stated as they reached the boats.

"Okay. So me, Percy, Frank and Hazel in one boat, and Jason, Piper, and Leo in another." Annabeth said. "Oh, and you three can be in your own." She added.

Everyone agreed, and walked to their own boats.

"Mind if I join?" Harry heard a voice as he climbed in after Ron and Hermione.
He turned around, and saw Ginny smiling at him.

"Suppose we can make room." He joked and offered his hand to Ginny. She took it and jumped in.

She slid next to Harry, and he put his arm around her waist.

Ron raised an eyebrow, but said nothing. That was better than the last time. Ron freaked out and Hermione had to calm him down.

"So how about those new wizards?" Ginny asked as the boat moved and steered itself toward Hogwarts. She didn't have the chance to talk to them.

"They are an odd bunch." Ron said.

"They say they are from America, where there in another school to teach them. But I've never heard of an American school." Hermione said.

"Yeah..." Harry said, not exactly sure what she said. He was too busy looking at the boat with Percy, Annabeth, and those two other people, Frank and Hazel. It was going faster than the other boats, and the Wizards in it wouldn't stop laughing. Odd.

"Well, let's hope they aren't Death Eaters," Ginny joked, not realizing that they probably think that they are. "But hey, this year will be pretty boring without something new, say, seven more American wizards."

"We'll just have to keep a look out." Ron eyed the group.

-<=>- Leo -<=>-

"Well this is going to be weird." Leo stated as they glided toward that school, Hoggywarts.

"Definitely." Piper and Jason were sitting on the other side holding hands.

Leo was a bit disappointed that Calypso couldn't come, so he could tell that he was going to be an oddball. But hey, hide the pain with humor. Well, Leo hopes there won't be pain. That would be, well, painful.

They saw Percy control the water to make their boat go faster, and Leo saw that the lightning bolt boy, Harry, was looking at them suspiciously.

"Can't you, I dunno, control the winds to make us go faster?" Leo asked Jason.

Jason rolled his eyes, then closed them. The boat went a little faster, and Leo saw that the wind was pushing the back of it.

"Thanks." Leo gave him a thumbs up.

They got to the shore of the castle second. Percy, Annabeth, Frank, and Hazel were already there.

"Took you guys long enough." Percy said while he stretched.

"Look, we shouldn't use our powers." Piper said. "It could give us away."

"Okay, but if a British person tries to poison my tea, Imma set his pants on fire." Leo said seriously as they all laughed.

Finally, the rest of the boats arrived. Harry, Hermione, and Ron walked over to them.

Ron whistled. "Fast boats." However, Leo could tell he was suspicious.

"We should go." Hermione said, and they walked to two big doors.

"Outta the way! Comin' through!" Leo heard a gruffly voice, and turned around to see a giant dude wading through the wizards. He was a huge guy with a thick beard, trench coat, and hands bigger than baseball mitts.

"Hello Hagrid!" Leo heard a cute ginger girl say. She was cute, but not Leo's type. No no, Leo's type is hot immortal goddess stuck on island type. Plus, Harry's arm was around her waist.

"'Ello Ginny, 'Arry, Ron, 'Ermione." The giant, Hagrid, nodded to them with a warm smile on his face. Then, he looked at Leo and the gang. Oh, that's a good band name. When Leo and the Gang come near you, you better watch them rock out.

"Who're these wizards? New, I take it?" Hagrid looked at every one of them, then rested his gaze on Leo. He narrowed his eyes, and looked like he was going to call Leo out on something, when he cleared his throat. "Very well then. Best be goin' on our way."

He then pushed the doors open, revealing a big hallway. There were painting everywhere, and knights in armor lining the walls.

"Right then! First years in the front." Hagrid looked at the demigods. "That includes you lot."

A bunch of younger kids went by the front, looking nervous. Hagrid then marched forward, the gang closely following behind.

-<=>-

They came in and walked for a little bit. About a minute later, they turned to the right and stopped at yet another big set of doors.

"Alright! Professor McGonagall will take it from 'ere. Be sure to behave yerselfs." Hagrid walked off.

All of a sudden, a cat raced out. At first Leo thought it was Frank, but Frank was right next to him. Then, the cat transformed into an old lady with an emerald robe and witch hat.

"Hello, hello! Welcome back to Hogwarts! Or welcome to Hogwarts, for the first years." The lady, Professor McGonagall, looked at the demigods, and raised an eyebrow. "Oh, okay very well."

She cleared her throat and acted like there wasn't an awkward moment. "Well, the room is ready, let us go in. And first years, go to the front to be sorted. I'm sure you all know, there will be a hat that will be placed on your head. Whatever house it shouts out will be your permanent house. Understood?"

With a few nods from the crowd, she glanced at the demigods, and opened the doors.

Inside, was a huge room with four rows of tables. At the far end was a group of older people that looked to be the teachers. Leo saw Hagrid there, and that old guy from the Iris message, Albus Dumbledore. He saw Leo and the demigods, and smiled.

Everyone else sat down, including Ron, Harry, and Hermione, while the first years went to the front as instructed.

Professor McGonagall set down a stool in the front on a raised platform, and placed an old witch hat on top of it. Guess that's the hat she talked about. Leo all of a sudden got nervous. What if he did something wrong? He imagined wearing the hat and bursting into flames, with the hat screaming "Fire bad!" Leo had a weird imagination.

"When I call your name, please come up." The Professor stated. She unrolled a scroll, and read it. "Chase, Annabeth!"

-<=>- Annabeth -<=>-

As soon as Professor McGonagall called her name, all of Annabeth's nerves washed away. Usually it's the other way around, but she knew she could do it.

Annabeth let go of Percy's hand, though he seemed like he wanted to walk up with her. Ever since the quest in Rome, he didn't want her to do anything new and possibly dangerous without him.

She walked up as Professor McGonagall lifted up the hat. She sat down, and closed her eyes as the hat was placed on her.

Hmmmm... She heard a male voice say inside her head. Good lord! A demigod! Oh yes, Dumbledore is up to his tricks. Well then, a daughter of Athena, defeated Kronos and Gaea, found the Athena Parthenos, bested Arachne, survived Tartarus. Definitely smarts, no doubt about that. But the bravery that went with those smarts... It has to be...

"GRYFFINDOR!" The hat burst out loud. Everyone cheered and clapped.

Annabeth hopped down, but didn't know where to go. However, Ginny waved her over to where Harry, Ron, Hermione, and her were sitting. She walked over and sat down next to them.

Professor McGonagall called up a few more names, apparently in alphabetical order. Then,

"Grace, Jason!"

-<=>- Jason -<=>-

Jason heard his name, and walked up. He was determined not to make a fool of himself. He was the son of Zeus. He could put a hat on his head.

He walked up, sat down, and the hat was put on his head.

Yes, another half-blood. Son of Jupiter, but went to the Greek side. Very brave. Defeated Krios and Gaea, former praetor of New Rome-oh tell Terminus I said hi- and many more. Obviously...

"GRYFFINDOR!"

Jason smiled and walked down when the hat was taken off he sat down next to Annabeth as Professor McGonagall read off a bunch more names.

Finally, "Jackson, Perseus!"

-<=>- Percy -<=>-

Percy winced as Professor McGonagall said his name. He hated to be called Perseus.

He went up with ease and sat down as the hat was placed on his head.

Oh boy... He heard a voice. Son of Poseidon. No doubt about it... Gryffindor. Former Praetor of New Rome, survived Tartarus, defeated Kronos, Gaea, many Titans and giants, too many to count. Journeyed to the Underworld a few times, even bathed in the River- oh never mind. Well you are a hero, aren't you?

Percy was about to say "yes I am!" but then the hat yelled "GRYFFINDOR!"

He grinned and ran to Annabeth as soon as the hat was off. Jason made room for him to sit next to her.

"About time. That hat was on your head for a few minutes." Annabeth whispered.

Percy shrugged. "What can I say? I'm an awesome guy."

One name was read, then "Levesque, Hazel!"

-<=>- Hazel -<=>-

Hazel took a deep breath, and walked up slowly. She was almost trembling, she was so nervous.

The hat was place over her head, and covered her eyes.

Ack! You shouldn't even be in this time! She heard a voice say. But you did die to prevent Gaea, very smart and brave. Daughter of Pluto, defeated Gaea, learned the way of Hecate despite not being her child, tamed Arion, yes, yes...

"GRYFFINDOR!"

Hazel felt the hat being taken off, and she went to sit next to Jason.

"You okay?" He asked.

"Yeah, why?"

"You look like you were crying."

Hazel's eyes stung a little from the comment about her not supposed to be in this time, but she nodded. "I'm fine, really."

Just then, Hazel heard, "McLean, Piper!"

-<=>- Piper -<=>-

Piper prayed she wasn't in a bad house. Like a flaming wombat house. She remembered when she thought her sign that she was a demigod was a flaming wombat. Ah, those were good times.

She walked up and had the hat be placed on her.

Yet another demigod. How many are here? Very well. Daughter of Aphrodite, very good with charmspeak. Defeated Gaea with it too. Well, there is really no other house except...

"GRIFFINDOR!"

Piper had the had taken off of her, then walked over to the group. Hazel scooted over so she could sit by Jason. He smiled and held her hand.

"That wasn't so bad." Piper said.

Jason leaned toward her. He was so close she thought he would kiss her, but then he spoke.

"I'm just glad the hat works for demigods." He whispered quiet enough for only Piper to hear.

They waited forever, name after name after name, until, "Valdez, Leo!"

-<=>- Leo -<=>-

Leo's big time to shine. He prayed that he wouldn't burst into flames as he walked up.

Professor McGonagall placed the hat on him.

Please don't burn me. He heard a voice say. Let's see. Child of Hephaestus, makes fire, rebuilt a dragon, defeated Gaea, died then came back to life. Well then, Supreme Commander of the Argo II,

"GRYFFINDOR!"

Leo grinned as the hat was taken off. He started to swagger walk to the group, when he tripped. He managed to regain his balance, but a lot of people were laughing. Leo grinned harder to hide his embarrassment, and he went to go sit between Piper and Hazel.

"That hat called me Supreme Commander of the Argo II! You guys could learn a lesson."

"I bet that lesson is also about almost falling on your face." Piper commented.

They laughed while the wizards looked confused about what Leo said. He was used to it.

By the time they stopped laughing, Leo heard, "Zhang, Frank!"

-<=>- Frank -<=>-

Frank was practically sweating. He was the only one in the front row, which made him more uncomfortable. He was almost glad when Professor McGonagall called his name.

He walked up, trying not to look like an idiot. As he sat, the chair squeaked. It would be totally embarrassing to break it.

The hat was lowered, and he heard a voice. Finally, last demigod. I wonder what Dumbledore has planned... anyways. Child of Ares, yet isn't a jerk. Good with a bow, defeater of Gaea, Praetor of New Rome. Should be Hufflepuff, but despite all you've done...

"GRYFFINDOR!"

The hat was lifted off and Frank went to sit next to Hazel before he could screw up.

"Frank buddy, I gotta be honest with you." Leo said, seriously. "The way you looked like you were about to wet your pants, was amaZHANG."

"Shut up Valdez." But Frank smiled as everyone laughed.

There was a minute of settling down, when the old man, Dumbledore, rose in his sky blue robes.

"A new year means new times. Things will be different, I assure you..." he stared at the demigods. "But hopefully for the better. Now we shall get onto our feast, but first, please welcome back Professor Lupin. He shall be our, hopefully permanent, Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher."

A huge round of applause struck out as one of the teachers, a middle aged brown haired man, stood up and smiled. Frank could tell that he was Harry's favorite as Harry clapped the loudest.

"Now." Dumbledore said, after the applause died out. "Onto the feast!"

All of a sudden, so much food appeared out of thin air. Frank was used to seeing wind spirits carry around food, but there was none.

Frank was about to grab some food, but all of a sudden, a brazier appeared right behind Percy. Frank then remembered that the Greeks sacrificed a portion of their foods to the gods.

As the Greeks got their food, they went to the brazier and dipped a portion of their food in. They then sat back down, despite all the weird looks.

"What was that about?" Ron said, his mouth half full with chicken.

Annabeth smiled. "Just a tradition we do at our place in America."

Ron narrowed his eyes, then shrugged and continued to eat.

Frank grabbed some chicken himself, and started eating. The food apparently replenished itself, which was good, since Frank ate so much.

<><><> Well I had to end it at some point.

I'm not saying Frank is fat, I was just saying because he's a big buff panda guy. He's amaZHANG.

Also, thank you to JuneTrengereidGruer.
I really didn't feel like writing because I felt like people weren't too fond of it since I'm not getting feedback, but just their little comment made me write most of this chapter nonstop in one night. Seriously I only wrote a few paragraphs afterwards.

But you see? Even the tiniest encouragement or whatever can help a lot. So remember that in life people. It's okay. I'm a therapist. Ha.

So blah blah blah, vote comment whatever, you all are amazhang, and all that good stuff. <><><>
