Chapter 26- Devil's Trap

Percy woke with a headache.

The last thing he remembered was the gun at the back of the head with Dean at the trigger. Then remembering how Dean pulled back his hand and hit the side of his head with the gun.

He closed his eyes for a second to gather his surroundings. He didn't get much time because soon he felt water splashed on him.

Not that he didn't mind water, or holy water for that matter, he still didn't like having water sprayed on him when he wasn't paying attention.

HIs eyes snapped opened and he felt the rope that were holding his wrists against the chair tighten as he shifted a bit.

So it's that type of knot where if you move it tightens. Lovely.

"I would appreciate if you didn't spray me with water." Percy said but that didn't matter because he was dry once the water hit him. Or at least after it healed his small head wound.

"Tell me something," Dean started from where he pulled a chair in front of him and sat in it. His arms resting on the back of the chair because it was turned around, "what creature bleeds gold blood?" he asked

Percy rolled his eyes especially as he noticed the demon trap that he was in, "I'm not a creature. Thank you very much. I'm actually human." Percy said leaving out the half part of the statement.

"Last I checked humans didn't bleed gold blood." Dean said as he twirled a knife in his hand carelessly.

"Last I checked humans didn't associate themselves with angels." Percy said casually. When he saw the man in the trenchcoat he also saw the wings that were hidden.

Instantly he got a reaction from Dean as a dagger was underneath his neck. Percy stared at Dean as if there wasn't a dagger underneath his neck, "Why don't you go get him. We have tons to talk about." As he felt the knife dig a bit deeper he casually said, "Or you could tell him what you know and see his reaction. I will have you know that I mean no harm and that I could easily get out of this." It was true.

He could literally Vapor Travel or flash out of this but from what the word was around was that the Winchesters were good if they were on your side.

Percy could see Dean hesitate but didn't move, "Why would you just tell someone that you could escape something?" he asked challenging not trusting what Percy was saying.

"Believe it or not, not everything is trying to kill you." Percy said rolling his eyes and used his powers briefly to cut the ropes in a easy and unseen movement.

He brought his hands slowly in his lap and saw that Dean's eyes widened and he jumped back as Percy put his hands up, "I promise to not move from this spot." he said

"Oh so I should just trust your word?" he challenged and was tense waiting for a fight.

"I would." he said casually and walked straight out of the demon trap, "For I'm not a demon. I was hunting some before I found those ghosts." he stopped for a second to look out the small window that was in the basement of the place he was in, "Plus if I wanted to hurt you. This place would be blown up with you inside of it." Percy said as he faced and looked into Dean's eyes seriously.

Dean faulted recognizing that Percy was serious, "If you so make a move you will be dead." Dean said seriously as he shifted toward the stairs.

"Noted." Percy said as he looked back out the window, hands collapsed behind his back in thought.

"Right." Dean muttered to himself and started up the stairs.

Percy heard commotion upstairs but didn't move from where he was as promised. He was lost in thought as he thought back to his family.

He was starting to regret leaving Atlantia and Lucas alone while Annabeth was working but he didn't think it would take this long.

Moving his hand lightly he felt the phone in his pocket. He would call them later to make sure they were fine but he had to deal with what was happening right now.

He was drawn back to where he was when multiple steps were coming toward him, "So which god are you?" Sam asked slowly as he and Dean had a gun out.

Percy could also see the angel he saw earlier looking at him with interest.

"Perseus." he said moving away from the window to face the small group.

Sam and Dean frowned never hearing that name in the stories before but the angel was different.

His eyes went wide and he looked shocked, "Perseus Jackson?" he asked hesitantly and a bit in awe.

Percy smiled lightly and nodded, "Wait, Cass you heard of this god?" Dean asked

"He is known throughout heaven. One of the few half-blood to have much say around Olympus, actually practically world. Everyone knows to not mess with him and to not become his enemy." Cass said breathless staring at the god.

The said god looked interested about the information before saying, "Sounds about right but I don't know about the world."

"You have more say than you may think." Cass said

"Sorry I never got your name?" Percy said frowning extending his hand for the angel to shake.

"Castiel." Cass said and shook Percy's hand a bit hesitantly because he doesn't really shake hands.

"We have a lot to discuss." Percy said turning to Dean and Sam, "Shall we head upstairs?" he asked

"Why don't you start with telling us what you did to the spirit?" Dean asked instead still blocking the stairs.

Percy rolled his eyes, "All will be explained upstairs. If I;m not wrong there is one other person upstairs?" he asked with a raised eyebrow.

Frowning but not finding any faults in what Percy was saying Dean moved and allowed Percy to go up the stairs making sure he was in front of him.
