Nico

Nico was standing outside of school waiting, waiting for the last bell to ring to indcate that school was over.
The bell rang. Finnaly he thought. Students started leaving the school and Nico spotted him, Percy Jackson. he couldn't help but smile when he saw him, Even though Percy didn't remember him.  He was mad at his family for believing something that was not True, yes it is true Nico didn't belive the Percy would betray them; he also knew that She was the one who framed him, that is why he left camp halfblood in the first place, because she was still there to this day.
"Why are you smiling" Percy asked

Nico frowned "what are you talking about."

"You were smiling just now"

"Yeah. . . sure"

Nico had been Assigned to Babysit Percy by Chaos a couple of weeks ago. He was shocked when Chaos said that Percy was Alive.  Nico didn't belive it until he saw it himself and here he was standing in front of him.

At first Nico decided to keep his distance from him  before confronting him, after all they are types of monsters that can make you think they are someone else. After a long time of watching he came to a conclusion there was no way a monster is that good of an Actor, if there was, Nico feared he would probably be Already dead. If Nico had to be honest he wasn't the one who actually confronted Percy.  Percy literally walked up to him and said

"Hey. Are you stalking me?"

"What?" Nico said shocked

"It's just that you've been watching ne for the past few days, I just wanted to ask you why?"

Nico burst out laughing, there was no way A Percy was a monster.

"It's kinda weird how you just walk up to the person who has been stalking you?"

"And It's kinda weird that you admit that Your A stalker" Percy says.

"Fair point, now I know your Harmless"

"I'll take that as complement. I'm. Percy" He says.

"I know"

"Really how far long have you been stalking me to know my name" he urched his brow

"I didn't mean it that way, People kind of yell your name at the top of there Lungs and you kind of stand out" Nico says. He already knew his name but Percy didn't know him well not yet.

"I'm Nico" Nico said as he put his hand out, Percy Shook Nico's hand.

"nice to meet you Nico"

Then everything else was history. Now he had a job to do and it was to figure out how Percy was alive.
Then report it to Chaos, why did she ask? Well Nico didn't know why so he  he asked Chaos she replied

"I just want to protect Percy, in order to protect him we have to figure out what happened to him."

Nico called him over after school to help Percy regain his memory.

"So where are we going" Percy Asked. They already left the school.
Nico came up with a plan Each day he would take Percy to a place he used to Visit in the past. Today Nico decided to take Percy to the old Apartment that they used to live in with his Parents. They walked around the neighborhood for a while.

Nico looked at Percy the look on his face that showed that he has never been to this Part of New York.

"So do you like the place?" Nico asked.

"Yeah. . . It's great to be somewhere you have never been" Percy Says.

But you have been here. Nico wanted to say.  Soon they were headed back to Percy's house. Once they reached his house Nico asked Percy before he went in

"Hey Percy how did you get that mark on your neck"

"Oh this, A girl Attacked me a yelled about how I was supposed to be dead, no big deal." He says

Nico thought then he remeberd that it was there first day if school that must have been a shocker.

"See you tmmorow " Nico  Says Then Percy heads into his house.
Now Nico was now alone he was frustrated that his plan didn't work.
Percy looked so Peacefull like nothing could go wrong in his Life which fustrated Nico alot more.

"Well we'll well If it isn't Nico D' angelo. Long time no see. "

Nico turned to see who was calling his name. Nico gritted his teeth

"You!"

She was leaning against the wall with a smoothe in her hand.

"How long has it been 12,000 years since Percy was betrayed"

"What are you doing here"

"The same thing as you Watching my prey" She looked at the direction Nico came from.

"It's been so long since I have seen him suffer I can't wait to do it again"

"You made Him suffer enough when you told the whole camp to belive that he was the traitor." Nico galred

"I didn't convince everyone. You were the only one who wouldn't belive it, I wanted know why,  but after that event you left, you went to camp Jupiter only appearing to CHB only for a little while, not too long ago did I know that you were working for chaos" she said

"I don't know why everyone would belive You but I will prove that Percy is innocent then you will be the one to pay" Nico said

She laughed
"And how are you going to do that if no one would listen to that seaweed brain what makes you think they would listen to you," she leaned in close
"No one will ever know that I was the one. Who framed Percy,I betrayed him and that I-"

" Killed his parents" Nico finshed

"You took the words right out of my mouth" She leaned.

Nico smiled
"That's exactly what I wanted to hear"

He pulled out a phone that Leo made that don't attract monsters

"How-"

"Choas's new power', I have the power to sense. When people are following me, so I pretty much knew that you were following me for the past 30 minutes" Nico said

She gritted her teeth

"I think this is where you to admit defeat, When I show this to all of Olympus, they will know the truth and No harm will come to Percy" Nico said

"So your job-" She said

"It was part of it, I Left CHB to find you and to Expose you" Nico said

She trembled and covered her eyes with her hair. Nico was about to leave when she-

"Your really smart Nico. No wonder why you didn't belive the lie I told about Percy killing his Parents" She said

"You should have never messed with my family from the beginning" Nico said

"Yeah .  .  . it's just that It would be kind of sad if anothor accident happened for example Hazel" She looked up amd a small evilish smile spread on her face

"Your not planning to kill her" Nico's eyes widened

"No. I'm going to kill Frank and blame Hazel"

Nico growled.

"But If you give me that phone, I won't touch them I only wanted to ruin one Person's life, but If I have to ruin everyone's for my plan to work then I will. So . . . Nico do we have a deal."

"I don't trust you" Nico said "how will I know you won't just go and kill her after you destroy the evidence."

"I promise on the river Styx" She said. The thunder rumbled. She put her hand out in front of Nico.

Nico looked at his only evidence his only way for him to finnaly get his revenge and for Nico to finnaly prove Percy's innocence, but Hazel was important to him he didn't want to loose his only sister. Nico handed her the Phone, she took it and right infront of him she crushed the phone then burned it in her hands until it  was nothing but ashes. Then she smiled.

"You know, it might not be today or tommrow or a thousands years   from now but the day will come when you will feel all of the suffering that Percy beard for years. You will loose" Nico said.

She smirked
"I always win" Then she vanished.

Olympians

They were back in Olympus Poseidon was about to go and see what Chaos said was true, but first they had to discuss what to do.

"If there is a war" Zeus started "I fear that we will not win-"

"How could you say that" Artemis interrupted
"We have one all the past wars"

"With Percy by our side of course" Apollo added. Artemis glared at him

"It's true" Apollo

"You both never let me finish" Zeus said with an annoyed voice. They stopped talking

"We won't win without help we will need to contact Camp Jupiter"  Zeus said

Done! Finnaly! This chapter was supposed to be published last week on Valantines day but there was alot of technical difficulties. So here it is Guys! I thought this was a great chapter to introduce the Person who framed Percy and Made everyone belive it was him. I didn't want to put her name out there yet. I want Percy to figure it out for himself. Anyway until next time
