I don't own Percy Jackson or the avengers!

Percy POV
When I finally got to go home I was happy, but then they said that I couldn't do anything for two weeks. That's a long time for a kid. No swimming, no running, no jumping,and they said to take it easy walking. What's so hard about walking? I mean it's not like I'm going to trip over a rock while I'm walking! What do they think I am a clumsy little boy?

When we got to the tower, Steve picked me up and laid me on the couch. The rest of the avengers came and sat on the couches next to or around me. After Steve put in Finding Nemo he came and sat down next to me. While we were watching the movie, tony paused it. "Why'd you pause it?" I asked. "When's your birthday?" Tony asked without answering my question. "August 18."  "Wait, your birthday was a week ago?" Steve asked incredulously. "I guess" I shrugged.

"Have you ever done anything fun for your birthday?" Natasha asked gently. "No not really. We always had to stay at home. But my mom would always make a little cake for her and I to share." I answere sadly. "We'll make sure that you will have one of the best birthdays ever. Even if it is kind of late." They said. I smiled when they said that. No one has ever done anything like this for me.

It was silence until someone's stomach growled. Everyone started laughing and I realized it was mine. I blushed and Steve said, " I think it's time that we have some lunch." No one disagreed so we all headed to the kitchen. Well I didn't because Steve picked me up. He put me in my seat and sat down next to me. Bruce headed into the kitchen to make some sandwiches. When he came back everyone was seated and he passed out the sandwiches. I wasn't really in the mood to eat so I only took a few bites and then set it down. "Are you sure that's all you want to eat?" Steve asked. I nodded, and yawned.

Steve noticed and picked me up and brought me to bed. When my head hit the pillow I instantly fell asleep.
