Explanations...That Won't Really Explain Much

Birds flew across the blue, cloudless sky. The soft breeze caused the leaves to rustle, the rhythmic waves crashing against the shore, the soft chatter of the demigods and descendants, danced among each other in a soothing tune
Everyone was seated at the Amphitheater. It was strange how everyone was acting calm and smiling at a time like this. It was great how the two Camps managed to forgive one another in such a short span of time.
But alas, that was only on the outside. It was hard to see and only those perceptive enough would notice the underlying tension in the older demigods' shoulders--the tenseness of their jaws and sharpness of their eyes. Quiet hostility permeated the air, not that most would notice but it was oh so obvious to the Praetor of Camp Jupiter.
Reyna sighed. "This is the third war." She mumbled. "Isn't one enough?"
"Certainly." The caped girl lifted her head to see Chiron. "How are you, dear child?"
She let her eyes droop. "I'm fine. How about you?"
"You needn't lie, Praetor. " The centaur let a small smile grace his lips.
Reyna glanced at him from the corner of her eye and gave him a small, tight smile. "I didn't think it was that obvious." Chiron hummed in affirmation, he gazed with a somewhat forlorn gaze at the demigods. Reyna continued as she followed his line of sight. "Wars aren't something teenagers need to stress about. They have enough on their platter as it is."
"You're already twenty-two years old, are you not?"
"Yeah, but duty calls." Reyna shrugged her shoulders.
Chiron nodded at her direction. "Very well, I bid you good luck. Take care of yourself." Chiron trotted away.
Reyna blinked. He never answered her question. Although, glancing at his drooping shoulders and heavy eye-bags was answer enough.

Luke licked his dry lips. He was sweating heavily under all his armor albeit the armor was light.
Everyone was made to wear armor. The armor was made out of specialized Chaos Stone. It looked like obsidian but it was ten times sturdier as well as lightweight.
The campers wore the same Camp shirts but the shade was darker because really, whose brilliant idea was it to make demigods wear neon orange Camp shirts as if they didn't already have that distinctive demigod smell; they had to wear clothes that could give monsters sore-eyes...metaphorically that is.
That...would be brilliant actually. Gotta suggest that to Beckendorf or Leo at some point..., Luke smirked at his brilliant idea.
A knock startled him out of his thoughts. "Luke, let's go." Percy called him.
Luke strapped on his sword, Backbiter. It was exactly like his old sword except instead of the original tempered steel, it was a combination of Celestial Bronze and Chaos Stone. It was forged by Leo as a birthday gift. "Coming!"

Tension coiled around Bianca's stomach. Fear crept its way up her spine.
She held back a sob.
Tears threatened to escape her eyes and choked sobs echoed inside her bathroom.
Why? She stared at her reflection. Why did you show me this?
These powers granted to her weren't a gift; they were a curse.
Chaos had given each of the Elite Warriors powers. Jason and Percy were allowed to manipulate the twelve Olympians powers although they rarely summoned up such powers.
Luke's swordsmanship was greater than ever; he merely hid the skill.
Beckendorf and Leo were the fire users and blacksmiths, able to conjure up and build everything they wish so long as they put their heart into it.
Zoe, Bianca and Michael had perfect aim; aim that could rival the Twin Archers. The latter, like his brother, was able to heal wounds and sicknesses. major wounds on the other hand, were a lot harder to cure.
Silena gained charm speak and was a master manipulator.
Castor could control vines--much like the children of Demeter--and could turn water, or any drink for that matter, into wine or grape juice.
Ethan had been able to bring upon bad luck if he so wished to any person, the only draw back was that he could only perform this once every three days and he had to make contact with his foe.
But among all the Warriors the two most dangerous powers were held by Lee Fletcher and Bianca di Angelo.
Their powers were alike but had different drawbacks. Every time Lee used it, his health would slowly degrade thus, making him cough up blood. The strain left in his body was too severe for even the two children of Apollo to heal.
While that happened to Lee, Bianca slowly lost her mind to this power. She had recurring nightmares every night. Each one slowly driving her to the brink. She would wake up at night, finding her self shouting out a silent scream. She had a hard time sleeping. She hid her eye-bags with concealer. Only Silena had been able to notice. The two would talk it out and it helped Bianca...somewhat.
Their power gave their body and minds too much strain. It was a power no mortal should ever have. Despite them being a Chaos Warrior, it was still something that should not be given to any human.
Lee and Bianca slowly found themselves falling into this power.
(This gift was a blessing but also a curse.)
They could glimpse into the future.
Lee could see the aftermath of the War.
Bianca could see--keeps dreaming--of the final death that will end the War.
They both know who will die.
(And it's someone they never would have ever expected)
