"Sophia, get your coat on! It's cold out there!" I yelled as Sophia trudged around outside. Rion and Selena were in Percy's arms.

"Happy Valentine's Day!" Percy called. He walked over to me and kissed me lightly on the lips.

"Love you." He crooned. I smiled at his gorgeous green eyes. I loved those eyes.

Sophia stood next to me giggling like crazy.

"You guys kiss weird!" She remarked. Her coat still sat on the couch.

"Your coat, Soph." Percy said. Sophia always listened to Percy. She listened to me too. But always Perce.

We walked out to the car in the driveway of our house. Silently I thanked every god imaginable for what I had. Truly, I had so much. A loving family. A perfect house. Great friends. The best husband. Adorable kids. Everything.

Our car drives were never silent. Someone crying. Someone giggling. Someone singing. The radio blaring. Personally I loved it. To me, it brought our family drives alive.

"Grandma and Grandpa are so excited to see you guys!" Percy informed the kids. We were leaving Sophia, Rion, and Selena with Sally and Paul for the day so that Percy and I could have a romantic date. It had been Percy's idea.

By around 4:30 we had dropped the kids off and were on our way.

"So where we going?" I asked teasingly as Percy chuckled. I loved his laugh.

"You'll see," he quickly responded, holding my hand. "Today Was A Fairytale" was playing on the radio. I smiled at Percy, my mind desperately trying to think up something to say. Percy was singing along with Taylor Swift softly. Endless stupid things were going through my brain. Then finally I thought up something good-ish.

"You're my fairy tale, Percy. " I giggled, sounding like a sixth grader. He squeezed my hand and leaned over to kiss me while the light was red.

Today will be a fairy tale.

"So, whet do you think of this place?" We were sitting in the nicest restaurant I'd ever been in. Everywhere you look, gold leaf. Couples in their nicest clothes. Thank god I wore something nice. I wore an ankle length blue dress. Percy wore a blue dress shirt with a black coat and pants.

"You look smazing." A voice said. Percy's woke me up from thought.

I smiled warmly as the waiter took our order. Two hours later, at 7:30, we left and got back in the car.

"Where to next? I asked, noticing that we were heading back towards Long Island.

"I hope you don't mind, but I told my parents the kids are staying there overnight. They have all their stuff. They'll be okay. I promise."

"That still didn't answer my question seaweed brain."

"Feel like going to the beach?" His eyes glistened.

"I'll never mind going to beach with you."

I leaned against Percy's chest as we swayed back and forth on the moonlit beach. The waves roared, but it wasn't irritating- it was soothing. I stood barefoot on the beach feet away from home. Yards away from camp. Worlds away from harm. Quietly, not disturbing the perfectness, I asked,

"Will you be my Valentine?" I hot my answer with a very long kiss.
