We played a Game That Was already figured Out
Already written,
Already done.
With Nothing to be won
Imaginary winters on the sun
Imitating The passion of life.
Why did you ever take my hand?
Or
Was it meant to wither whilst we waltzed?
Together we danced
On the surface of right,
And the rest was a deadly dream
Lacking light
Stolen glee,
But on we swam
Unrighteously ...
The Beautiful Depths
Where man has never conquered
We must surface for breath?
What caused this shipwreck?
What tarnished force wronged our sails,
Disrupt our course?
Words diluted to nothing but wails
Drowning in grief
One does not know pain
Without knowing Love
As Passion Of Christ
His Grace we Seek.
