Retribution's POV

I looked around but didn't see anything. I tried to move, but my arms, body, and legs were stuck. I looked down and saw pale flesh...human flesh. The sense of dread hi me like a truck, and I struggled more to get out, or wake up, but I couldn't/ Just like every other memory I was cast into, but I didn't stop struggling until I heard the creak of the cell door open. Then he walked in and all I felt was dread as he went to the table filled with surgery items.

"You know why I am still alive to plague your memories of my Pit" he said and I sighed

"You cursed me didn't you" I said eyeing the tools warily 

"Actually I didn't curse you to be plagued with torture, nor Kronos, but first your friends did as they died, each of them cursing you for not being there to help them, and then your father, cursing you for not being a loyal enough son to your friends and family when you were lost in your blood-lusted rage" Tartarus said and I felt a tear slide from my face, and I looked at the ground and then a molten-red hand lifted up my chin "I want to see you die in this dream, I want to see the light fade from your eyes before you wake up in your cursed new world that I cannot reach other than though your memories." I looked down and saw a molten-red in my waist, buried to the hilt, and then the pain hit me and I screamed. It felt like I was being burned alive in the river Styx and the Phlegethon together. I screamed as it burned me alive from the inside and then the air left my body and I felt the pain averted for a split second before reappearing as a long gash from my left shoulder, across my chest, and to my thigh. I tried to keep it in this time, but a whine still escaped and I growled at the pain and helplessness that I felt. 

He cut and cut and cut until I was barely feeling my soul and humanity left in my body and I was covered in blood and knew that I looked like a gory mess. I let it loose, I cried for my old life, my old friends, my lost life. Then I felt a pain in my heart and I looked down to see a large, red, pulsing sword sticking out of my chest to the hilt. 

I woke up with a start and I found myself in a Pokemon center, and I growled lowly at the fact that someone heard or saw what happened and brought me here. I looked at myself, and breathed in slight relief at the fact that I was normal again, with my tail and everything attached. Then I noticed that I was once again covered in recent cuts that had been bandaged, and they littered my entire body. My arms, legs, body, neck, and feet were covered in bandages. I got off of the table and used my powers to see if anyone else was in the rooms near me, and I felt four presences behind the dark window, and they were asleep...good. I went to the back of the room and pushed open the door with my head, and quietly padded through the building and down to a lower level of the place.

I walked around searching for a room as the bandages falling off as I moved around. I searched for a Pool room, a arena, something I could use to get rid of the tension I felt, and heal in private. After a little longer I shed the last of the bandages, and walked into the last room in the lower level I was on. I didn't know which one though, and I mentally smacked myself. I hard earth powers. I sent a small vibration through the ground and saw that I was three levels under the surface, and the bandages where throughout my entire walking path. I smelled water, and I didn't care where I went as I ran, but I ran. I ran and fell into the water and I let it heal me and cleanse my cuts to scars once again, and I felt my muscles relax and re-energize and I groaned in satisfaction and comfort. I stayed there for a while and eventually I drifted off to sleep. 

When I woke up I heard cheering above me and I groaned and slowly got out of the water before going back the way I came and picking up the bloodied bandages as I went, and as I picked up the last one. I noticed that I couldn't feel anyone in the room anymore. I threw away the bandages using my psychic powers and went looking around. I walked until I felt people and I found them in the main waiting room lobby, so I went over to it and looked inside to see that everyone was watching the screen in amusement and awe. There was a hiss as the door opened causing everyone to look away from the screen and towards me in confusion. Then horror, and I figured that it was because of the scars all over my body, and I growled as one stepped closer to me in a gesture of kindness, but stopped as they heard my warning. I went around everybody and went to the back left corner of the room before curling up in the corner and using my powers to make a large metal box over me with a sheet of one-way glass. 

I looked at the glass in confusion. I knew that it was considered an earth material, but I shouldn't be able to create it like that unless I had something to reform it with. Then it hit me, I was still getting stronger, and with getting stronger -- new things happen to me. I figured that I just unlocked a new power, the power of creation. I watched through the screen and the battle was pretty impressive. Alain was strong, and I watched as he won with his Charizard not even using the Mega-evolution power to end it quickly. Alain came back and I could see his shock as seeing my box back here. I watched him come over and knock on the box, and I used my powers and made another layer of metal making him frown and leave. I really wanted Bonnie with me, she always calmed me down, and her energy and happiness was so contagious. 

Then I remembered the girl that I battled yesterday and how I wanted to give her something for the battle we had. I felt my body change as I phased into an energy form so that I could see how the mega evolution power in Alain's wristband holding the evolution key, and the stone pulsing within the Poke-ball in his pocket. I then copied that energy and looked at the energy from the water type on the screen and put it in the mega evolution energy and it pulsed before combining into a blue string of energy. I made a key-stone, and an activation stone and put them in the ground in-front of me before going to connect the two, but stopping as I realized something. I needed the Shell Pokemon's energy. I made a portal and searched for the girls energy signature through it before poking my head through to see that she was in her room crying on the floor. 

I am sorry that I caused you pain I said and she shot up looking around in confusion before seeing my head looking at her through the portal will you help me do something though before it can't be done. 

"Why" she asked and I smiled 

I want to help you and your shell Pokemon I said and she was still confused can you get it out and stand back please. She did as I asked and once the Pokemon saw me it's claws glowed with energy and I thought 'perfect' and I looked at the girl. 

I need your permission to do something with your Pokemon's energy I said and the Blastois was about to swing when she yelled at it to stop. It stopped mid-swing looking at me in anger and annoyance. 

"Blastois the Pokemon needs our help, and we should help it" she said and the Pokemon looked torn "yes I know that you are angry that we lost in the tournament, but it doesn't mean that we should attack it once we see it okay." The Pokemon names Blastois nodded and I smiled 

Thank you, but I need both of your permissions to use Blastois' energy to do something I said and she looked at her Pokemon and said yes, and I knew that she didn't trust me entirely yet. I looked at Blastois and it nodded, and I was about to go back when she asked a question. 

"Why do you look different" she said and I made a mirror of water from the water vapor in the air and made a mirror of water. I saw that my head seemed sharper, more agile, and I saw that the spikes of my neck had turned into a wave of aurora energy. My eyes had gotten sharper, more diamond shaped, and my ears were now half-gone with the rest being made up of aurora energy. My eyes were entirely covered in rainbows of colors that swirled and mixed in a constantly changing form. 

It helps me see energy of all types I said it's how I found you before going back through my portal and taking a thread of Blastois' energy with me. I connected it to the Mega Evolution energy chain and I poked back through the portal and looked at Blastois. 

This will probably hurt for a while, so I need you to be strong I looked at it's trainer and I need you to help, and be there for it I said and she moved closer to Blastois as I connected the energies together and started to combine them into the stones. It took a while and I could hear the lobby getting quieter and quieter as I used my energy, which probably wasn't smart just before battle time, and weaved together the energy of the Pokemon and mega evolution energies together and direct them into two stones while connecting the two stones together during the process. 

I was just finishing when I heard a knock on the wall, but I couldn't answer due to this needing all of my focus and I heard that it was Ash and I listened as he talked. 

"So I'm going out now, and I don't know if you're okay in there, but I just wanted to say that Alain was the one that had you brought to the center, and I don't know if you mad at us or if your just in pain right now, but I-I want to know what happened to cause those injuries last night" he said and I, being silent and focused, didn't answer him and he walked off saying "you don't have to tell me now, or any day  soon, but I am just worried for you, as is everyone else" he walked off and the door slid closed behind him. I was almost done, and ten or so minutes later the rumbling above stopped and I had put the last of the needed energy to bind the rocks as one. I stood there breathing deeply and stayed still for a little while before using my psychic powers to lift the stones off of the ground and I put my head through the portal to see that Blastois was knelt down breathing hard. The girl noticed me and she marched towards me in anger.

"What did you do to my Blastois?" she said "I thought you were going to help us" 

I have I said and brought the stones forward through the portal and in-front of us all. Their eyes were wide and she covered her mouth from shock, whereas the Blastois was just staring at the stones in awe and shock. I pushed them towards them and she reached out towards them, but stopped halfway before looking down and bringing her hand back and gripping them close to her body. 

What's wrong I asked looking at her and then the Pokemon to see them looking down in guilt 

"We didn't treat you nice, even after the battle, and still you're nice to us" she said and I smiled

It's what I do I said I only wanted to battle, I don't want the glory of winning or power I set them at their feet, and there was a knock on my metal box. 

"It's time" someone on the other side said and I took my head from the portal and closed it before letting the metal box around me sink back into the walls and floor and I followed the coach and the other trainer out of the room and onto the arena poduims.
