I was so nervous, I was about to pop the question with Annabeth. Gods I hope she says yes, I mean, we have been dating for 8 years. We finished college 1 year ago. Annabeth is an architect and I'm a marine biologist. Champ Half-Blood built a little city, much like new Rome. We live in a little apartment. Frank, Jason, Leo, and Will are all also proposing to their partners. I got this beautiful ring that has a sea-green diamond in the middle with two smaller grey gems. The band is made of Olympian silver (a new type of demigod mettle) on the inside of the band it says Always. I know that it's from her favorite book series Harry Potter. Anyways I plan on doing it 'during dinner'. See we planned a little picnic instead of going to the camp dinner.

I know what your probably thinking, "Percy! You need permission from the parents first!" Well, I did ask her parents. Like a week earlier I went up to Olympus to ask Athena. The conversation went like this:

"Mam, I would like your permission to marry your daughter," I said.

"Percy I will tear you up into millions of pieces if you ever think of leaving her!" She yelled.

"But Mam-wait was that a yes?"

"Yes, it was. Now get out of my site before I change my mind."

"Thank you, mam!" I exclaimed before running out of there.

After that, I want to my father's palace to ask him. He gave me permission and said that as long as I'm happy he will approve of her. (PS I forgot to mention that my dad gave me the ability to vapor travel, it's just like shadow travel just with water.) So, then I vapor traveled to San Fransisco and knocked on Fredrick Chase's house door. He opened the door and looked at me in confusion. "Hi mister Chase, I'm Percy Jackson and I would like to discuss an important matter with you," I told him.

"Ohhhh your Percy, I've heard so much about you from Annabeth, please do come in, said Mister Chase.

Once we had sat down with some tea I cut right to the chase ( pun intended). Sir, I would like your permission to marry your daughter."

"Percy why did you come to me you know she loves you and I wouldn't be able to stop it anyways."

"Well, sir I would like to have everyone's permission on the matter."

"Well, then I approve."

I stayed for a little while after that talking about Annabeth, but then I had to go get my mom's permission. When I asked her she squealed I delight and said, of course, I could. Then she went to go get Pearl from daycare. Pearl is my mom and Paul's child.

That was what happened. Well, it's now dinner time, Holy Hera I'm so nervous. I walk over to the beach where our picnic is set up. It takes a few minutes but eventually, she arrives. Looking more beautiful than she has ever looked. She wore a light pink dress with her hair down in her princess curls. A light blush dusts her cheeked as I stare at her in awe. I shake myself out of my trance as she sits down. "Hey, Wise Girl"
"Hello, Seaweed brain"
She gives me a little peck on the lips as she starts unloading the basket. "Hungry are we?" I say with a little chuckle.
"Yes, now shut up and eat Seaweed Brian"
So we sit in silence while eating. Which leaves me to think about what I'm about to do. And that makes my hands sweat. Percy Jackson, you have faced Kronos, Tartarus, and Gaea. Yet you are afraid of one single question? I mentally scold myself. Later that waving while the moon distracts Annabeth, I go beside her and get down one knee, she turned around and immediately puts a hand to her mouth and starts crying.
"Annabeth Chase I have known you since we were 12. The first thing you said to me was that I drooled in my sleep. Later on, we started dating at 16. When I went missing I hear that you would not stop looking for me. After that, I fell into Tartarus for you. At that moment I knew that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with you. So right now I am asking you, Annabeth Chase will you marry me?"

She stood there just staring at me for a little while. Then she said, "Yes yes yes yes yes yes one million times yes. I quickly got up and put the ring on her finger. "So Mrs. Chase when do you want to announce this to the camp?" I asked.
"At dinner tomorrow," she replied kissing me slowly. After that, we went to my cabin and things got a little....steamy. The next day I woke up to an Annabeth on top of me sleeping peacefully. I woke her up and got up to get dressed she did too. Later that evening we walked into the pavilion and asked Chiron if we could make an announcement. Chiron stepped down from the stage and gave us a thumbs up. "So you know us as Annabeth Chase and Percy Jackson," she started.
"And we have something to announce to the whole camp plus the hunter's," I continued ( did I forget to mention that the Hunters of Artemis were at camp?)
"We're getting married!" Annabeth and I said at the same time. For a minute there was just silence which made us nervous. Then, the camp burst into cheers and 'finally'. We just stood there blushing and laughing. The sever plus Nico, Calypso, and Will congratulated us.
