Later, during the party,

Percy

Gah! I have to tell someone! I cannot let Annabeth keep being hurt by her stepmom. Let's see... automatically, my mind goes to Annabeth, but I can't tell her because she is the one being hurt. Okay, next, Mom. My mom would know what to do. Hmm... I'll tell her on the ride home from the meet tomorrow.

I sit outside for a while, staring at the peaceful water sitting before me. I feel so calm near it. 

After a while, I head back into the house to be immediately met by a drunken red head.

"Hey, Rachel," I said, trying to sneak around her.

"PeRcY!" Rachel slurs, hugging my waist, "I LoOvE yOu!!"

"Rachel, you are drunk, you need to lay down." I tried to reason.

"No! pErCy! I loVe YoU! We shOuLd be SoulmAtes!" Rachel exclaims, "NoT yOu AnD ThAt A-"

"Okay!....." I say, stopping her, "you need to go lie down."

"NoPe!" Rachel says, "Rachel WON'T go night night." Then, she walks away.

Deciding it is time to leave, I start walking towards the exit of Piper's large house.

Annabeth

After I left Percy, I hung out with Piper and the girls, ditching my jacket and cap. Walking outside, I see that Percy is gone. He must have gone inside. I see Rachel jump into the pool fully clothed, and glimpse a body jumping off the high board. Luke. As he falls, not only the shock of seeing him surprises me, but I see his arms and legs spread wide, free falling towards the pool. Suddenly, two dots connect in front of me, I realize what Luke is doing. "RACHEL! WATCH OU-" 

"SPLASH!" I see Luke land on top of Rachel after jumping from 15 feet up.

I watch them start sinking when I hear another, much softer splash in the water nearby. The figure is only a dark shape under water, when it lifts both a male and female simultaneously to the surface. Speedily swimming over to the edge of the pool, he drops off both of them on the edge of the pool giving both CPR. When he turns around, I see him wearing a white t-shirt and black pants, the shirt clinging to his body. You can see his 8-pack and his toned muscles. There is only one thing off about him. He is wearing a mask. It is a slim silver mask that covers his entire face. (Imagine the mask above if it were a full face mask and more masculine.) Someone grabs my arm and squeals. 

"OH MY GOSH!!!!!!!!!! It is the Savior of Olympus!!!!!!!!!!!!! ANNNNAAAABBBEEETTTHH!!!!!!!!!! DO YOU KNOW WHAT THIS MEANS?!?!?!?!?!??!!?!?!??!? THIS MEANS THAT THE SAVIOR OF OLYMPUS IS IN TOWN. AND HE IS AT MY PARTY!!" Piper screams.

But, when I turn around to long back at the man, he is gone.
