I hope you're enjoying this, it's just a fluff, but it's still fun to write.  I would really appreciate comments, it's helpful to my writing. (:

I had dumped my stuff in Annabeth and I's room in the Poseidon cabin (it was allowed because we were married) and went to the sword fighting arena with my armour and sword. When I got there there were about 50 campers there, ranging from veterans from as far back as the 2nd Titan war  to 1st years, who'd heard our legend and wanted to be taught. I walked to the front of the crowd and blew my best New York taxi cap whistle to get their attention, their heads instantly snapped to me.

"Alright class, today we are going to learn the first move I was ever taught: disarming. Some of you will have learned this already, in which case it is always good to revise useful moves, and to those who had never been taught any sword fighting before, it was a pretty good place to start for me, so why shouldn't it be for you." They were smiling and nodding, I thought that was a pretty good sign so I kept going, "I need a volunteer to demonstrate with." At least 20 hands shot in the air. Wow, they were enthusiastic alright. I picked a 13 year old boy near the front.

He came up so I directed him, "OK, I need you to stand there-yep-and hold your sword in front of you-yes just like that." I positioned him then told him to attack me. He stared at me in horror for a moment, so I nodded encouragingly and he lunged at me hesitantly. I swiftly turned and disarmed him smoothly, pushing the tip of my blade under his hilt and jerked it around, sending his sword clattering to the ground. He stared at his thrown sword for a moment in wonder then looked at me with awe in his eyes, it made me slightly uncomfortable so I turned to address the rest of the class, "There you go. Now you know your end goal and how it's done I'd like you to get into pairs with people around your skill level and start practising. I'll walk around and give you pointers." They stared at me, "Well go on then!"
