This takes place shortly after TLO about when Percy goes missing. I own Lauren. It is kinda sad soooo... Enjoy!

Annabeth

Percy walked me back to my cabin that night after the campfire.

"Annabeth, do you want to meet me at the mess hall for breakfast and then go to the beach and hang tomorrow?", he asked stopping me outside my cabin.

"Of course Seaweed Brain," I told him, giving him a tight hug, breathing in his ocean scent.

"I love you Annabeth, more than anything," he told me.

"Even blue food?", I asked playfully, but he was serious.

"Yeah, more than blue food." I looked up at him and we stood there staring into each others eyes. We smiled.

We kissed and I said goodnight, before walking into my cabin.

I looked over at my half sister Lauren who just turned 6, and she asked, "Do you think you're gonna get married to Percy?"

I laughed, "I don't know Lauren. We're kinda young to get married, but when we're older, I'd marry him. I love him."

She just smiled and I went to bed.

That night, I had no nightmares, which was good, until I got to the mess hall.

I looked around for Percy but he wasn't there. I asked everyone I knew if they knew where he was but no one knew. I finally checked his cabin, a sense of dread dropping in my stomach like a bowling ball, as I looked inside (after knocking of course) and he was gone.

I ran to my cabin and cried. I cursed the Fates for letting this happen, I cursed Aphrodite for giving us "twists and turns", but most of all, I cursed myself, for letting Percy go.

That night I vowed to the sky, hoping maybe Percy would know I was thinking about him, "No matter how big the gaps between us, I will always love you, and I will always find you no matter what."

And I waited for the day I would see my Seaweed Brain again.
