The song has nothing to do with the story I just thought it deserves to be mentioned. Also this takes place in the Young Justice Universe.

After an awkward cough, Atom excused himself from the room. He had some very interesting news to tell Black Canary. While contemplating how this could be true and how he would explain this he just so happened to run into the one person he didn't want to see-Superman.
"Oh... hey, Clark."
"Hello Atom, how did the exam go for the civilian we found? Did you find out how she was able to lift up a van?"
"Yay! I was on my way to tell Black Canary and I need to tell you the results as well... I think you'll find them quit interesting," He said with slight hesitation.
When Atom and Clark reached Black Canary they found that she was with Bumblebee as well.
"Atom, Superman: Bumblebee was just about to tell me the DNA. Do you have the physical report?"
"Right here ma'am," Atom said, handing it to her.
Black Canary looked at the files, nodding. When she got to the DNA test results, her eyes widened.
"Umm Superman-anything you want to tell us? We won't care, really-it's fine," She said, looking at Clark.
"No, why do you ask?"
"In the physical, it says that she has two biological fathers and no biological mother. This seems impossible but then again we've all seen Cadmus, and her DNA code is a bit off partly because half her DNA isn't human. Wanna take a guess as to who her father is, maybe?"
Clark stared at her, dumbfounded.
"Clark Kent, that's what she said and Lex Luther," Black Canary said. "Still nothing you want to tell us?"
"Ya," Clark said finally speaking,"I have no clue as to how this is possible. Everyone sat Cadmus said that they only made TWO super clones and I can assure you I don't swing that way. However, I should probably go meet this girl and see how this happened."
"While she's here we should probably get an assessment on her powers see if or what she can do. I'll contact Conner as well, he deserves to know about this," Black Canary finished.

With that Superman headed to the infirmary to to meet his... he wasn't even sure what to call her. But before doing that, he made sure to change back into Clark Kent. He turned down the hall to the door, stopping to take a breath before opening the door. Clark saw that she was about 25 years old with long black hair and Luther's eyes. He proceeded to walk towards her until sitting down on the bed next to her.
"Hello, I'm Clark. We haven't met before, but you said you where my daughter, so I convinced them to let me come and see you. Your brother, who you also never met, will arrive shortly."
"I know who you are, Clark. Father showed me pictures of you when I was younger. He told me about you as well, saying that you where a nice guy but I still dislike you," she said with a slight venom in her voice. "You left me when I was two why are you here now!?YOU LOST THE RIGHT TO BE IN MY LIFE SO JUST GO!"
Clark was taken aback, not knowing what to do. He decided to just back up and give her her space. He walked out of the room with a quick apology and left the space shuttle... but not as Conner had just entered the building.
