Present day

"How are you doing? Everything back to normal?" The doctor says.

"Something still aren't normal but other than that everything is okay I guess." Nel says.

"Are you having any other issues?" The doctor asks.

"No. I mean there's my husband but that's a whole other story." Nel says.

"Lay back for me please?" The doctor asks.

Nel lies back so the doctor can examine her.

"Well, I've had some success recently with woman your age using biological treatments and hormones." The doctor explains.

"For what?" Nel asks.

"Just to help regulate your system and get you back to normal. You can sit up." He says.

"What are the side effects?" Nel asks sitting back up.

"Well, the pills are great for your skin and organs. Every woman I give these to they say it makes them feel ten years younger." He explains.

"I don't know. You know I don't even let my family drink out of plastic bottles. Taking hormones when I don't even know what the side effects are? I-"

"It makes you feel and look ten years younger." He interrupts.

Nel stares at the floor and then back at the doctor.

"I don't need hormones, Doctor. I'm just...trying to get control over my body again....after what happened." She says.

"And I'm offering you something to help you get that back." The doctor says.

Nel just stares at the ground as the doctor continues to write out the prescription.

He tears the piece of paper off of his note pad and hands it to Nel.

"Nel, what are you so afraid of?" He asks handing the paper to her.

Nel arrives at home with groceries and her prescription from the doctor in hand.

She sets everything down on the counter and reads the side effects to her new medicine, when she hears a noise coming from inside her house.

She quickly grabs her phone from her purse and dials 911.

"912 what's your emergency?" The lady says.

"I have an intruder in my home!" She whisper yells in the phone.

"Are you sure it's not a member of your family in the home?" The lady asks.

"Yes I'm sure no body is home!" Nel says.

"What's your address?"

"1234 Strawberry lane." Nel says.

"Help is on the way, Ma'am." The lady says.

"Hurry!" Nell says before hanging up the phone.

She puts the phone down on the counter and grabs a knife from the cabinet.

She walks around the house and makes her way upstairs to where the bedrooms are.

Slowly she walks down the hallways and opens the first door which is her bedroom.

What she sees she can't believe.

"Oh my god! No! Nel, wait." He says getting up and walking towards her.

She bows her head and walks back towards the stairs while her husband, Mike, runs towards her.

"No! I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" Mike says grabbing Nel's arm.

She swings backwards and slashes his upper arm.

He grabs his arm in pain and looks at his wife in shock.
