spooky time with pentagon

(Play the video above for creepy background music! I'll be leaving out their comments, etc. This is just their stories. I recommend that you tell these stories to other people during an overnight party. They told the stories verbally, and I think that's the best way to tell spooky stories. I hope you enjoy ^^)

YeoOne's first story (he uses his own name as the character's)

There was a club that went to places like abandoned houses and had adventures. A man was one of the members.

One day, he heard a rumor that was going around and saying, "There's a house in the mountain valley where a deadly ghost lives."

He said, "If you go there, you'll meet the deadliest ghost, so let's all go together."

One of the members (Changgu) said at the meeting, "I know about a really cool place. Let's all go." Unfortunately, all the members weren't able to go.

So, because Changgu really wanted to go there- By the way, the place was so deep in the mountains that it wasn't even in the GPS. After hearing the rumor, he went off to go there.

But suddenly, the GPS told him, "Turn right." It just suddenly told him the directions when he went into the mountain. Even though he didn't turn the GPS on, it worked by itself.

So he followed the directions. "Turn right," and he turned right. "Turn left," and he turned left. So he drove into the mountain. He saw a really creepy empty house. It was the house everyone was talking about.

When he arrived, the GPS sounded out, "Arrived at the destination." When he was about to open the car's door, a small sound of laughter came from the GPS. He was so scared. When he was about to get out of the car, a strange female voice came from the GPS, really quietly. (A giggle.) He got goosebumps right away.

So he thought something bad will happen there. He decided to go back to the club members since he knows the directions.

When he was going to drive away, the GPS shouted out, "Off track."

So the man kept accelerating, but the GPS kept telling, "Off track, off track."

Fortunately, Changgu got out of the place safely, but he never went back again.

And it is said that the GPS can't detect the place anymore.

E'Dawn's first story (told in the first person)

It was when I used to live alone. It was a rainy day. It rained heavily. I was especially more tired that day. So as soon as I got home, I didn't even change my clothes or wash, and I just laid on my bed. It was especially a harsh day. That's probably why I was seeing things. It was my first time having sleep paralysis.

I was sleeping when I sensed someone looking at me. But I couldn't move my body. I was wondering who it was, so I slightly opened my eyes.

Lightning flashed, and there was a man standing beside me. A man was standing, so I thought, "Who can it be?" I didn't know who it was.

But because I couldn't move my fingers - there's a saying that you can get out of the paralysis if you can move your fingers. So I was like, *intense wiggling of shoulders, somewhat like a seizure or a fish out of water*.

I woke up and I quickly turned on the lights.

And there was a puddle in the spot where the man used to stand.

Hongseok's first story (told in the third person again. He uses Jinho as the character's name)

Jinho was especially sick and weak one day. So he thought he should sleep, so he took pills and slept.

Suddenly, he heard people chattering in a whispering way. He heard male and female voices.

Jinho assumed that he must be hearing things because he's sick, and slightly opened his eyes. He saw a man and a woman wearing white sitting on his bed. The two kept on talking.

So when Jinho focused on their conversation, he heard them saying, "When should we take him? It would be fun. Let's do it soon." Jinho was too scared to open his eyes fully, so he just listened to them.

Jinho thought, "This must be a dream. I want to wake up soon."

Suddenly, the man said to the woman, "Hey, let's stop talking and just take him."

Then the woman replied, "Let's do that when he's asleep."

So the man said, "But he's asleep right now."

And the woman replied, "No, he's not."

Hongseok's second story (he uses E'Dawn/Dawnie for the character's name)

It was when Dawnie was coming back from his business trip. But he got lost because he wasn't used to the directions. There was a tunnel in the place he was, and he heard that many people died when it fell down once.

Although it was rebuilt sturdily, people didn't visit there at all because they all knew about the accident. But because Dawnie didn't know, he passed through the tunnel for a shortcut.

While he was passing in the tunnel, the lights inside suddenly started to blink. He got worried so he decided to go quickly. But the car turned off. The car stopped in the tunnel.

When Dawnie was about to turn on the car, the lights in the tunnel turned off. It was completely dark and silent when... *loud thumping noise* Someone knocked on the window.

So Dawnie got scared and closed his eyes. But suddenly the car turned on and the lights turned on as well. So he quickly came out of the tunnel.

When he came out of the tunnel and looked at his car, there were handprints all over the car. Because Dawnie was so scared, he went to a car wash the next day. When he got there, he explained what happened to him, and told them to wash the handprints off. So the people got to work to wash them off.

But the worker said, "The handprints aren't from outside."

Shinwon's story (told in the first person. he says this story is all true! E'Dawn's next story is similar to this one. I think this story is not as good to tell aloud because he Shinwon doesn't give many contexts. you do you, though!)

The members know this, but our company moved places. Before we moved, there was a rumor saying that there are ghosts in the trainee building. There was one called the "trainee ghost." It was said that the ghosts appear in the appearance of a trainee. That was my first time seeing a ghost. E'Dawn and I saw it in different places.

I was preparing for my assessment. Our building had two floors; the first floor for assessment, second for practice. The assessment day came, so I went upstairs to get a trainee downstairs. There was a transparent door in the practice room. The trainee was dancing in the room. So I was about to open the door to take him, but he wasn't there. I was choosing if I should run away or cry. I decided to run away.

When I ran downstairs, I saw the trainee sitting on the sofa saying, "What are you doing? Why are you running downstairs?"

Hongseok's third story (he uses Kino for the character's name)

"I don't believe in horror stories, but after listening to this, I couldn't get on elevators."

- Hongseok

At the place where Kino lived, the elevators had a small window. You can see it from every floor.

Kino was out of school and had finished his nighttime practice. So he slowly walked home. He got on the elevator to go home. After he pressed the button for his floor, the door was almost closed when it suddenly reopened. An anxious ahjussi (older man) got on and said, "Sorry, student." Kino lived on the 7th floor, so he pressed the 7th-floor button again. The ahjussi pressed on the 6th-floor button.

Kino thought for a bit: 'If we lived in the same apartment, this ahjussi would look familiar.' But the ahjussi did not look familiar.

So Kino asked, "Ahjussi, you live on the 6th floor?"

The ahjussi said, "Yes, I live on the 6th floor." The conversation ended simply like this.

Then, when the elevator got to the 6th floor, the ahjussi stepped off.

Kino politely said, "Goodbye, ahjussi." That ahjussi just turned around and smiled. Then the elevator doors closed shut. At this time, Kino looked through the small window. He saw the ahjussi take out a knife and run up to the 7th floor.

E'Dawn's second story (told in the first person. E'Dawn is his stage name, Hyojong is his real name. He also says this story is true)

I came into the company really early in the morning for the first time. I was the first to arrive. I was organizing things in the living room of the practice room.

Then all of a sudden, I heard Shinwon yell: "Hyojong hyung!" from the innermost practice room. (hyung is what you call a slightly older male friend or older brother)

I was still organizing so I replied, "What?"

Shinwon continued, "Hyojong hyung!"

I repeated, "WHAT?" But Shinwon just wouldn't reply. At that time, Shinwon always carried snacks around. I thought he wanted to tease me and call me over to eat snacks. I was about to go there.

On the way to the practice room, all the lights were turned off. When I walked over there, there was really nothing. But I clearly heard Shinwon shouting.

I was scared to death so I quickly ran to the office. A lady at the office asked, "What happened? Why did you run over?" I said I heard Shinwon's voice but he wasn't there. I asked the lady to make sure. So she called him and asked, "Where are you?" Shinwon replied that he was in the dorms.

(Shinwon: I was running late that day. I was riding a taxi.)

Kino: At the time, our company had three buildings - A building, B Building, and a cafe. B Building existed ever since the company was first established. Artists have also said that they've seen ghosts. All of them said they were ghosts of trainees. Before debuting, CLC (another group) also said that they've seen ghosts of their own members.
