This is another year passed.
Seems like everything has changed.
My whole world turned topsy turvy.
Friends broke,
Friends came.
Life happened,
Feelings blossomed.
My heart shattered.
Somebody mended the pieces too.
Emotions raged,
Desires conquered.
My writing flew faster, deeper.
All the thoughts cramped in my head,
Poured themselves out through crevices.
But I've learnt from it.
Trust and belief,
Confidence and maturity.
I didn't let my egos, get in the way.
That's all for this year,
No resolutions for the new year.
Just a heavy heart,
Just a secret wish,
One unfulfilled desire.
