"Starbright? What was that?"
"I have no idea!" She pulled out her spear.
They followed the sound to the hole.
"Should we go?" Starbright asked her friend.
"Well, accept for Onyx and Emerald, we have no reliable backup."
"We have each other." Scootaloo grabbed the first bar of the ladder.
"Coming?"
"Yes!"
They quietly stepped on the ground. They walked closer to the forest.
Every single step was quieter than mice.
They split, all searching a different part of the forest, but still in each other's sight.
Scootaloo was walked off the path, then she heard a shout.
"Scootaloo! Onyx! Emerald! Go get The Fight Back! NOW!!!!!!!"

They sprinted out of the forest, not to look back.
They got closer and closer to the hole. She got more tired, but pushed through it. Star ran, catching up with them. They were finally at the hole and jumped most of the stairs.

"EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Scootaloo said pushing the doors open.
"THERE'S A DANGER OUTSIDE!!!!!!!!!" WE NEED TO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"What?!" One asked.
"I don't know! BUT we don't know who's outside, I need to see my parents!"
"It was Dr. Sun!"
"She's a powerful unicorn! She can deal!"
"THIS IS WHY RAINBOW DASH JOINED THE RAINBOW FACTORY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Onyx, Emerald, and Scootaloo said in unison.

The latch on the cover opened up Dr. Sun jumped in.
"Oh hey sorry to bother! I just want one thing!" She said, Dragging Starbright across the room.
"DON'T COME FOR ME!!!!!!!!" She cried, disappearing from them.
"LETS GO NOW!!!!!!!!!" Scootaloo yelled.

Back at the forest...
Dr. Sun slammed Starbright against a tree. "Cry all you want, long before your friend gets here, YOU'LL BE DEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Yeah? How are you gonna- ga!"
Dr. Sun impaled her on a root, pushing it through her stomach, she let out a blood curdling cry. It pulled down, blood and organs spilling all over the ground. Her eyes widened, her pupils shrank and rolled into the back of her head in pain.
Another root sprang from the ground. It wrapped around the Succeeder's throat, hanging her. She grabbed the root trying to pull it off. Constantly wheezing, gasping for air she felt as if death crept closer and closer to her. "Your friend will be devastated when she sees you dead!" The roots grew stronger around her neck, lifting her up, her feet dragging on the ground. She pushed another root through her chest, missing her lungs and heart intentionally, giving her a more agonizing death. "H-el-p ck- ugh- GA!!!!!!!" Now she was lifted off the ground completely! Blood spilled everywhere. "Sorry Star, you had a good run!" Then she sang in a soft tone, mesmerizing the succeeder, staring right into her eyes. Starbright grabbed her spear, stabbing Dr. Sun with it, she collapsed.
"So this is the end of the both of us, huh? Have any last words?"
"Hga! He-lp ck! Som-e-one, Scootaloo, Onyx, Emerald, Ga! I- love you so- mu-ch!"
"Almost dead!" She said, referring to Starbright, grabbing her pendant, squeezing the roots tighter around her neck, bounding her to the tree, pulling Them tighter, followed by a sickening crunch. Starbright struggled, trying to pull them off. She pulled, and pulled, choking her tighter every second. "DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!You should've died years ago." "Ga, som-me on-e please, he-lp GHACK!!!!!!!!!! A-nrg- h- m-me." She threw another spear at her. Then an arrow hit her, making sure she was already dead. Dropping the succeeder, she landed in the young Failure's arms. "Onyx! Now!" She yelled.
"I couldn't stop them, I'm sorry, I tried."
"Star, please no!" She pleaded.
And at the second, the succeeder, bowing her head, her heart stopped beating, her eyes closed, and her breathing stopped, dead.
"NO!!!!!!!! STARBRIGHT NO!!!!!!!!!!!" She collapsed crying.
Emerald bowed his head, Onyx cried along with the rest.
"No, no, no, no, no, please, no!"
A lavender and green light shined, almost blinding them.
A ghostly figure appeared. "Who are you?!" Scootaloo yelled. She ran up to her, hugging her, well attempting. She passed right through the young woman. "Wait!" Emerald yelled.
"Is that you?" Onyx asked.
"STARBRIGHT!!!!!!!!!" Scootaloo cried.
