Rian's P.O.V.

"Pass the ball you dickhead", I shouted at my team member.

We all were practicing football from past two hours and I still feel that we're not ready for the competition. Our team, this time is not that good because this time Austin isn't taking part in the game. He's one of the best player.

I'm the captain of the team and it would be shame if our college lose this match.

"Harry", I shouted out at this stupid golekeeper.

"What happened?", He asked with a careless attitude.

"Is this the way you're gonna play at finals?", I asked angrily.

"As if you can do it better anyway", he said with a smirk.

"You're out of the team", I said angrily.

"Make me", he said challenging me and that's it. I can't take it anymore and I punched him. He replied back with a punch and our fight started.

I was pulled back my Jason and Nial before I could beat the shit of him. Max and Mike pulled Harry away from me.

"What the hell is going on here?", I heard Austin coming into sight.

"I am kicking you out of the team, you moron", I said.

"Fine, I'm also not interested in playing under your leadership, you jerk. I'll see how will you win without me", he said and left the ground with his stuff.

"Ok guys, time for a break. Disperse", Austin said taking the lead and I left him and went and sit on the auditorium with my elbow on my knees.

I was angry and worried both that how am I going to perform better for the play? I saw Austin walking towards me and he sat on my side. When he told me yesterday that Nicole was caught by three boys of other team, I was caught off guard.

Flashback:

We're practicing and I decided to take a break for an hour. Me, Mike, Max, Nial and Jason, we all moved to the canteen but on way found three boys of  GCS college running and looking around here and there.

"Hey", one of the boys amongst them having a dark eye approached us.

"Yep", I said.

"Have you seen any girl and boy running together?", He asked and I raised my eyebrows at him.

"No, why?", I asked.

"Nothing", he said and was about to walk away when someone called out from behind.

"Looking for me, ain't you?", We all looked back and saw Austin standing with a smirk.

What's going on now?

"Where is the girl?", That boy left me and approached towards Austin. We all got alerted and walked over there.

"She's outside. Come, I'll show you", he said and started walking. Me along with the group and those three boys, all of us moved out of the college.

I was confused and Mike, Max, Nial and Jason mirrored my expression.

"Do you have any idea what's going on?", Mike asked.

"Nope", Max replied.

"But whatever it is, doesn't seems pretty good", Nial commented and we all nodded.

We all came outside the college and then Austin turned and stare at those three boys with a cold face.

"You've to say sorry to Nicole", he said looking at them.

"Listen dude, just give the girl to us and back off", one of the boy growled.

"She's not your possession. She's min-", he was about to say mine but stopped looking at us. Although we all know what he was about to say so I smirked and rest group members shared a knowing look.

"What's going on here?", Jason asked.

"These three morons were teasing Nicole and tried to harm her", Austin said without breaking eye contact with those boys.

"You've to pay for this kid", other boy said and moved further to punch him. We all got involved and soon the fight started.

We're six and they're three still they gave us a tough fight. There were punches, kicking, dragging, abusing and what not. Austin was raging in anger, he was looking so exasperated. In end, they surrendered and agreed to apologise to Nicole.

I hounded Austin with questions whilst those morons left. He told us about whatever happened and we all just nodded in response.

The practice was a gone case after that and we all gathered at Mike place for couple of drinks.

Present time;

"You look worried", Austin said.

"Yeah, this time we're gonna lose the match with that GCS college", I said with a sigh.

"I wanna join the team", Austin said looking at infinity.

"What? How did you change your mind?", I asked chukling.

"I changed my mind because my friend needs me", he said giving me a smile and I gave him a brotherly hug.

"You're a bro, Austin", I said and he gave me a hug back.

"Did you know Nicole is going on a date?", He asked with a disgust in his voice when he said the word date and I smirked inside. My plan had started finally.

"Yeah, Cali and Jason had set up a date for her. Nial is throwing a party and for that Nicole had to have a partner", I said feigning innocence.

You're such a badass, I said to myself.

"It's her first date", Austin said with a sigh.

"Why are you bothered? You've her first kiss. You should be happy", I said. Well, he told me his small talk with Nicole privately but me being me, I told it to everyone except Ashley as she's still holding her camp against Nicole.

"But I don't want her to go on date with anyone else. Man, she's driving me crazy. I want to be her first and last", he said the last part in more like a whisper but I heard it anyway.

"I can't help you in this. You're the one who pushed her away from you and you can have any date whenever you want, you're the talk of the college after all. But she's not like you, so let her be happy. Besides, it will help you get over her also", I replied noticing his expression which were not happy.

"I've to go now", he said and left. I sighed. I just don't understand when will Austin realise that he can't run away from his feelings. He had to admit that Nicole is affecting her.

I picked out my mobile and dialled Ellie's number.

"Hello", she said.

"He's coming to college, stick to plan", I said.

"Aye aye captain", Ellie said and I hung up with a smile.

Go, lover boy, go. I know you'll go and stalk Nicole but will never show your feelings to her, but she's not falling for you this way ever. You need your best friend buddy, and I'll be there for you!!

Nicole's P.O.V.

"Ready?", Cali asked.

"Only if you're done", I said in a bored tone.

"You're gonna worship me after this", Cali said swaying her perfectly smooth blonde hair proudly with her makeup brush.

"We'll see", I said and made her get a side to look at myself and I gaped.

"I look beautiful", I said and she grinned.

"Your welcome sweetheart", she said and I grinned. I don't know how long I kept admiring me, because I've never been ready so much for anyone and it was my first date also. I hope it went fine.

I don't know but the kind of spark and nervousness which usually people are meant to have on their first date is missing. I'm finding everything normal. No excitement, no jitter, no twisting in stomach, all I'm feeling is Nothing. I'm plain, neutral, that's it.

The door bell rang and Cali went down to open the door. I again looked at myself and then had a selfie of me, just to post it on Instagram and Facebook, as I've not posted anything for a long time and then picked up my mobile and came downstairs.

When I told my mom about my date she was looking so happy and Julian was also excited for me. They choosed a beautiful red off shoulder light gown for me and Cali did my makeup. I was feeling beautiful today.

Cali was talking to my date. I don't even know his name neither they had showed me his picture. But, Jason said that he's the hottest boy I'll ever meet and I'll be thankful to him after this date.  Yeah, I got dramatic friends.

As I reached downstairs my eyes witnessed the most handsome face ever. My jaws touched the ground when I saw the most perfect man ever. He was talking to my mom and Cali and I took my time to notice him. He was six feet, he had black brown hair, brown chocolatey eyes and the most beautiful smile with dimples popping out. He had worn a casual black shirt folded upto his elbow, his shirt's three buttons open, he had worn a Rolex watch and paired it with brown jean and black boots. I left out a sigh.

I'm whipped!!

How the hell such a greek god agreed to go on a date with someone like me? His aura himself said that he's too good for me. He glanced at me and my breath hitched inside my throat. Damn, you hormones. He's way too good for my liking.

He came near me and forwarded his hand towards me and said, "Hi, I'm Nick Smith".

His name starts with same letter as mine, I thought.

"I'm Nicole", I said.

"You're beautiful", he said and I sense that he mean it. I blushed.

"You too aren't bad either", I said.

You're frekain hot, I chanted in my mind.

"Shall we?", He asked and I nodded.

"Wait, lemme have pictures of both of you", Cali said with a grin and I couldn't hide my grin too.

My mom was happy and so was Julian. We both have pictures together and with my mom, Julian and Cali also. Sad, that Kian is not at home right now. He had went at Austin's place to meet Sara.

Me and Nick both came outside and walked together towards his car. He opened the car door for me like a gentleman and I thanked him smiling. My heart was jumping in joy because such a hot boy turned out to be my first date ever.

"So, Nicole. Tell me something about you?", Nick asked whilst starting the engine.

"I'm a second year student who is doing her graduation and next year I'll be in my final year. I like making sketches and I like traveling a lot. I've no sense of fashion and just because of Cali, I looks good today. I've no talent in me", I said and he chukled.

Yes, see I screwed it too. Now, he'll think of me as a mad girl and someone whom he never like. Well, he's so hot, he must choose girl like Ashley or Cali, who knew what to say at right time and not me, who had no filter in her mouth.

"I like you", he said and my eyes go wide.

"Really?", I asked.

"Yes, you're honest. A beautiful girl with honesty in her eyes is deadly combination", he said giving me a nanosecond look and I could feel my cheeks got heated up.

"Tell me something about you", I asked.

"I'm helping my dad in business and I've just completed my graduation. Jason is my school time junior and we are best buddies also. I love cooking and buying new cars. I'm mad for cars", he said and I smiled.

Wow he can cook also!! Sighs.

"I like boys who can cook. I can't make anything without burning them", I said.

"I learnt cooking for my girlfriend, I mean my ex-girlfriend", he said with his eyes on the road but I noticed him gripping the steer tightly that his knuckles appear white.

How do I know? Well, from the time I'm in car, I'm doing nothing but just oogling at him as if he's the most beautiful art one can see. How can one be so perfect?

"You loved her?", I asked. Although I was jealous a bit because for someone perfect like him, there must be someone who could match with him perfectly.

"I'm trying not to love her", he said and my heart felt bad. I could see love in his eyes when he thought about her. I sighed.

Why god? Why only me? Can't I get one, only one single boy who loves me and only me. Can't I get someone who needs me because he wants me and not me as a replacement?. I'm tired of being just a substitute for healing people's heart. Where the hell is my lover boy? Had he even born or not? Will he ever be born?

He stopped the car near a restaurant and then after coming out of the car, he opened the car's door for me too. I thanked him.

We both moved inside the restaurant and waited for the waiter to come and take our order. I glanced the area, it was a beautiful and expensive place.

"So, what would you like to eat?", Nick asked with a smile but then his smile fades away when he looked something behind me.

I frowned and looked back and saw him looking at a girl. She was beautiful, this thought instantly came into my mind. Her face was radiating in the lights and she had such an innocent face. She had a fair skin with most perfect features and most importantly she didn't even try to look beautiful. Yes, the type of girl which would be perfect for someone perfect like Nick.

"Do you know her?", I asked when I saw him looking at her without breaking eye contact. She didn't even looked at us.

"She's my ex girlfriend, Floris", Nick said with a sigh and then rubbed his face with his palms.

"I'll be right back, Nicole. I just need to.. I'm sorry you've to see this. We can go somewhere else", he said looking sad.

"No, it's ok. I'll order something till then. I'm fine", I lied and he nodded and left.

I saw him walking towards the washroom and then I again looked back to see the girl. She was busy in her mobile and then she looked at her side and waved at someone. I followed her gaze and my eyes widened to see the person she was passing the smile.

Here comes, one and only Austin William. He was with the ex girlfriend of my date. Man, he's ruining my first date also.
