Katelyn's won the role of a lifetime! She entered a contest and won a walk on role in Pedro Pascal's latest film!

Talk about excited and nerve wracking! But also this could really help Katelyn out in acting.

Some minor swearing but mostly fluff and fun.

Katelyn was slowly making her way up to the makeup trailer. It was the first day in set. Well, since she'd only won a walk on role, she wasn't sure just how many days she'd be here.

Hopefully more than one! She kept having to shake herself. This was so surreal. It was almost like something out of a movie.

She'd come across this advert online about a contest for winning a small role on a film that PEDRO PASCAL was doing. She quickly decided to enter. She wasn't sure she'd actually win, but boy, she was surprised when she'd received a phone call, saying that she'd won!

Katelyn couldn't sleep for almost a week, just thinking about the idea of being around PEDRO PASCAL!   But oh man, this was going to be incredible!

Katelyn knocked before turning the handle of the door and pushing it open. Three women were sitting around inside and there was... Pedro!

Pedro immediately stood up and came closer to her and shook her hand. Katelyn tried to act normal and smile, unsure of how to react.

"Hey! You must be the walk on role winner. Katelyn, isn't it?" Pedro was standing there, grinning at her.

Katelyn nodded, sure that her face was red.

"Uh, oh, yes! That's... that's me! I'm definitely Katelyn!" She babbled nervously.

Pedro just laughed, but not unkindly. He took her hand... AHHH...and ked her over to a chair and said she could sit down.

One of the makeup ladies started putting all this makeup on Katelyn and she couldn't believe how much older she looked when the woman was finished!

"Wow! This looks amazing! Thanks so much!"

"You're welcome, sweetie." Katelyn turned. Pedro was gawking at her and that made her feel pretty damn good.

"Wow, you look fantastic." Pedro was looking straight at her and it made Katelyn blush a little. Hopefully, though, with all that makeup on, Pedro couldn't tell.

"You two better run along to the set before the director comes looking for you."

Pedro nodded and took Katelyn's hand once again and they left the makeup trailer together.

"I have to admit, I'm nervous," Katelyn told Pedro as they made their way over to the set, which was a super nice house.

Katelyn was going to play the teenage daughter of Pedro. She was shaking a little, but Pedro gave her hand a reassuring squeeze.

"You're gonna do amazing," Pedro said softly. "I got a good feeling about you."

Katelyn smiled and asked Pedro if she could give him a hug. He grinned.

"Absolutely." Katelyn hugged Pedro and he actually hugged her back! She sighed happily. She felt like she'd died and gone to Heaven. Pedro Heaven, that is.

Katelyn knew she needed to introduce herself to the others and the director. But Pedro was helpful with that, too. He helped her with that and Katelyn was so grateful.

"All right, people!" The director shouted. "Let's get this done!"

The director looked around at everyone.

"Does everyone have a copy of the script?" Everyone nodded and said yes.

"Okay, then! Let's make ourselves a movie!"

Katelyn was having a blast! It was a lot of hard work, but it was really fun, too. And the director even told her that she was a natural!

That really made her day! And everyone else was being pretty nice. And Pedro was being just plain wonderful. And funny. And charming.
(As if Katelyn had expected anything else from him!)

This was just so cool! She still had trouble wrapping her mind around the fact that she was actually making a movie with PEDRO PASCAL and that she was actually making a movie at all!

This was a dream come true. On so many levels. Katelyn really loved doing this. Especially with Pedro!

"This was a fun day. Would you like to come hang out with me?" Katelyn had to punch herself.

Pedro wanted to hang out with her! How cool was that?? Of course she wanted to hang out with Pedro!

"I'd love to! Where?"

"Where would you like to go?" Katelyn thought. She smiled.

"Are you hungry?" Pedro grinned.

"Always.  Wanna grab some cheese pizza?"

"Sure!"

Pedro was really funny! And such a cool guy to just hang out with. Katelyn tried not to mention just how much she already knew about Pedro to Pedro. She didn't want to come off as too creepy 😂

But Pedro was being pretty awesome and Katelyn wasn't ever going to forget this moment for a long, long time.

Katelyn was actually on set for several days, which was amazing and she loved every single minute of it, too.

To just hang out with Pedro and get to be in an actual movie that lots of people were going to see! Oooh, Katelyn suddenly wondered if she'd get to attend the premiere?

"Pedro?"

"Yes, chica?" Katelyn grinned. She LOVED when Pedro called her 'chica.'

"Will I get to come to the movie premiere when it comes?"

"Of course!" Pedro pretended  to be shocked. "You'd better come! Or I'll come and drag you there!"

Katelyn laughed. She wouldn't mind it too much of Pedro wanted to drag her some place.

"Oh, wow!" Katelyn exclaimed. "That's going to AMAZING!"

Then she thought for a moment.

"Can I bring guests? And my family?"

"Sure. Bring whoever you want to."

Pedro laughed and moved to give Katelyn, who was silently freaking out inside. Pedro Pascal was hugging her! AHHH!

"This has been an amazing experience for you, chica. And I'm really happy that we had this chance to do this."

"I totally agree, Pedro."

Katelyn was slightly sad when it was time to be finished up on the movie set. But Pedro reminded her that they'd see each other again at the movie premiere and gave her a hug and a kiss on the cheek before she left.

Katelyn was in a daze as she put her hand on the cheek that Pedro had kissed her and smiled to herself as she walked away.

MOVIE PREMIERE NIGHT!!

Katelyn was freaking out! She couldn't believe this! All these reporters and and paparazzi were calling out her name and snapping several photos.

Katelyn caught sight of Pedro and hurried over to him. The reporters LOVED THAT and went crazy, asking for Pedro and Katelyn pose together for several photos. Katelyn  didn't mind that at all!

Then, she got to SIT with Pedro during the movie premiere and EVERYONE loved it! Well, most everyone. But it was so incredible and amazing and perfect and Katelyn hoped that this wasn't just the beginning of her acting career, but also the beginning of a life long friendship between her and Pedro Pascal.
