Lily smiled at the sight of Travis wandering around the apartment in his birthday suit. She and Pax sat on the couch watching him go by, over and over again. "Lost something, love?" Lily asked teasingly. "Yeah. I don't know what it is, but my pants always go missing when we - heh heh." "Oh, it must be the cat," Pax said, obviously holding back a giggle. "You guys have a cat?" Travis asked cluelessly. Travis was right to ask, because they didn't have a cat. "Oh, yes. Mimi loves to steal any clothing she can get her paws on. She's built a nest, and I'm sure that if you could find it you could get your pants back," Lily said, loving this little game so, so much. Normally, Pax didn't join in, but it was twice as fun the few times she did. "Good idea! Where are Mimi's favorite places?" "Oh, she simply adores the mudroom, dear." Travis nodded and ran into the mudroom and closed the door. The two of us burst out laughing. "Love? Dear?" Pax said teasingly. "I thought he was just a friend." "With benefits," Lily added. "I'm surprised he didn't ask about it," Pax said. "Because he doesn't know." "Know what?" "He doesn't know that we're just friends," Lily said, giggling naughtily. "Oh my god, Lily, you bitch!" Pax laughed. Travis emerged from the mudroom, holding his skinny jeans. "I found my pants! That clever little cat hid them in a dirty old boot!" The girls burst out laughing, and Travis stumbled into Lily's room to change.

He came out a few minutes later and kissed Lily on the head. "Bye, sweetie." "Goodbye, love." As soon as Travis left, they doubled over laughing. "I can't believe he still thinks that he's your boyfriend!" Pax said.
