My Bear is... Special

(Not edited cause sleep yes x.x but another update, so yay! Yay? *nods*)

Sam-

Waking up in a comfortable bed was surprising. I expected to be on the floor, or possibly even outside. Yet, as I opened my eyes slowly, I noticed that I was indeed in a large bed. A decent sized space spread out before my view, telling me that I was on the left side and the right side was unoccupied.

Hmm, where is Richard? Did he put me in bed before leaving for work?

It was possible. I didn't think he'd risk touching me when I was tired or asleep, but when I tried to get more comfortable and stretch a little, I immediately froze in place. A strong, warm hand rested on my side, it's fingers draped over onto my belly. The hand was huge. Easily twice the size of my own, or at least close. That fact, along with the scent lingering everywhere around me, made it very easy to determine who was behind me. Their chest pressed against my back. Their breath tickling my ear each time he exhaled a faint snore.

I needed to tell him to move, but I couldn't manage to get in a decent-enough breath to speak. Please. My plea didn't make its way past my lips. Instead, I tried to keep myself from shaking. Realization was hard to swallow.

I went into heat. Last night I lost myself and now I'm waking up in his bed.

I was very obviously naked, and judging from the feel of his legs tangled amongst mine and his bare chest pressing against my back each time he exhaled, he was too.

I can't. I can't be.

"Shhhh, it's okay."

Hearing Richard's deep, sleep-laden voice behind me didn't calm me one bit. My body began to shake harder as I tried to curl in on myself but at the same time, get out from under the blanket that was flooded with his scent.

Don't. Don't touch me. Don't touch me!

His hand slowly withdrew and I scurried away, dragging the blanket as it got caught on my foot. When I got the edge of the bed and turned, I knew before I even met his eyes that he'd been watching me. His expression was calm and sleepy, but beneath his dazed look he was really seeing me. My face burned from embarrassment and I tried to shift my weight back and forth, waiting to feel the tell-tale ache in my backside that meant I would be forced back into my canine form for another several months, kicked out, and forced to raise another group of puppies. Puppies that would likely die on the street like all of my others had. All except for Coda.

"We didn't."

I flinched, trying to cover my body with my hands. It was a meager attempt and just added more embarrassment... Until I realized what he had actually just said.

"We... We didn't?"

He slowly pulled back the blanket and revealed that he was wearing a pair of loose shorts. Loose, but not off. Relief was so prominent and sudden that I flopped over onto a stack of soft pillows, not caring how weird I was acting.

We didn't do it. I'm not pregnant.

When I caught my breath a minute later, I looked back up at Richard, managing a small smile even though I was about to ask something I really didn't want to.

"So... If we didn't does it, then how?"

He wasn't in heat anymore, per say. It would be back later though, he knew. It didn't just go away, especially if he wasn't bred. The relief was definitely needed, however, because now he could actually think straight, without a haze of heat blurring his thoughts.

"We didn't."

"Then what?" I asked again, needing to know how much of a fool I had made of myself. When Richard smiled I felt my stomach drop, then flip.

"I smelled it coming, though I wasn't sure what it was so suddenly. I ran into the shower to cool off, but you followed."

I groaned, wiping my hands down my face slowly in agony.

"You were in a daze of sorts, which helped me figure out what was going on. Since we were already in the shower I let you, uh, basically use my leg."

My whole face had to be completely red, and I could feel the heat travel down to my neck and out to my ears. This can't get any worse!

"When you were too tired to keep going I got us cleaned up and you in bed, then took care of the kids before climbing in."

My hands moved from my face and moved to cover what my legs weren't of my lower half. "I'm so sorry. I shoulda haved taken care of Coda."

Instead of telling me that I was right and he was upset, Richard just smiled again and sat up, stretching his arms over his head as his back popped a few times.

"Nah, it's okay. You watched them all day." He put his arms down to lean on his hands and looked over at me. "Thank you, by the way. That was a great help... And I feel like an ass for forgetting to feed my own daughter breakfast."

Pushing myself up, I licked my lips nervously and scooted a tiny bit closer. Just enough to reach over and settle my fingertips atop his. "It's okay. I feeded her. She was not mad."

It was obvious by the looks that passed over his face that he wanted to argue, but he bit them back and just nodded. "Again, thanks." When he began to scoot out of bed I sat back, watching as he moved around the room getting clothing into his arms.

"I'm going to go shower, then get dressed for work." His eyes darted to clock for a second before returning to me. "I won't have time to cook breakfast but you can do cereal and I'll blend up some meat real quick for Coda."

His plan was simple enough, and I should be glad that he was going to leave again. I should be. But I found myself scrambling out of bed, reassured when my backside remained perfectly normal and painless. I grabbed his hand, taking him by surprise. A questioning look found its way onto his face, making me fumble through my messy words to explain. The first few sentences came out as rambling babble, but then I finally managed to get something out that sounded somewhat logical.

"Please, I won do come."

His eyes widened further, then returned to normal, a thought readable in his eyes. "Well, I suppose that's fine. It won't be very interesting though. I just work in an office most of the time doing paperwork and things of that sort."

I didn't care. I knew I was going to go into heat again sometime today and felt it would be safer if we were with him in case I lost myself again. When I didn't respond he just shrugged and nodded.

"Get the kids ready then. I'll leave the bathroom unlocked so if Coda needs changed, go ahead and do it while I shower."

I nodded, letting a small grin find its way onto my face as I turned and scooped my son up from his crib. His diaper was definitely full, but that just gave me a chance to show that I could do something simple like change a diaper. Determined, I got Coda into the bathroom as Richard go into the shower. While he washed and I worked he told me I could just borrow more clothing from the closet. So, when I finally had Coda clean and in a new diaper, I set him down and got myself dressed in a pair of comfortable worn jeans and a light grey sweater. It was comfortable and actually fit really well.

When Richard got out of the shower and walked into his room, I was heading out to start breakfast. He said he was short on time, so as he got dressed and got his daughter ready, I got down several bowls and filled each with cereal and milk. We ate quickly, Richard using the grinder to make food for Coda as he did so. By the time that food was ready we had to go, so we packed it in a container and just brought it along so that I could feed him later.

"Alright, once we get into my office there shouldn't be many people coming and going. I brought several diapers and a few cups and a bowl for water so we should be good." Richard said as he parked the car in his private spot beneath the building and got out. Being underground in the cement lot felt confining and made me fidget, but Richard slipped the bag over his shoulder and took my free hand, tugging me towards the elevator as I carried Coda and his daughter walked beside us.

The elevator was thankfully empty but soon began to fill as we moved higher and higher in the building. I sidestepped a man in a trenchcoat, only to be shoved into by a large woman trying to force her way into the crowded space. Being smooshed wasn't a huge deal to me, but it was for my son. I was just on the verge of snarling and biting to get some space when Richard's hand gently pressed against my hip and guided me behind him and into the corner. His large form easily kept any eyes off of me, as well as anything else. The relief swam through me, ending in a sigh as I rested my forehead against his broad back.

When the elevator dinged for the final time and Richard moved a few minutes later, I was surprised to see no one besides the four of us in the confined space. He stepped out, completely ignoring my previous panic attack. I followed silently, glancing around as we passed several closed doors that I could only assume were either meeting rooms or offices. At the end of the hall on the right side, we stopped. Richard fished a key from his pocket and soon the door clicked open, then was pushed inward.

Lights flicked on automatically with our movement as we walked inside. The room was huge, yet well decorated with different smatterings of paintings hanging on the walls. They all looked like paint spattered about the canvas, but no doubt they had cost a decent amount considering the rest of the office looked expensive. At the far side by the large floor to ceiling windows was a black desk shaped in a half-moon. Richard took a seat behind it right away and got his computer opened and turned on.

I thought he was done with us and just wanted me to entertain the kids, but a moment later he pushed himself away from his desk and walked around to take Coda, setting him down on the carpeted blue floor before looking up at me from his squatting position.

"I turned off the security cameras for the office for today so if you need to change, go ahead." He coughed, clearing his throat as he looked down at my son, pretending to play with him. I saw a faint hint of red touch his cheeks before he continued speaking. "O-Or if... You need to do other things."

My face burned and Richard's got more red. We both looked away for several awkward moments before he retreated back to his desk and I sat down to start trying to occupy the kids. It worked surprisingly well, especially after I fed Coda his breakfast. That gave the little squirt a good dose of energy and he wore me out over the hours Richard was working. Jessica joined in sometimes, while taking a break once in awhile to play games on her father's phone.

When lunch rolled around it was already getting close to one in the afternoon and I was tired. Well, tired and... Other things. I thought I was hiding it well, and perhaps I was, but when Richard pushed away from his desk and stood with a slight stretch, then walked around it, I had a feeling things were about to get awkward. When he knelt down next to his daughter I licked my lips, then clamped down on the lower one and nibbled nervously.

"Jess, can you take Coda and walk down to Ms. Ima's office? I'm sure she'd love to have lunch with you two."

I didn't want Coda going anywhere I couldn't see him. My eyes met Richard's to say just that, but what I saw in them kept my mouth shut tight until the kids had left the room, Jess leading a happy, tail-wagging Coda. When the door clicked shut I whirled on Richard, opening my mouth only to take a deep breath of his scent. His aroused scent. It scared me and elated me all at the same time. Which was so wrong.

"I won't do anything Sam, I promise. But, you're driving me crazy with that scent of yours."

He opened his arms, and while I meant to step back, I ended up stepping into them instead. Before even realizing what I was doing I was humping his leg like a damn dog in heat. Which I technically was. I buried my face in his shirt, feeling utterly disgusted with myself as my hips moved against him. Richard didn't show any kind of distaste however, even though he definitely should be. Instead, he began rubbing my back slowly, whispering sweet nothings into my hair as I worked myself up.

It took me less than a minute to work myself up to a climax, then another eight for a second one, then a third. By the time I was on my fourth I could nearly feel Richard's own arousal in the air around us. Of course I brushed against it every few thrusts, too, and I'm sure my face face was brighter than a tomato because of it, but it wasn't until the fifth climax at least thirty minutes later that he finally began to really react.

His eyes were dark, nearly completely dilated and black. His breathing came in panting gasps, and his hands shook where they held my waist, tightly.

"R-Rich... ard?" I gasped, trying to focus through the blur in my mind.

When he didn't respond but with a low growl, I took an uneven step back. His head jerked up suddenly, our eyes meeting. His narrowed. Then widened. Then it happened so suddenly. So quickly, that I could only stumble backwards as he came forward like a, well, charging bear. Richard yanked his jacket off, then quickly followed it by his shirt, tearing several buttons off in the process. When he began working at his pants I scrambled for the door. I couldn't get pregnant again!

I managed to get to the door as his pants and boxers went flying. Turning just in time to see the clothing hit the floor, then his entire form waver and shift.

"Wh... What?"

A giant, fuzzy, solemn-looking black bear sat on its backside, back legs out in front of it while leaning forward on its front ones. It seemed frustrated as it made little, well, bear sounds, and pawed at its white-socked feet. Those were the only things he couldn't get off in time, and the poor socks were being stretched to the point of breaking, not even considering the claws that were beginning to slice at them.

"Richard...?" I asked, utterly confused at what had just happened.

The bears head slowly rose, left ear flicking several times before it returned its attention to its socks and pawed at them. He had obviously not planned on shifting, judging from the way he was acting all confused. It wasn't a good time, and definitely not a good place to do it, either. That fact only intensified when a solid knock sounded three times on the door, then the handle turned.

Shit!
