Chase was in his pup house, thinking about Marshall. He wanted to know why he did this. He wanted to know why he almost killed him multiple times. He wanted to know why he betrayed the Paw Patrol. Was he forced? Did he just get sick of it? Or is it because Marshall isn't who the pups thought he was? Maybe Marshall being all nice and clumsy was just a cover-up. Maybe Marshall was a bad pup all along, and Ryder and the pups had no idea. "I can't believe that my best friend would betray me like that. This claw mark on my eye is the last thing left by him." said Chase.

  Chase heard footsteps and it was Skye coming to see if he was okay. "Hey Chase. Are you okay?" said Skye. "Hey Skye. Yeah, I'm good. I'm just wondering what has gotten into Marshall. I want to know why he betrayed us." said Chase. "I do too Chase. But he's in the pound and there's nothing we can do about it." said Skye. "I know. But there are two sides of me right now. One that wants to know why, and the other sas to rip Marshall apart." said Chase. "I think we all do. He almost killed you. And just thinking about losing you terrifies me." said Skye as Chase blushed a dark red from that.

  "Well, I'm gonna go back in the lookout with everyone else. You want to join us?" said Skye. "Yeah, I'll be there in a few minutes." said Chase as Skye smiled and headed back inside. Chase then looked at the sky and thought, "Why Marshall? Just why?"
