Oh, hi!

I suppose you're wondering what's next for me and this story, right?

Well, this is basically the end of the road for yours truly. Sad, but true. No more tales about my journey as everything that's been said and done has come and gone. And I'm currently at NYU with Oliver (yes, we're still together) as we're planning to take our careers to new levels. As for our relationship...well, I can tell you that Oliver has finally put a ring on it and I happily said yes.

So, where do we go from here?

Well, I will tell you that you're bound to see me again when I come back to Texas. And just in the nick of time because there's this new kid who had it worse than I did and is all but ready to give up on life when his backstory is almost a dead-ringer for mine, if not for a few other surprises in the mix. Unfortunately, he's more of the acerbic and cynical type that's worse than Theo's (hint-hint); but the people who take him in aren't going to let him wallow away in his misery, even if it means showing some tough love. All in all, I will tell you is that his story involves a painful journey before he can enjoy the sweetness of a grand homecoming.

As for this story? Like I said, folks, it's the end of the road for me, but you'll see me again. And after everything I've been through, I'm done telling myself that this is my last chance for the fates to be stacked in my favor. Rather, Im going to tell myself every day that I wake up is a new chance to finally get it right. Because whether or not we have good or bad moments, every day is a new chapter of finally being able to have it all in order. But it doesn't come easy. Sometimes we laugh. Sometimes we weep. We win. We lose. We love. We hate. And the world never stops turning. But when one is lucky enough to have a few friends to wish you well, then we can finally take a moment to exhale. Whitney Houston taught me that.

Fate, we had our ups and downs, but we made it and all we can do is look forward to the unknown. And this time, the time to say that this is our last chance is officially over. Now, every single day that we wake up is when we will tell each other that this is a new chance to finally get it right.

So with that said, my saga has come to an end. For now, anyway. Hey, I still have life to live.

And that's a wrap, ladies and germs! Demario's story is all completed, but you'll see him and Oliver again real soon in the spinoff novel. You might've gotten hints in Demario's closing statement already, but this spinoff is set to be edgier and realistic with the MC having a cynical personality and his journey being very complicated! I'll have the details ready soon, but I'll be working on the storyline.

Other than that, there's little else to say but thanks. So...thanks! Ninety chapters, three prologues, and 126,752 words written! Wow, that's one mega-story if I ever written one!
