Imagine #42: That One Girl (One-Shot)

{So, I've combined a suggestion from breadbinxurie and TekkengirlLopiga. Hope you all enjoyed!}

*Y/N's P.O.V.*

I can feel my limbs shaking! My whole self is so excited that I think it'll explode any moment and the reason for this excitement is I'm going to see my idol -- Patrick Stump -- for the first time ever and it's on his first Soul Punk show! I've been a fan since Fall Out Boy came to be and will still be a fan of them even if they're current on break! I'm just happy that Patrick decided to do a solo tour for the mean time, I think this is really his dream anyways.

I'm on the line for a meet and greet and I was just so lucky that a close friend of mine gave me a pass. I almost praised her as a god when she gave me the pass, this is really like a golden opportunity for me!

"Okay, darling. You're next," the guard said with a smile and let me inside the room.

"Hey there!" Patrick immediately greeted me with a huge smile that almost melted me that instant. He was standing and waved playfully at me. He looks really PERFECT in that suit of his and his fingerless gloves make him look really hot!

"H-Hi! Oh my gosh, I can't believe you're in front of me!" I managed to speak, standing in front of him now. Patrick chuckled cutely at me. "And I'm so happy I didn't lose my consciousness, I'm so nervous and excited!" I continued.

"Aww, don't be! Don't worry, I don't bite," he said playfully that made me chuckle.

"I really am a huge HUGE fan, Patrick! I've followed the band since the time I listened to your first album, I've been a supportive fan since then! It's just sad that I didn't had the chance to watch any of your live shows back then, but I'm happy that now that you're doing a solo tour I'M FINALLY MEETING YOU!" I told him, I have no idea where I am getting this courage to talk a lot, but I do like it, besides, Patrick's listening to me attentively. "But don't get me wrong! I'm not here because of you're a part of Fall Out Boy, I'm here to support you and your solo album because IT IS SO FREAKING GOOD AND PERFECT! I mean, it's impressive, you did everything in every song and each song is heartfelt! I honestly find myself feeling each song every time I listen to it which means it really has an effect and THANK YOU for making such a masterpiece." I continued to tell him.

His smile suddenly changed, earlier it was just really a happy smile but now it's like a shocked and full of 'aaawww' smile.

"T-that's actually the sweetest thing I've heard so far," he murmured almost silently and I just smiled at him.

"I know what other people say about your new album, and really, we can't blame them. You really can't satisfy everyone after all, but really, satisfying others should come last...what you always want should come first. I mean, this is your dream, right? And good on you for reaching it, Patrick! We're really happy for you!" I told him with a sincere smile and suddenly, Patrick pulled me in for a hug, I then realized he was shaking...he was nervous.

"T-Thank you...seriously, t-those words really helped me." he murmured. I hugged Patrick back and after a while, we pulled back.

"I meant it all, and besides you deserve those words," I told him.

We continued to talk for a while, taking a lot of pictures while doing so and finally he's signing my Soul Punk album...I'm finally seeing him signing my merch!

"You know, I've had a Fall Out Boy album that has your signature on it and seriously, you would have died laughing when you saw me got that album." I told him while laughing since I'm remembering that exact moment.

It was an Infinity On High Albums and I bought it online, it was only a second hand since it's it's the only available one for the meantime, but I still bought it.

"The moment I got the album, I realized it was a signed one -- it has your signature on it and after that I literally screamed loudly and said 'oh my god, Patrick Stump held this and signed this! Oh my god!' then went running around the house like a mad girl," I stated while laughing and feeling embarassed that I have to bring this up. Patrick laughed cutely too.

"I wish I could have seen that!" he said, his laugh wasn't a lie. He's really laughing, but not in a teasing way. It's really cute, honestly.

"Oh, no, you don't want to see that. It'll be so embarassing," I told him.

Soon, my time was over and again, I thanked him and congratulated him before going. It's honestly one of the best conversation I had in my life!

*Weeks Later*

"So, how's your Soul Punk tour going, Patrick? Congratulations for this single album!" the interviewer told me with a huge smile and I smiled back.

It's been some months since I started touring for this album of mine and really, it's been great. All in all it's a great experience and I'm not regretting doing this, not anymore.

"It's really great! My crew and I are having the best experience and the fans are as supportive as ever. I never expected it to be this big." I answered.

"Oh come on, you're Patrick Stump! Of course, this will be a big hit for the fans!" he said enthusiastically. The interviewed continued and it usually consist of the usual interview questions, but I never really get tired answering them...the last question might just be the most intersting for me this moment and I'm so eager to answer it.

"So, since the Soul Punk tour started, what was your favorite thing that had happened?" he asked and I smiled, immediately remembering her.

"Well, of course, except the fact that this all had been succesful and we're having fun...one of my other favorite thing that happened during the tour is I've met that one girl. It was on my first Soul Punk tour show and she was a fan. She had a meet and greet pass and we talked, but what she told me really made me realize things that helped me throughout this tour. Seriously, she helped me, she just basically told me to just do what I've always wanted -- and that's to create music in accordance to my hearts desire even if some people will not like it because at the end of the day, you'll never end up satisfying all of them anyways." I stated and the interviewer nodded. "She's also a really enthusiastic girl, I'm really hoping to see her again." I said, really meaning what I just stated.

"Wow, lucky girl! Can we know her name?" he asked.

"Oh god, I'm so terrible at names! but...uhhh.. I think it's Y/N. God, I wish I got it right!" I said while I chuckled nervously. "And seriously, I'm the lucky one to meet her, she really helped me." I honestly said.

I just really wish to meet her again, it was stupid of me to not get her number or anything that day...I really want to know her more.

*Four years later*

Time really flies so fast! It's been years since my Soul Punk tour and now that the band is back and is active again, time is really going fast and I'm just realizing this when I'm being interview by this particular station again after four years. This time I wasn't in their station though, it's just a phone interview, but it still makes me reminisce that time.

I was being interviewed for being the vocalist of the band now, instead of a solo artist. The questions has also been better this time, I'm never going to get tired of these interviews.

"So, yeah. The new tour will happen soon and the others and I are really excited to do it again. It's really amazing that until now --

"Hey, 'Trick. What do you want for dinne-- Oh my god, you're on an interview I'm so sorry!" suddenly, my fiance asked me, not knowing that I was on the phone. She was probably heard on air too.

"Oh, who's that, Patrick?" the interviewer said.

"It's okay," I told my fiance quietly while smiling. "Sorry, that was my fiance, she doesn't know that I'm on the phone." I said while chuckling as I see her blush and walked out of my studio while looking at me with an apologetic gaze.

"Aww, she's so sweet. We'll have to make this quick so you can have your dinner." he said on the other line and I chuckled.

I continued to answer his questions happily, until it was down to the last question again.

"I remembered our last interview, Patrick, and I remember you mentioning a girl that helped you and your wish to meet her again. What happened to that? Did you meet her again?" he asked eagerly which just made me smile so wide.

"Oh, yeah...actually, she's making dinner out of my home studio right now." I answered with the biggest smile I can give. "Yes, that same girl I talked about four years ago is the same girl that you heard earlier, she's my fiance now." I explained, keeping that smile on my face.

"No. Way!" the interviewer said in shocked and I chuckled. "Congratulations! I mean, that was a very cute story!" he exclaimed.

"I have to agree with you on that. We met after a couple of shows since the interview and things just went better for the both of us and four years later, finally, we're engaged and thanks to your show, I managed to meet her again." I told him.

"Glad to help out, Patrick. So, we're going to let you go now so you can have dinner. Thank you for your time, Patrick! We wish you and your fiance the best!" he said.

"You're welcome as always and Thanks. Bye!" I said and hung up the phone.

I still have this huge grin on my face when I walk out of the room, finally finding Y/N by the living room, listening to the radio.

"Can't believe you mentioned me on a radio show again." she said with a cute giggle.

"Well, I just really want the world to know the girl who I love the most, Y/N." I told her honestly.

She walked to me, hugged me and pressed a kiss on my lips. "Love you, Stump." she murmured.

"Love you too, soon to be Mrs. Stump." I whispered to her.

{I REALLY LOVE THIS! AAAAHHH!!

THANKS FOR READING!!!~}
