Imagine #39: You Caught His Girlfriend Cheating On Him

If killing is legal, you would have killed that bitch five times now, you thought to yourself. You can't believe what you are seeing now, Patrick's girlfriend, is having a date with another guy. You knew that it was a date because they have been smooching from time to time. They are lucky that your shift in that restaurant already ended or else you could have put poisoned in her food.

You always knew she was like that, but Patrick turned his blind side to that fact. The girl really seemed to be just using Patrick and now you got the proof to save your best friend. You pulled out your phone to call him, but he already texted you.

"{Name of the girlfriend} will be working late tonight. I already arrived at home so you don't need to be worried." He texted you. This was the day he got back from a long tour and his girlfriend was not there to welcome him, in fact, she's even kissing another guy!

You sighed, you knew Patrick wouldn't believe you, but you can't let this go for now. This is too much already.

You began to drive your motorcycle towards Patrick's house. You knew he would get angry at you again, but heck! That's a lot better than knowing his girlfriend is cheating on him and you don't even do a thing.

You knocked at his door and he opened it immediately, giving you a warm smile.

"{Y/N}! Holy smokes, I missed you!" He said and he hugged you. You hugged him back and gave him a smile. He let you in his house and you both catch up to each other. You're happy to know that he'd enjoying his life. "I just miss her so much. I can't wait for her to get home."

"P-Patrick" you murmured

"Hmmm?"

"Patrick I saw her. I just saw her...with another guy..

"Maybe it's her boss or office mate. Maybe a relative?" He immediately said in defense.

"Patrick they were kissing!" You said and he was taken back, but his expression changed immediately.

"I know you don't like her, but please, stop this nonsense. She wouldn't do that!" He said with an angry tone.

"Please, you have to believe me!" You pleaded.

"Then where is your proof?" He asked and you knew you should just give up. You were not able to take a picture earlier because they would easily spot you. "{Y/N}, when will you accept that I love her...not you," Patrick said and that hurt you more than it should. You never expected him to say that or maybe you just hate the fact that he loves that cheating girl more than you, who always stand by him.

"I'm home baby!! Welcome home!" The girlfriend suddenly went inside and she was shocked to see you there. You just looked at her with disgust.

"Baby!" Patrick called out and he hugged her.

"What's she doing here?" The girl asked.

"She was just about to leave. She just told me something about...our friend." Patrick said. He was still angrily looking at you. You just walked to the door.

"There's no secret that can't be revealed." You murmured bitterly. The girl might have heard you because she started to look panicked, but before she could have reacted. You went out of the house.

'When will you accept that I love her...not you.' Those words of him kept echoing in your head and it felt like gunshots that kept on hitting you right in the chest.

Patrick knew you love him, you really do. Since high school, you have been beside him and your feeling grew for him. And you can't believe that he would choose her over you. Maybe because she's prettier! Maybe because she's more sophisticated...maybe Because she's enough for Patrick and your not.

You kept on driving around on your motorcycle and it started to rain. You were glad because it hid the tears that are rolling down from your eyes. You accepted that Patrick won't love you back...but you can't just accept that he would end up with that bitch.

He deserves someone better...but you just don't know what to do....yet.
