Imagine #159: I Think You're My Best Friend (Part 1)

"I promise you, once we got back from this first big tour. I'll find you again and we'll start from there!"

Those were Patrick's last words to you and he said that to you almost seven years ago now...and still you're waiting. You and he have been best friends since grade school. Since then you're always classmates and you two are the dynamic duo of the class, it's like there's no you when he's not around and vice versa. The both of you dropped out of college at the same time to follow your dreams; him forming a band and you being a theatre actress.

Both you and Patrick have shared something special since the day you met each other, you admit to yourself that you really love him and you can feel that he has some special feelings for you. You're still secretly holding on to that promise until now...even now that you have a boyfriend and you know that Patrick has a girlfriend too. You want to be angry at him...he never did come back for you...you've waited and waited and it's like he had just forgotten about you.

I love the way you hurt me, baby" You're listening to their music again and it just makes you miss him more. No one really knows that you have been his best friend. You didn't tell anyone...not even your boyfriend. You think that it's better off that way.

"You really love that band, don't you?" your stage manager said to you. You are now a quite famous theatre actress in New York, at least you also reached your dreams just like Patrick.

"Yeah. So, what's our next big thing?" you asked her.

"Romeo and Juliet." She answered you with a huge smile. You literally upped your seat and stared at her in disbelief, this is your dream.

"No freaking way!" you said with your eyes wide.

"And, of course, you'll be Juliet." She said proudly. "This will be big, {Y/N}! And I know it's your dream to be a part of this play! I know you'll ace this, you're talented and beautiful and you perfectly match Juliet's image. You just have to get permission from your boyfriend...the script includes some smooching scenes." She said excitedly.

"Well, that's only for a job. We must remain a professional relationship here. But, heck! I'm so excited for this. But, who'll play Romeo?" you asked excitedly and curiously.

"I'm not really sure yet. Since this will be somehow musical, I heard that he's from a band...Patrick Stump, is his name if I'm not mistaken." She said and you felt like she said something mind blowing.

You were left there staring at her...not knowing what to respond...not knowing how to act to that.

Finally, after so many years the two of you will meet again. And you have no idea on how you would react when you see each other again.

{So hi guys! I'm sorry if I was gone for a few days! I'VE BEEN BUSY! Sorry for that! ANOTHER THING IS I SAW TWENTY ONE PILOTS LAST SUNDAY!! AAAAH!! They're so amazing live! :) I wish FoB will go back to our country soon, I need to see them live too!
