Imagine #150: We Are Wild (Part 5)

"Hey, dude! Welcome back!" Patrick greeted his best friend, Pete when he saw him in the airport. He took one of his back and they began to walk back to Patrick's car.

"It's good to be back here in Chicago. LA is fine and Meagan and I had a great time. But now it's time to go back with my bros." Pete said then he chuckled. "How are you and the others?"

"Pete and Andy are still busy with their own things now, they said maybe they'll meet us next week. As for me, I'm fine, I really can't wait for you to meet her." Patrick said excitedly.

"About that, how on earth did you two meet? It's like destiny brought you together and dude that sounds so romantic as fuck." Pete teased. They climbed on the car and Patrick started to drive towards his house.

Patrick started to tell his best friend how your story started and Pete can really see that Patrick is interested with you. Patrick narrate everything from the time he met you in the streets, and your searching mission for that guy, and the time you went on a medical mission. Pete attentively listened to his best friend, amazed of his feelings for you.

"And I think I already found that guy she is looking for." Patrick added.

"You're really in love with that girl, aren't you? I'm happy for you Patrick, you've never been like this to any girl." Pete answered him.

"Well, yeah. I really love her." He said. "Let's just head to my house. She's already there."

Patrick really can't wait to meet you too, he's going to tell you everything now and the fact that he thinks that he is the one you are searching for. After several minutes of driving, Patrick and Pete finally arrived at the house and you're already making food for them. You are excited to hear the news from Patrick too because he seems excited. Patrick knocked on the door and you excitedly opened it.

"Hey!" you greeted him excitedly, giving him a kiss on the cheek. "Gosh, you smile today is so beautiful." You added.

"Not as beautiful as you, mon cheri," he said and hugged you.

"Where's your best friend?" you asked. You and he went inside already.

"He's taking something from his bag, he'll go in later. {Y/N}, I think I found the guy you are looking for." Patrick said and he was smirking at you. you are about to say something, but you juts held it back.. "That smells delicious." He said then chuckled.

"Hey, Patrick? Can I borrow your charger?" Pete suddenly went in and you felt that your heart stopped beating.

You felt that everything became slow, you looked back and saw a guy with a blonde hair and lot of tattoos in arms. He seems so familiar to you, and when he saw you he stopped his tracks too. You lost hold of Patrick's arm and you just stared at Pete.

"P-Peter?" you suddenly murmured. You knew him! He is the guy you are searching for!

"{Y/N}! Oh my god, is that you?!" Pete said and he walked towards you.

"Patrick! You really did found him!" You said to Patrick and he was just staring at you in shock.

Patrick was stunned, he really thought that it was him you're looking for. But heck, where's that destiny now? Everything suddenly fell down and his smile vanished quickly. He smiled at you in a shock and fake manner.

"Y-yeah. I told you I'll find him." Patrick said as he stare at your eyes which is sparkling as you look at Pete.

You and Patrick's best friend engaged to a deep conversation and Patrick was left there, speechless.

"It's really you! You're the bassist of that one band right! Gosh, you've gone far." You said and Patrick became more jealous.

How come you knew him being a bassist of the band and not knowing Patrick for being the vocalist of the band despite the fact that you know 'Young Volcanoes' song. You didn't even recognize his voice in that song. You and Pete continued to talk about each other that Patrick can't even join in to your conversation. Patrick is just trying to listen to both of you attentively, looking at your eyes.
