Brunet stepped forth and moved his hand to touch my hair. I didn't move, instead I remained in place and let him touch me.

He may not believe that I'm alive, so I guess feeling me may help him believe that I am.

"Your hair changed again." He softly said as he held a loc in his hand. I smiled, moving his hand away and standing up.

"You should sit, there's a lot for me to tell you." I told him as he continued to look over me.

He moved his eyes back up to meet mines, and they stared into my orbs he moved to walk around the couch.

He reached his hands out and grabbed my face, moving it from side to side. "You're alive. You're fucking alive." He whispered to himself before pulling me in for a hug.

My ear met his chest, and I heard the raging beats his heart as he held me tightly.

For once, I moved my arms and wrapped them around him. My first hug to him, this feels nice. It feels nice being surrounded by these people again.

Jaja sniffled before coming to join in on the hug. "Aw, guys lemme in on it too." She whined.

I chuckled and pulled away from them before I got annoyed. "Alright, now to get to explaining what happened to me."

I sat down and Brunet followed suit, sitting right next to me. He remained quiet, and ears in tuned to what I had to say.

"Back when I was last here, when Unique went missing. The people who had her were actually after me."

Brunet frowned, "Mafia people?"

I shook my head no, "No, a Professor, a mad scientist actually. He wanted to poke needles and shit in me."

Brunet nodded, giving me a sign that I can keep going. "Before I died, he had Death's sword drenched with some of his healing serum. So, I never actually died, I just fell unconscious until I was finished healing."

Brunet hummed and moved his elbows to sit on his knees, "Death. He's the guy with the armor on right?"

I nodded.

"I've been trying to find him ever since...I guess you've been captured. I thought I'd be able to trace him with his sword, but his sword disappeared into thin air after I tried to process it for evidence." He said.

I chuckled, everyone's weapons do that. Most people at the Division have their own personalized weapon that'll always come back to them, it's like a boomerang.

The weapons have a power of their own, teleportation.

"That's normal." I said.

"It's weird." Zain said in a monotone voice.

"Whatever. So while in the hospital, the Professor switched my body out with a fake and from there I went to the facility." I said summing up everything and leaving out a lot of small details.

Jaja moved to sit on the ground where Ant and Sugar sat playing with their toys, "So the guy that made that hole in the air, what's his name?" She asked.

"Vissi" I said.

She nodded, "So...does he like...have a girlfriend?" She asked.

Imma ruin her dreams, she should be focusing on other things rather than trying to get with one of my Unit members.

"Vissi is gay." I said as I watched Jaja's hopes crumble into pieces. She groaned as she fell back onto the ground with a huff. My work here is done.

I felt Brunet poke my arm, making me look at him. He nervously smiled, "Sorry, it's...unbelievable. I still can't believe you're really here." He said.

I flicked his forehead, earning an "ow" from Brunet. "I'm here, now stop touching me." I said.

He's had his time to touch and see that I'm alive and well, so he can stop trying to prolong that time.

Brunet smiled before going to pick up the sleepy Sugar. He grabbed her and stood up, "I'll go put her to sleep then we can discuss what had happened yesterday."

After spending the afternoon talking to Brunet and Jaja, Zain took me out for a walk. "I like to take back routes, they're much quieter than the main roads." He said as we walked past a burnt down house.

The neighborhood Brunet lived in had many beautiful scenery but there was still bad within it. The Red Skulls set their businesses here in these streets, pumping these rich people with drugs.

"How'd you get yourself in the mix with the Red Skulls?" I asked Zain as we walked into a small spacious woodland.

New trees were uprooting and the grass was newly growing, it's a new forest growing here.

Zain had his head down as he stepped on tree branches, "Sola and her people were with us after you died and then after Grandma. I wanted to be apart of her crew so I could be fearless like her and you."

My finger went under his chin, picking up his head to look at me, "I'm not fearless Zain, I have many fears but I choose to face them."

Zain's lips pressed together before he moved his head to look straight ahead, "They'd talk about this guy a lot, Grandma especially. His name was Miki, you're boyfriend, right?"

I hummed, "Yeah, he died a long time ago."

"I like him, he made you smile and laugh a lot. I wish I met him." Zain said.

Miki was someone who made everyone smile and laugh, no one could stay mad at him, he was an extra extrovert. I also wish he'd have met Zain and Ant, he'd be so happy, he always loved kids.

Zain held my forearm and stopped me from walking, he turned to look at me, "I'm sorry mommy, I shouldn't have hurt you or disrespect you. I've obviously changed and I'm sure you're disappointed in who I've become. I promise to make an effort to be a better person."

I chuckled softly and grabbed a hold of my baby's hand, "I'll forgive you as long as you help me train."

There's no need to dwell in the past, as long as Zain strives then I guess everything will be fine.

Its clear as day that I'm not a singular ability user, I have two powers like Vissi. I can use my eyes perfectly and at will, but this other power...this other power is out of control. The best way for me to understand it is by letting it out.

It's raw power is dangerous for regular humans to be around, and even super humans.

That voice said that I'll be the next Star, I don't know what that is but I'll find out when I can control this power I have.

Zain's eyes lit up, "Really? What do you want me to do?"

"For now find me a secluded space, far away from people."

Zain contemplated before grabbing my hand and pulling me further into the woodland. "This is the most private place there is, all we have to do is get deeper into the woods." He said as we dodged tree branches.

We stopped in an open space, where birds chirped loudly and a few bunnies ran around.

"Wow, good job. Didn't think we were this close to a place like this." I said.

Zain nodded happily, "What do you want me to do next?" He asked eagerly.

I pointed straight ahead of me, "Go 3 miles up ahead and watch me. If anything goes wrong Vissi will come."

He nodded and quickly ran away from me.
