Queen Lalisa was getting ready for the outing today. She was excited to see the Sphnix side and see the difference. RM told Queen Lalisa that the meetings today will be cancelled so she can help Princess Rose look for a dress for the Royal Ball.

Before the outing, Jin related a message from Princess Jennie. She asked to have tea in her room. That's where the Queen was headed to after she put the final touches to her make up.

Jin followed her to Princess Jennie's room. When the arrive, Jin lift his hand prepare to knock. But the door suddenly open and Princess Jennie's guard Suga was there wide eyes.

He clear his throat before speaking. "Are you here to see Princess Jennie?" He ask.

"Yes we are." Jin replied.

Suga nods his head and step aside so Queen Lalisa can walk by. Suga stepped outside and stood guard with Jin.  Princess Jennie was fixing her hair when she noticed the Queen.

"Good morning Queen Lalisa. Please have a seat." The Sphnix's Princess gestures to the chair in a small sitting area in her room.

Lisa smiles and walks to one of the chair. As she sat down she looks around the princess's room. The palace is beautiful and there are some feminine touches here and there. It's a good balance but Jennie's room was so bright and pretty. Very different from the other part of the palace.

"Your room is very welcoming." Queen Lalisa compliments.

"Thank you. I can do very little with the palace because this place is overruled by men. But my room is my domain."

"It suits you very well."

Princess Jennie smiles brightly at the Queen's compliment. "How have your stay been here? I hope my cousin is being kind."

Before they could continue, a knock was at Jennie's door. She yells out a "come in" and in come a maid with tea for the two. After the tea was serve, the maid left.

"I am please with my stay thank you." Queen Lalisa answers.

Princess Jennie waited for the queen to continue but nothing. Her brows furrowed in confusion.

"And the king?" Princess Jennie asks once more.

The queen hesitant but gives the princess a smile. "He is a king. And I'm not surprised to see one person with different personalities."

Queen Lalisa noticed the confusion on princess face. "To me, he is kind." The queen quickly said hoping to reassure the princess.

"How do your precieve him with others?" Princess Jennie ask.

Lisa bit her bottoms lips nervously. "He is very serious with his men. And with the maids, it's very different."

Princess Jennie lips went into a straight line. She knew what the queen was talking about. She knew her cousin uses the maid as his personal pleasure toys. And as much as she hates it, she was use to it.

"I understand. Does it make you uncomfortable?" Princess Jennie ask.

"It's not my business. I am a guest."

The princess wasn't satisfied with the answer. "Does it make you feel uncomfortable?" She ask again.

The Queen was surprise with the princess persistent. "I am well aware of men behavior. Unlike your home, my house are equal to men and women. We respect each other's gender because we know the strengths and weaknesses of each other. Your house is filled with dominant men. And I am not a person who will judges a person's home."

Princess Jennie listens to the Queen's words. It's clear and obvious that two homes are two different worlds. There isn't a doubt, but princess Jennie has seen the gaze between the queen and king's. They may not verbally flirt but their eyes silently flirt with one another.

It should bother the queen the king is flirty with the maid so openly. But princess Jennie also notices that Queen Lalisa isn't a person who can falls for a man's charm so easily. And if the king continues to act like he is, the plan will self destruct itself.

"You have a very kind heart. It's more I can say about my disgusting cousin." A small chuckle came out the Queen. "And I do hope one day he will change. He just needs to find the right women." Princess Jennie eyes stared straight into the Queen's eyes as she said this.

It took a moment for the queen to feel uncomfortable with the princess gaze but eventually she looked away.

Queen Lalisa finds its enduring that the cousin have this love hate relationship but they care for one another behind each other's back.

"Well, I'm sure your king will change when the right women comes his way." She tells her.

"And what about you?" Princess Jennie ask.

"Excuse me?" Queen Lalisa was startled with the random question.

"Do you have any suitors?" Princess Jennie ask again.

The Queen was getting skeptical with the princess questions. Kind to think of it, the Queen have noticed people have been interested in her dating life.

"I don't. I am too busy." She replies.

"Well, I think since you are on a semi break, you should try to think about your dating life." Princess Jennie said.

Queen Lalisa brows knitted together. She was confuse with her words. Was Princess Jennie telling her to find someone from the Sphnix's date?

As if the princess could read her mind she continues, "I mean, since you and the king are trying to have the Lamia and Sphnix make peace, this could be a way don't you think?"

"Umm, I don't know if me dating just any Sphnix, would make a difference." The Queen said.

The princess had a small smirk on her face but wiped it off before the queen could fully notice. "That's true. Who would be a person you can date and make a strong statement?" The Princess look like she was genuinely thinking. She all of a sudden snaps her fingers as a if a light bulb just turn on. "Some one that is very powerful.. hmmm... like... ohhh. I know a good one." The Princess was talking as if the queen wasn't there.

"I think it's best I should just focus on a different way to make the people tru-"

The Queen was cut off by the princess.

"How about someone like the king?" The princess suddenly suggest.

The queen eyes widen and a small gasp came out the queen. The princess didn't seem effected by the Queen's surprise expression. Then all of a sudden all the princess questions all made sense to her.

The girl was trying okay Cupid.

"Princess Jennie, I am touched you are concern with my dating life but I'll get there when I get there. And your king and I will make our people come together in a different way. A way less taboo."

Princess Jennie can tell, she over step but she needed to put the idea in the Queen's head. Clearly the king is making it hard for the queen by his flirty ways with all the maids. She silently note herself to have a talk with her cousin.

"Well thank you for the tea but I must make sure Princess Rose is ready. Are you also joining us?"

"I am." Princess Jennie answers.

"Great. I'll see you momentarily." The Queen gets up and heads out.

Jin notices the queen and follows her. They walk in the same hallway that leads to the Queen's room. Which Princess Rose's room was next to her's.

After a few knocks, Queen Lalisa enters and saw Rose brushing her hair.

"You look beautiful." Queen Lalisa compliments.

"Thank you, cousin." The princess replies back. Rose took a second to looks at her cousin face and she can sense something was wrong.

She turns her body to fully face the queen and a worried expression.

"What's wrong?" Rose ask.

The queen signs in exhaustion. "Nothing. Princess Jennie suggest something a little extreme and it was just weird."

"What did she suggest?"

The Queen was nervous for some reason. She didn't know why she was nervous but she sat down in hopes to be a little relax. But she was still nervous.

"Well, she was asking if I could consider dating someone from the Sphnix make peace and well she suggested the king." By the time Lisa was done explaining the situation to Rose, she was laughing, while Rose just watch her cousin.

When Lisa noticed her cousin was quiet she stops laughing and furrow her brows at Rose. "What? Don't you think it's a ridiculous idea?"

"I mean, it does sound a little extreme but it's not a bad idea..."

The Queen mouth widen at shock at her cousin's words. "What do you mean it's not a bad idea? It's a crazy idea!"

"Why?" Rose ask.

The Queen was surprise her cousin was trying to find an answer to this. To the Queen it was the most obvious reason why but when the queen opens her mouth to explain the reason, she stutters.

"Well because.. you know.. it's just ridiculous."

Rose smirks at Lisa. "You keep saying that but why is it ridiculous? I mean, he is attractive, from what I can see, he is smart, well thought out, detailed, knows what he wants and have a good plan for things. And mostly what's important, he can rule and he cares for his people. Don't you think that's a great king and husband?"

Lisa listens to Rose's reason and even though she agrees with what she said, Lisa still didn't like the idea. She wants love and romance, not force to be married because that's what is best.

"I understand what you mean but I don't know how I feel about him as a person, how would I marry him?" 

Princess Rose eyes saddens hearing Lisa's tone.
"Lisa, I know that being a queen you have so much to sacrifice and you hoped that your love life would be one thing you didn't have to settled for but how about you get to know the king before you rule it out. Maybe it's one of those things you are able to get more than you expect." Rose stood up and walk towards Lisa. "You can't love if you close your heart. Open it up a little and see where this takes you."

Lisa pouts, "Do you think it's a good idea? What happens if the king isn't even interested in me?"

Rose smirks at the Queen. And slightly shakes her head, "You are completely clueless." She mumbles. When the two Lamia look at each other Rose spoke again. "The way the kings looks at you, it's quite interesting. If he isn't interested yet, he for sure thinks your beautiful."

"Are you sure?" Lisa ask.

"Oh honey for sure. That man eyes are different when he is looking at you."

Lisa looks down at her fingers nervously. She didn't know if this was a good idea but she could at least get to know the king and see if there could be something more.

But the problem is the Queen was inexperienced in this field. She didn't know how to get to know a man in that way or have a man interested in her.

"How would I do it?" Queen Lisa mumbles quietly.

"Do what?" Rose ask.

"How do I get to know the king, or make him like me?" Lisa looks up as she ask this question to Rose. "I never done this before."

Rose stood up with a devious smirk on her face. "That should be easy." She starts but the Queen was confuse with what she meant. "Sweetheart, we are Lamia's. Flirting and a temptress is in our blood. Just natural and you will lead that king into your bedroom without thinking you did such a thing."

Queen Lalisa listens and she knew her cousin was right. As a female Lamia, we had a natural beauty and our aura was tempting as a forbidden fruit. There were times when she doubted if she was a Lamia but she knew even if she was inexperienced with men, that didn't stop men trying to pursue her.

She was always catching men's attention without trying. And for first time today, she was confident in one thing. She just had to be herself.

Hey guys I'm sorry it's been awhile. I'll be busy this week and in hopes I'll be able to update a little more after this week. I hope you are all healthy and being safe. Please to wash your hands, and have Clorox with you. It's getting bad but I believe it's because this virus is new and we don't understand it clearly.
