The three Lamia beauty and the Sphinx strangers were all sitting at the dining table eating in silence. The guards were on the side, keeping a close eye on the two Sphinx.

Queen Lalisa eyes kept going back and forth to the men then her dinner plate. She never felt so much silence in her life. Not even when they she was eating alone after her parent's death.

She didn't like the silence, "Sir Jimin." She call the man that was looking at the princess. "Your king..." this was rewarded by a raise eye brow from the two men. "Why does he think that we need to meet one another?"

Jimin put his silverware down before speaking. "It's not necessary, he just wants to make sure there an understanding that we are not against you."

"I see, and is that what you want as well?" Lisa ask.

"Of course. We been in peace for so long and we understand the people that at sending us supplies are being unfair. It's good to make sure we understand on another." Jimin said.

Jisoo smiles at the Queen. Jisoo wants to let the queen know she is doing good questioning Jimin.

"But we been doing fine for sixty years now. And all of a sudden your king wants to meet?" The queen ask before taking a sip of her drinks.

Jimin looks at V hesitantly, but then back at the Queen. "I heard once upon a time, your grandfather allow men to punish their wives when they talked back."

All three ladies stop whatever they were doing and turn to Jimin. The Queen eyes narrows at Jimin, "And your king's grandmother had two son with another man, before having one with the actual king of the time." She spit back.

Jimin shrugs his shoulders, "Yes, I heard that too."

"So what is your point by bringing up my grandfather." The Queen demands.

"My point is, our past an ancestor were living in a different time. They made their own history, shouldn't we? We are the not the same, time has change and so should our mindset." Jimin explains.

Princess Rose had small smirk on the side of lips, which she saw Jimin noticed. The princess thought that was a clever move.

The Queen lean back in her chair registering his words. Honestly she thought his reasoning was well thought, and she knew she couldn't refuse with that kind of logic. But she till tested him.

"And you think this is good type of change? We are split into two territories for a reason, you know?" The Queen said.

Jimin smirks a little and leans forwards, "and what is that reason exactly?"

Silent. The Queen was absolutely quiet.

Jisoo was listening to the two nervously. Jimin was playing a dangerous game but everyone knows he was winning.

"You are a smart man. A man who can play his game very well. I do admire that." Lisa starts off, then turn to Rose. "And if I accept your King's offer, do you promise our safety, as we did for you?" Her eyes now are back on Jimin.

"We put our lives on it." Jimin promises as he put his right hand over his heart. "King Jungkook, he is very big on trust and loyalty." Jimin explains.

Queen Lalisa picks up her utensils again and start to eat. Everybody eyes widen and her sudden quietness. She didn't say anymore and everyone was just as confuse.

V did talk here and there, mostly to Jisoo. Jisoo was shy with just the small conversation between the two but Rose helped the conversations, which made Jisoo feel comfortable.

Princess Rose can see V is smitten over Jisoo since this morning. V seem very kind and well grounded to Rose and she couldn't help but imagining the two would be adorable with one another.

When they were done eating, the Queen look at Princess Rose and Jisoo, then at the two Sphinx.

"You are leaving tomorrow morning?" The Queen ask Jimin.

"Yes, we are."

The Queen looks over at Jisoo and Rose, "I guess we will be leaving too. Jisoo make sure all my meeting are cancelled and have two city councilmen to attend the castle when needed." She tells the four.

Jimin and V looks over at one another in complete surprise. "You are coming with us? You'll meet the king?" V ask in surprise.

"Yes. My question is how long I will be there for?" She questions.

"The king would want you to stay as long as you like." Jimin answers.

"That's kind but I think the longest she can stay is two weeks, and tha-"

"That's perfect." Jimin cuts Jisoo off.

"Jisoo make sure you, Rose and I are pack for two weeks."

"I'm going too?" Princess Rose ask.

"Yes, cousin." The Queen said as she gets up. "I will see everyone in the morning."

Everybody stood up to bow to the Queen. Before she left she looks over at the three guards, "You three as well." And the three nods there head.

Jin follows the Queen to her chambers, "Is it really a good idea to go?" Jin question her.

Lisa stomps her track and turns around. "I do. And I think it will be good."

"Very well." Jin said.

While the Queen left the table Princess Rose was looking at two men, clearly surprised and relieved at the same time.

"You played a treacherous game there sir Jimin." Princess Rose teases.

"Well, your cousin seem like she needed to understand it in a different approach." He said.

"Your king will be please, you did not disappoint."

"You will come to learn I don't disappoint." Jimin give the princess Rose a wink.

J hope, her guard, clear his throat and narrows his eyes at Jimin.

"I think we should get to our room and call RM about our guest arriving." V said out to Jimin.

"Who is RM?" Jisoo ask.

V gave Jisoo a big smile, "He's our advisor for the Sphinx."

"I see." Jisoo thought.

"Yes, if you would excuse us ladies." Both Jimin and V got up from their seat and walk up the stairs.

When the men were out of earshot, Rose and Jisoo look at each other. "They don't mean any harm right?" Princess Rose ask.

"Better not." J hope scoff out.

Jisoo and Rose raise about eye brow at Jhope.

"He is right. We understand what you are trying to do but we are just worry for your safety." Jackson spoke out.

"And we appreciate the concern, but they do seem sincere." Princess Rose tries to ease their concern.

"We understand that you may think those two are sincere but what about the king? How do you know his motive? We know nothing about him." J hope express with worrisome and anger.

Princess Rose stood from her chair. "And do you not think they didn't have the same concern when they chose to come here."

"They chose, no matter how you see it. They will always have the upper hand because they chose to come here." Jackson points out.

Jisoo has enough of the two questioning her opinion and especially the Queen. "With my permission!" She looks at the two men in disappointment, they clearly was shock that Jisoo raise her voice. "We are leaving tomorrow, do your job and let us do ours."

The two men compose themselves and bow their head at Jisoo. As advisor, technically she's every employers in the palace boss. She assigned all the duties, no employees is approved without her permission and nobody is let go without her knowing. So for the men to come question them like that really irked her.

"Jisoo, go get some rest. I'll take care of everything else." Princess Rose tell her in hopes for her to calm down.

Jisoo eyes became gentle when the princess spoke to her. Jisoo nods her head, and Jackson walks her up to her chambers.

Princess Rose took a deep breath as she massage her temple. "When I thought our lives were boring, a big shift has come into our lives." She chuckles. "Fabulous." She mumbles in annoyance.

The maid came in to clean the table and she went to inspect the kitchen, the study and living corridors. This was Jisoo mostly do at night before she slept. When she was done making sure the palace was up to Jisoo standards, she went to sleep.

Princess Rose saw Jimin coming out of V's room. Jimin's eyes widen when he saw her in front of him.

"Are you heading to bed?" Jimin ask.

"I am." She nods her head. She was hesitant to ask a question and against her better judgment she ask anyways, "Do you hate us Lamia?"

Jimin was caught off guard, he clear his throat before speaking. "Unfortunately, as a child, I heard nothing but horror stories of the Lamia as I was growing up. But the king, made a point to make his judgment on what he see and knows. It has rub off on me. And from what I see, our ancestors may be wrong."

Rose listened to his words and she didn't know to be happy or worried. That's a lot to live up to, a whole new image of the Lamia.

"Do you hate the Sphinx?" Jimin ask her, catching her off guard.

She didn't know how to answer that. Because like Jimin we heard nothing but horror stories about them, but being in-front of him. It's completely different.

"No I don't but it's because I don't know you." Princess Rose said.

Jimin has a smirk on his face, "Well I guess we will have the opportunity to get know each other a little better."

"I guess we will."

"I'am look forward to it, Princess Rose." He gives her a bow and walks away.

Rose was smiling so hard, she didn't know what to say.
Before he could fully open his door, she call his name out.

Jimin turn his head with a furrow brows.

"And I as well." She tells him.

They both smile at one another. Jimin finally goes into his room and she walks up two more flight of stairs to enter her room.

She fell down on her bed with her blonde hair all over her bed. Not caring she is still in her gown. She had this funny feeling in her stomach and the happy feeling she felt all over body was new to her.

If she can think of the person who cause this unknow feeling was Park Jimin.
