Patch and Kirstie lay on their bed together as Emily goos and squeals at Patch.

Kevin taps lightly on the door and peeks in.

"Kirst? Tim is here to see you." Kevin says.

"Good. You go." Patch smiles as he signs to her. "I want some alone time with Em."

"Well, be that way." She sasses as she kisses him on the cheek.

Kirstie comes down the stairs to see Tim nervously pacing around the living room with his cane.

"Hey, Tim. What's up." She smiles but the smile quickly fades as he glances up at her with worried eyes. "Is something wrong?"

"Uh, I came by to see if, Uh, if you would go out with me?" He asks.

"What!?" She asks as she loses her breath. "Tim, I have a boyfriend and you have a girlfriend who happens to be my best friend."

"What?" Tim asks with a confused look. His eyes drift off thinking about what he had just said. Then the realization hits him. His mouth drops and his eyes widen. "Oh my God! No! No, I didn't mean...."

"Are you alright?" She asks, giving him a nervous smile.

"I am so sorry." He says running a shaking hand through his hair. "I didn't mean that at all. What I meant to asks was, would you go with me?"

"Go with you where?" She asks as she begins to relax.

"I've a..... I've decided to ask Jenika to marry me." Tim says with a nervous smile.

"WHAT!!??" THAT'S FANTASTIC!!" She screams as she grabs him into a hug.

"Thanks." He chuckles as he returns the hug.

"But what do you need me for?" She asks, releasing him from the hug.

"I need you to help me pick out an engagement ring." Tim says. "but if you're busy..."

"No, I'm not busy. Patch was wanting some alone time with Emily, anyway. If he needs help with anything, Kevin is here." She smiles. "Give me a second to go tell Patch and Kevin. Then I'm all your's." She giggles giving him a big wink.

"Sorry." Tim chuckles, his cheeks blushing.

"So, when are you going to ask her?" Kirstie asks as they drive toward town.

"I'm not sure." Tim answers as he keeps his eyes on the road.

"How are you gonna asks her? You have to plan something really romantic." She smiles over at him.

"I don't know." Tim says with a shake of his head.

Kirstie crosses her arms across her chest and frowns at him.

"Are you sure that you're even gonna ask her?" She asks with raised brows.

"Yes. That I am sure of." Tim smiles over at her. 

"This is going to totally blow her mind." Kirstie laughs looking out the windshield.

"She will say yes, right?" Tim gives her a worried glance.

"Tim? Dear, sweet friend of mine. Will you please calm down?" Kirstie laughs. "Of course, she'll say yes."

"Could I help you?" An elderly lady asks as they walk into the jewelry store.

"Yes, we'd like to see the engagement rings." Tim says with a smile as he and Kirstie walk up to the counter.

"Alright." The lady says as she reaches inside the showcase and pulls out a tray of rings.

"Wow. There's a lot of them." Tim says as they begin to look at the rings.

"Young love. Y'all are a very cute couple." The lady smiles.

Tim and Kirstie look up from the rings at the lady and then look at each other.

"Oh, No." Tim chuckles, shaking his head.

"No, we're not a couple." Kirstie giggles. "He's going to ask my best friend to marry him and I'm just helping him pick out a ring."

"Oh my goodness, I am so sorry." The older lady laughs, patting Tim on the hand. "But you are very handsome. She's a lucky lady."

"Thank-you."Tim says, looking back down at the rings to hide his reddening cheeks.

"What about this one, Tim?" Kirstie asks as she holds up a beautiful ring.

Tim takes the ring and smiles. 

"That would look perfect on her finger." He says as he bites his bottom lip, thinking about his beautiful girlfriend. "I'll take it."

"If you need me to watch Adam the night you plan to ask her, I will. He could spend the night so you guys could be alone." Kirstie tells Tim as they pull up into her driveway.

"If you don't mind, that would be great. Thank-you so much for helping." Tim smiles.

"You're welcome." Kirstie smiles as she gets out of his car. "See you later."

She walks into the house and finds Kevin watching a ballgame on television.

"Well?" Kevin asks with a smile.

"Kevin, you wouldn't believe the ring he bought. It is soooo beautiful. She is going to freak out." Kirstie giggles. "Is Patch still with Emily?"

"Yeah, he was playing his guitar for her earlier. I think she was trying to sing." Kevin laughs.

"Aww, that's so sweet." She smiles as she heads upstairs. 

She smiles at the sight as she peeks into the bedroom.

Patch was laying on his back with Emily laying on her stomach across his chest. Both were sound asleep.

She quietly sits down on the edge of the bed, careful not to wake them up.

She smiles and wipes a tear as she looks down at the two loves of her life. Actually three, counting her Little Bits.

She carefully lays down beside them and wraps her arm around Patch's waist. This was her family and she loves them so much.
